Nutty walked around the sect looking for someone from the black spider guild. After an hour, a young man around fifteen bowed and clasped hands to Nutty. The man was on the 9th level beginners realm and he obviously have some sort of connection to Nutty. Nutty has been wandering around for the sect for an hour and this was the first time that someone showed him such deep respect. Nutty then said "Where are the others?" The young man hurriedly replied "They went out to look for Ming Li and capture him." When Ming Li heard this through Nutty, his smile grew wider and he commanded Nutty to say "I already captured Ming Li, go bring him to the main guild." The young man's face was filled with respect, but there was confusion in his expression since he was just a low level guild member and not even a seeker, so why would he be tasked with such important mission. But since it was ordered by someone with a higher standing than him, he simply said "Yes senior brother." "Do not seek help from the others, you should do this alone since I will have to discuss something with them. I have sealed Ming Li's strength so you have nothing to worry about." Nutty then did a grasping motion from an alley nearby where Ming Li came rushing forward as if he was being pulled by some invisible force. The young man immediately recognized Ming Li, then he held Ming Li and nodded to Nutty. He covered Ming Li's face with a mask to avoid being found out by the Crystal Leaf Sect and escorted him away. Along with Ming Li, the young man used some hidden passage to get out of the sect, then without resting, they traveled out of the town into some unknown location. The two walked for days. Ming Li would often randomly ask the man questions regarding the black spider guild, but the man would only sneer at him then ignore him. Once he was ignored, he would tell stories about himself trying to ease up the tension between the two of them. This routine continued for more than two weeks, until for some unknown reasons the man actually started to answer some of Ming Li's questions. It can be because of boredom or because he thought that Ming Li will probably die anyway, so why worry about sharing information with him. Even Ming Li wasn't sure why the man started answering him, but he took the opportunity to push his luck and ask for more information. Ming Li got a bit of information from the man which allowed him to create a plan when he entered the guild. He got the info that Nutty was someone with good standing in the guild who was working as a spy inside the Main Crystal Leaf sect. However, he did not get any information regarding Dippy, since he doesn't know his actual name. Their journey lasted for another week where they traversed several small mountains, until they saw an extremely large mountain nearby, the mountain felt dark even when there were three suns in the sky. For some reason it gave Ming Li a weird feeling he could not explain. The man excitedly said "We are here!" In the mountain, he saw several buildings scattered around. The whole mountain was surrounded by seemingly naturally dense forest as its walls. On one side of the dense forest, he also noticed something that looked like an entrance of the guild. When Ming Li saw the entrance, his eyes flashed with killing intent, then he grabbed the man accompanying him at his neck, and said "Torment". The man screamed in pain, Ming Li attacked him suddenly making him unable to fight back. Also since Ming Li was already at the Body Tempering realm, the man's body slowly withered from torment. The effect of torment was stronger on weaker enemies and could damage their body with only severe pain. The man wailed in agony, then after a few breaths, Ming Li decided to kill him to end his suffering. Ming Li held his hands forward towards the man's head and used sun's wave. The blood in the head of the man boiled as his eyes exploded, then next his lips and after a while his head exploded with boiling blood scattered all over the place. Ming Li quickly burnt the corpse then summoned Nutty. He issued several commands ensuring his control over Nutty was sufficient, then he turned his head towards the location of the black spider guild and he wore a mask. Along with Nutty, they proceeded forward towards the entrance below the mountain. Two seeker saw them from afar and issued a warning. However, when they saw Nutty, they saluted and guided Ming Li and Nutty towards the entrance. People who saw Nutty greeted him happily. Some people were even shocked why Nutty suddenly came back. They were guided towards the mountain by passing through a wide safe path into the dense forest. Ming Li saw a lot of dangerous looking monsters in while walking towards the guild, but for some reasons they were not attacking them on the straight path that they are taking. The path was also cleared of trees and was seemingly made by a human from a long time ago. When they got in the guild, a man accompanied them to a place where the guild members hang out. Many members were in the place chatting and exchanging items. Some of them were even stronger than Nutty. Ming Li used Nutty to converse to everyone. Luckily, he got some information from the man who brought him to the guild and used some of the information to talk about something. The people talking to Nutty felt weird about him. However, hey didn't think much about it since he has been out of the sect for some time. They enjoyed talking to each other for some minutes and even introduced Nutty to other new members. On the other hand, Ming Li remained silent while wearing a black robe and a mask. Oddly no one even bothered him and it seemed like the fact that he was wearing a mask was not bothering anyone. While looking around, he noticed several more odd people besides him. Many were also wearing a mask and some even had blurred faces and some have it completely covered which did not even show their eyes! "This guild is really odd, seems like this place is full of criminals, that's why there are so many people on disguise." After some more time, he decided to have Nutty introduce him to everyone. Nutty introduced him to be his sworn brother and asked some people seemingly close to Nutty to take care of Ming Li. He said that Ming Li wanted to join the guild, however Nutty can't take care of him since he is on a special mission, and he only came back to assist Ming Li on joining the guild. The process of Ming Li joining was easier than expected. There were no test or anything, he was directly handed a guild emblem by someone that seem to be a person on a high position. They didn't even leave the place and some guy just came to them and gave the emblem. Also, Nutty seemed to be extremely popular among the younger generation and had some good reputation. Ming Li thought that it was a guild, so that's why the requirements for joining isn't really strict. Also he was with someone like Nutty which made everything flow smoothly. Nutty then explained his situation to some members that seem to be handling some sect matters, he specified that he could not stay away long from his mission, so he left Ming Li on the guild with them. Nutty can freely enter the space of the Marionette art book from anywhere, so there would be no problem for him to act like he was leaving the guild. ... Suddenly, an odd man walked towards Ming Li and said: "Hey! I'm Pan Bo, I was tasked by your sworn brother to help you learn about the guild. I'll show you around." Ming Li stared at Pan Bo who seemed to be an easygoing person that was why he chose him, and simply nodded. Since the beginning, Ming Li never said a word and only used Nutty to introduce him. He used the name Jin to hide his real name, also he used Nutty to tell everyone that he has no last name for some deep reason. So people can simply refer to him as Jin. He also never removed his mask and made nutty explain the condition of his face, that it has been burnt during an intense fight so he needs to wear the mask every time to hide his hideous appearance. Ming Li was expecting some suspicion from the guild members about his story, however, the story was accepted easily by everyone as if it was a fact that he actually have a burnt face and nobody seem to care much about it. Pan Bo and Ming Li walked around the guild. The guild seemed to be a sect, but everyone does not seem to communicate with each other much. Ming Li noticed that there seem to be many different factions in the guild which creates the hostile environment. "You may have noticed something by now. The guild is divided into three factions, which are the Gui, Mao, and Yu group. These three group specialize in attack, poison and traps. The Gui group specialize in attack based art, the Mao Group uses poison art, and lastly the Yu group uses traps as its main fighting art. You may already know this but me and your sworn brother are from the Mao group. With you joining through your brother, you are also now a member of the Mao group" Again Ming Li only nodded as response. Pan Bo stared at him blankly then said "So you are a man of few words eh. Ok since you are too shy to ask I'll explain more. The guild has a fewer rules compared to sects, fighting against the three group are a common occurrence. The fighting is not forbidden since the competition allows to strengthen the guild. However, do not hope that the group will take revenge for you if you lost in a fight. This makes sure that the fights does not go out of hand and would not affect the guild as a whole. Since you are new I advise you to stay in our group and do not offend anyone until you're strong enough. Ming Li kept looking around while listening to Pan Bo. He really felt something weird about the dark aura surrounding the whole guild, but even he was already inside the guild he still can't tell what exactly it is. "Why is the guild so dark?" Ming Li couldn't suppress his curiosity and asked. "Oh! So you can talk!" Pan Bo said excitedly. "Actually no one knows the reason, they say that the guild has been like this since the time of the founders of the guild. Maybe the founder chose this place because it gives off the aura that could represent our guild." From Pan Bo's answer, he knew that he could not get deep information from him, so he asked instead. "Do you know people surname Ru in the guild?" Pan Bo pondered for a bit then said "Yeah, I heard that surname, I think they are the lackeys of Gui Mo, the young master of the Gui Group.
