Note: Captain America is about fifteen times stronger than the average human.

How many Meters Per Second Can the Account Holder Run. Usain Bolt moves at 12.67 m/s. Keep in mind, top speed is not a state that can be exerted constantly, only for a few seconds during a sprint. The Speed of sound is 343 m/s.

Around 10,000 new synapses are generated in the brain every 15 minutes, allowing new neuron networks. Hence, every minute about 670 synapses are formed, and further means 11 synapses every second. This will be the basis for focus, measured in thoughts per second. 11 new synapses mean a single thought.

Stamina is measured by how far the Account Holder can run in Extreme Environments such as snow, mountain terrain, deserts, etc. In Extreme Snow, a top soldier can run about a half mile before they pass out. This will be measured in distance per extreme.

Vitality is determined by how many times the Account Holder has survived the impossible. This is, measured in percentage and can exceed 100%, meaning someone can take a fatal attack and still not die but only once. This decreases with respect to the injury.
