《Why am I a machine of war?》Why am I chosen?
TLDR for the previous section: If I don’t mess up at any part. I’m f…. I could spontaneously combust and/or be permanently disabled. Or at least until I get a manual on how to fix myself.
Otherwise, I’m practically invincible and could probably beat anything organic. Well, probably not the emus. They already won a war against the Australians. I’m not going on another war against them.
The sound of the engine starting keeps repeating over and over.
I don’t know how long I’ve been stuck here practicing by I already got past 10 daylight cycles. I realized that this world’s moon looked a bit larger than earth and the Sun looked a bit more white-ish and somewhat blue-ish but I’m not entirely sure about that since I don’t have a direct reference. Other than that, the moon phases are a bit faster than earth. It only took two nights to completely change a moon phase. The starry skies are also breathtaking due to the lack of light pollution. Though, there are quite fewer bright stars here than on earth. This world is probably located in a place more isolated than earth or this world is rather young compared to earth…
…
…
…
What am I doing talking about stars and such? I should be focusing on starting the engine properly. But it is strange though. I am isolated without any company but I don’t feel alone. Yes, I do have an unknown entity reading my every report and word but I don’t feel any symptoms of prolonged isolation people usually have. This place is also eerily quiet which didn’t help but it didn’t affect me at all.
My mind must have been through some changes when I became a “machine of war”.
God, that makes me cringe every time I write that…

To be honest, why was I chosen though. I lived a normal life as a technical engineer on computer systems and machinery until I nearly reach my middle-ages. I still haven’t experienced a mid-life crisis nor was never able to do any “adult” stuff. I refrain from drinking alcohol nor smoke and always maintain an exercise routine. But it doesn’t matter anyway since I died suddenly in bed. Well, no one is gonna miss me since my parent was quite old when they gave birth to me and I don’t have any close relatives.
There is probably a person more suitable to take my place. They could probably pick a soldier or a military statistician…
On second thought, a soldier would probably be less suitable since they would not want to serve in another’s military equipment, let alone some random being that asks you to continue doing your job after you’ve died. It would probably trigger some PTSD and it would be worse than hell for them. Imagine fighting for your country and retire to have a slow life, start a family and be content with what you’ve managed to protect, then you’ve thrown back to the battlefield with no one but yourself and are asked to fight for no absolute reason.
A statistician would be much worse than your average joe. They would probably treat this thing purely on statistics and uses earth’s war doctrine. They are less flexible since they have previous experience and knowledge on proven effective strategies. A blank slate is better since it would help with creating a more creative solution [although sometimes it is dumb] rather than cookie-cutter warfare. If they wanted to have cookie-cutter warfare, they could just remove the human factor and just use an algorithm to simulate warfare based on earth’s doctrines and strategies.

But other than that, I still don’t understand why I was chosen. Out of billions of people that lived on earth why was I chosen? There could be millions of reasons but it's probably a simple answer like I was just unlucky or lucky depending on who you ask.
I always write “they” but have I ever mentioned what “they” are? I did skip a whole section of the long introduction I’ve read. In short, they refer to the entity or to be more precise the organization that sent me here. They are called the Warfare Analysis Reenactment [W.A.R] department which is the branch of the Trans-Universal Anomaly Handling [T.U.A.H] organization.
They didn’t say anything on what TUAH do, but for the W.A.R. department, their job is to analyze warfare situation and do prediction and simulation on what would happen during the ongoing war. I’m now doing a “reenactment” on behalf of W.A.R. on this world to obtain useful data. After a few years (I don’t know how long), they said that I would be hired to do this job in other worlds and be offered a permanent position in the organization.
…
…
The sound of the engine starting keeps repeating until…
*V-v-v-vroom*
Finally, the engine starts moving. And it only took around 11 days on this world to start it. I almost combust a few times but this one finally succeeds. Let’s not waste this opportunity and let’s start moving. I changed it into the first gear. I’m not that dumb to only practice one thing at a time as my mind now can easily multi-task but I’m still not proficient at it yet. I succeed on the first try and I am now moving. I went from the first point of view which is the driver’s point of view and onto the third point of view which is the commander’s hatch view. I entered free cam mode and opened the hatch to feel the wind moving hitting my body. Finally, a sense of fulfillment permeates me as I achieve my first and possibly hardest goal so far. It is technically the hardest since it’s my first goal.
As I was preoccupied with whatever I was doing during that time, I’ve never noticed that the ground was slightly shaking for an unknown reason. I’ve only noticed this after watching back the recording of my memory while writing this report. The trembles only got worse after time.

Shieldmaiden: Unbroken
An instant is all that's needed to change a persons life. A single encounter. A single desire can bring together many people to change the world. One thought. From the moment humanity began its course of self-destruction, there were those who desired to change the world for the better. To stop the harm to their planet, and themselves, a group of people came together and formed a world from their imaginations. They decided that humanity could not be a part of the world they would destroy, and would allow the world to recoup. They would pull the people from their world in groups, and until everyone was gone, every month more people would be brought to this new world. An unfamiliar world. An unfamiliar people. An unfamiliar system. I never expected to write a LITRPG, or an Isekai, and I'm not confident I can do it well, but I liked writing the first chapters, so I'm gonna try my best! Also, I don't recommend reading it on mobile.

Maroon Odyssey: Story of the survivors of a plane crash in a magical world
This is the story of a myriad group of characters who had the misfortune of being passengers on a plane that crashed in the remote mountains of a fantasy world. They now have to survive the harsh environment; find civilisation and rebuild their lives in the best way possible. A marine rifleman, a competition archer, a juvenile delinquent, an aspiring musician and a physics student with a love of the arcane are among the many individuals making their way in a new world of adventure. The story is heavily inspired by dnd style fantasy but it isn't a true litrpg. There are progression fantasy elements where characters grow in power of time. But they can't see their character sheets or assign points to attributes or classes. The story is survival focused. All the characters will struggle to grow and none will become OP. But their different backgrounds will enable them to gain a role in life that will allow them to thrive within reasonable limits.

Let Me Explore The Interstellar in Peace
Her third life began unlike her last two. From an ancient battle field to the magical interstellar, Ciel was finally going to live her life how she wanted to: freely exploring the new world. But she'll soon find that a brewing war between galaxies won't let her rest easy. He awoke to find himself one thousand years in the future, but the first thing on his mind wasn't the new technology around him. It was the woman he'd seen die in the battlefield just days before. Her, the prince of the interstellar and he, their genius. What will happen when they cross paths? Updates: Expect updates at least once a week. A/N: The first three chapters are set in an ancient setting and then after that it's interstellar, so some patience is required. Does this novel have comedy? Yes. But that's not the main part. What went into the cauldron of whatever this novel is was angst, age progression, and Technoids. I like to kill off my characters, but I also don't. So come check this out if you want redemption arcs, an MC who travels through death, and cool fighting robots controlled by people. We have friendship, romance, and random drama, so buckle up and have fun.
