First homeroom? Wait weren't you passing that class? (Ron)

The periods after 2nd ended up as nap time for Jason. Although there were some teachers that asked him to solve problems and read certain lines he passed all of them with perfect scores. The math teacher even praised him that he solved in a way that he has never seen before.
Then it was lunch... Hmm is there a place that I'm designed to sit at or is it random. While he was pondering over this Ron walked over.
Hey Jason whats with you! You were praised by all the teachers is what i heard. (Ron)
Hmm oh hey... Um... (Jason)
Yeah? (Ron)
Where do i sit? (Jason)
Huh wait were you listening to me? (Ron)
Yeah something about praise right? (Jason)

Yeah... Oh and you usually sit with me in the back corner over there in order to not disturb others. (Ron)
Disturb? How? (Jason)
Well how do you say it... You know you are really bad at homework like i said. So you asked me to help you out with homework help and the sort. (Ron)
Oh then lets sit over there. (Jason)
So we stood in line for lunch and then this guy came by...
Hey Jason i heard you were going against the rules and chasing after Mary!
Hey look Shawn went looking for Jason. (Random student)
Why? Why would Shawn look for Jason? (Random student)
I heard Jason for some reason is chasing after Mary. (Random student)
Mary!? (Every student)
He deserves to be beat down then. (Random student)
Yeah! (Every student)
Fight! Fight! Fight! (Every student)
I don't know what your talking about. (Jason)
I heard you talked to Mary. (Shawn)
Yeah and so? Is there supposed to be a rule that says i can't. (Jason)
Yeah there is! (Shawn)
Well i never saw such a thing. (Jason)
Then Shawn brings out a piece of paper.
Its right here. (Shawn)
Rule one: you can't talk to Mary unless your first asked a question.
Oh but i was asked a question. (Jason)
Mary was forced to ask you because you weren't doing as told! You were clearly trying to pull a fast one and break the rules! (Shawn)
I did not. (Jason)
You bastard! (Shawn)
Shawn throws out a punch.
Fight! Fight! FIGHT!! (Every student)
I just move backward to avoid the punch.
He take it easy. (Jason)
Shut up and take this. (Shawn)
He kicks at me.
Hey i said calm down. (Jason)
I jump over him back flip and kick his head while jumping knocking him to the ground.

Hey did you see that. He just back flipped and knocked down Shawn! (Random student)
He gets up and starts yelling at me.
You bastard how dare you! (Shawn)
Then he charges at me again.
So i knock him down again. I knock him down again and again and again.
Why doesn't this guy go down? (Jason's thoughts)
You bastard! (Shawn)
Hey I'm not the one trying to fight here... I'm just doing this out of self-defense your the one coming in again and again trying to beat me u- (Jason)
Everyone get him! (Shawn)
All the lackey's come out.
Don't make me tell you again. I really didn't do anything. (Jason)
Get him! (Shawn)
What happened next was a literal beat down. I beat them down so many times i lost count but they continued to stand up and charged at me relentlessly like zombies. The teacher finally came and wanted and explanation for what was happening. And it turns out Shawn is the son of a really rich and important person and the teacher that came was actually hired by his father and placed in the school.
And so do you know what happened?
I said:
However much you are being payed to work for him i will pay double. (Jason)
What are you talking about how could yo- (Shawn)
Is this enough? (Jason)
I take out a hand full of bills.
That's plenty. *smile* (New hired teacher)

The Kodoku Game
In Japanese folklore, there once existed an ancient technique among alchemists for harvesting the strongest poison known to man. A poison so vicious, so horrendous, that a single drop could incapacitate an entire nation of humans, several times over. A poison so intense that a single drop could turn the tides of a war on its head. As potent as it appeared however, this poison could be harvested from the blood of a single insect alone- an insect the alchemist’s called the ‘Kodoku’. As lucrative as was attaining this poison however, the problem lied in identifying this insect- its appearance, shape and size changed from region to region and from continent to continent. Sometimes it took the appearance of a ladybug and other times a horned-beetle. In order to determine the identity of this special insect the alchemists came up with an ingenious method. They created an impregnable jar of clay out of the best sandstone they could find and placed hundreds of different insects into the same jar. The jar was made with such great mastery that it allowed no insects to escape and allowed no objects to enter. The laws of nature dictated that the insects would remain together in the jar forever. However, it turned out that as time went on, the insects’ hunger for food and power caused them to turn against each other- one insect ate another until only one remained. This sole insect contained a poison that far surpassed that of all the others and became stronger as it ate more and more insects. The alchemists at this point had succeeded in identifying the Kodoku and could extract it’s poison as long as they continued to feed it regularly. Although this folklore ends here, the actual story does not. One day, as the alchemists cheered in joy of having identified the Kodoku they so eagerly wanted, they forgot to close the lid on the very jar that was considered to be completely impregnable. This small gap was just large enough for the Kodoku inside to crawl out. Famished from not having been fed for weeks, the Kodoku ended up eating the very alchemists that nourished its growth until not even the bones remained. Yet, the Kodoku’s hunger didn’t seem to subside in the slightest. So it traveled to the next village and began eating whatever it could find there. Its poison made it unparalleled in strength and slowly but surely it began to dwindle down the population of the entire city. Yet its hunger only continued to grow. So it traveled to the next city over and ate all it could there. Very soon, the Kodoku couldn’t find any more food to eat. There was no one left to eat and no one left to spectate. So it stood there, by itself pondering what possibly was left to eat that could satiate its hunger. But there was one thing left that Kodoku realized it had never eaten. Itself.

Serendipity
What would you do for a wish? In the center of the world of Earthena lays the tower of Serendipity stretching high into the heavens where the goddess lays in deep slumber. It is said that whoever would climb the top and awaken the goddess would get any wish they desire granted. With a newfound power, young adventure Silica Hale and her Fairy partner Jil must venture to the tower and awaken the sleeping goddess. --------------------- Authors Notes: Inspired by more or less the game Xenoblade Chronicles 2, Serendipity is a large epic drawing a lot on the classic JRPG formula. An epic that will see the heroes travel the entire world of Earthena to reach their goal, with the intention of building upon a rich and dynamic world of mystery and war. NOTE: This is gonna be my first Draft of this story. Any feedback will be appreciated. Grammer hopefully won't be too much of an issue compared to Goddess Chosen given that this one is more recent, but... Just give you guys a heads up. This story is ongoing. Updates are slow as I publish when a chapter is ready. Expect my chapters to be on the long side, that's just my style. Only on Royal Road.com
