0910PM NW Time - First Summer Rise - Twentieth Day - 0789 - Dryadalis Kingdom - Southern Border
The small Southern Border between the two human Kingdoms, Vostok, and Zapad. The border is guarded by both Elves and an extremely high wall to keep both nations away, due to both nations being at constant conflict. Both Vostok and Zapad wish to unify the opposite under one banner. Both have been in constant war for generations, with peace deals barely lasting a decade. However, Elven spies had found out the 11th Vostok and Zapad War was coming to an end, and peace deals were being formed. However, the main concern was an unnatural amount of Vostok, and Zapad troops spotted near the Elven border both nations share.
While they weren’t directly at the border, it has been the first time in possibly over a 100 years since both nations paid attention to the Elven border. This in turn, resulted in the border becoming more hardened in case to ward off any potential invasion. But, many soldiers stationed at the border are laxed, as there are no new reports of Vostok and Zapad soldiers near the border walls. Many soldiers are gambaling, sleeping, drinking, anything to do just to pass the time.
“How long do you think we’ll be stationed in the South?” An Elf said to another.
“Who knows, It’s been real quiet recently. But have you heard of the humans in the Eastern Region?” The Elf said back.
“Think so, I heard they suddenly appeared from nowhere. They couldn’t have come from the Eastern Region, too far of a journey to be worth it.”
“Who cares, mind passing me another drink though?”
The two Elves continue to talk. Then, a sudden explosion rocked the walls, knocking both men down onto the floor.
“ATTACK! WE’RE UNDER ATTACK!” An Elf shouted. Elves on the walls ran around preparing defences, as bright lights fell from the sky colliding with the walls, exploding parts of the walls off. In the distance, the red banner of Vostok, the sun, and the blue banner of Zapad, the moon.
“Hold the wall! We shall not let them pass!” An Elf shouted.

“Your majesty! Your majesty!” A messenger shouted running into the throne room.
“Hmm? What is it, I’m busy with something,” The King said, looking at some papers.
“There’s reported attacks on the Southern border by both Zapad, and Vostok! The Southern Border has been overrun!"
“W-what do you mean! You mean they're both working together?! Is the border wall still standing!?” The King shouted
“I don’t know, Sir. This report is from last night, it could be possible that the wall has already fallen.”
A panic began to stir inside the King's head. “W-why an attack on the border? Could the recent war between the two be a lie to take us by surprise?!” The King thought to himself.
“Summon all available nobles and officials! A meeting will commence!”

A man walks into the Presidential office. “Mr. President, there’s some reports that our new allies in this ‘New World ' have been attacked in the South,” The man said, handing Nixon the papers.
“That so, what’s their name again…? E-elves or something?” Nixon asked.
“Uh, should be if their names are translated directly into English, they’re asking for assistance with this threat in the South.”
“Sure, why not, if we win this war for them, we may be able to negotiate for more land, and possibly some more things.”
“S-should we really just be helping just for such selfish needs, sir…?” The man asked.
“Son, I think you gotta understand, we’re fighting out in the jungles of Vietnam, and trying to contain the biggest threat to humanity, Communism.” Nixon said as he slowly stood up. “You gotta understand, if we have more resources under our belt, we have more power to contain it, and eventually, wipe it out. Plus, I’m sure helping them win a war, we’re allowed to take some resources for ourselves.”Nixon said, putting a hand on the man’s left shoulder.
“Y-yes sir, I suppose all you’ve said is true, I should go now,” The man said hastily.

Nixon watched as the man left, before going back to his desk, and grabbing the papers he was given.
“I’m sure Moore will handle it, he’s more than capable, probably.”

The King finds himself in a meeting with Lieutenant General Hal Moore. He had requested American help with dealing with Zapad and Vostok. Due to Elven Isolation from their human neighbors to the south, the Elven Military itself, both in power and numbers, won’t be enough to take down two nations' armies. As such, asking assistance from the Americans is possibly the most logical idea. As per usual, a mage is standing by holding translation magic.
“So If I may ask again, you are requesting US Military support against the nations of, ‘Zapad, and Vostok’?” Hal asked.
“Y-yes, normally I wouldn’t ask for assistance, but due to our lack of military size, power, and other such factors, the nobles, officials, and I felt as if this was the best course of action,” The King said.
“Well, obviously, there will be some conditions for us and you as well. Don’t worry about money though, the US will be taking resources from land that we managed to take over in the South. Of course, your nation will as well be receiving some of those natural resources as well,” Hal said.
“Well, I suppose I will have to take risks in terms of keeping my people safe. How long will it be before your military is ready?”
“At best, a day or two, at worst, a week. But in the meantime things such as ground vehicles will be able to assist, but our air force will be unable to assist due to no air fields close enough to where the battles are.”
“Well, we’ll attempt to assist in holding them as long as possible until 100% of your military might is prepared, as well as assisting in any other matters.”
Once the meeting was finished, the King walked down the hallway to his room, sighing and rubbing his head, with two guards by his side. As he walked down the hallway, his son, Andrathath, came up behind him.
“Father, can I speak to you in private?” Andrathath asked. The two walked into a private room before talking.
“Father, I don’t feel very comfortable with these Americans. They are friendly, and have proven to be quite advanced, but I can’t shake an uneasy feeling off of myself. Something about them, I just feel as if they’re hiding something,” Andrathath said.
“Yes, I also feel like that, but we can’t do much for now, not until we’re able to,” The King said.
With not much to say, the King simply left, leaving Andrathath in the room, left with an uneasy face.

M60’s, M113 APCs, M109 Howitzer’s, M551 Sheridan’s, and M48 Pattons. All of these vehicles are traversing a flat grassland. Their mission, take back the elven southern region. Zapad and Vostok have already taken over a portion of the Elven Southern region, and as a way to keep friendly relations with the Elves, this armoured group is to simply take back a small Elven village to not only look for survivors, but to control the area and transform it into an airstrip. Though, the mood amongst those in the group is of relative calmness.
“Alright, the village should just be half a mile away, behind this small hill,” A man said over the radio. As the group drive by a hill, the remminance of a destroyed village appears, houses destroyed, debris everywhere, even what seems like burnt corpses.
“Jesus christ… alright, APCs are gonna stop here, we got half an hour to look through the entire village. Let’s move!” A man said over the radio. The APCs stopped and troops began to unload from them.
“Let’s go! Everyone’s gonna be splitting into two and exploring the village. If you find anything interesting, report immediately,” A Staff Sergeant said.
