《Apollyon, The God of Chaos.》Chapter 5.

The sound of thunder echoes around the mountain even though no cloud is within sight. As bright blue beam shooting into the sky pierces the eyes of anything looking up at the mountain. If you listen close enough, you can hear the jolly laughter of a fallen god.
'Hahahaha, you are much stronger than I expected Catoline. You can use Lightning Lazer like you've known it your whole life.'
Apollyon is standing next to the Manticore while looking at his Magi's Articulium. The pages flip back and forth as Apollyon is rereading how to teach certain spells to give to the Manticore. He just taught Catoline Lightning Lazer, which shoots a beam of lightning wherever the caster wishes and has insane range. This is the strongest spell that Apollyon gave the dragons and it is just as dangerous in the hands of the Manticore.
Apollyon had held back in what powers he had given to his Magical Beasts before as to not make them too strong and only scare people, but now... He is not holding back and plans on annihilating most of this planet. There are a few races that Apollyon plans on making his own since they truly made him curious. Sure he would have to pry them from Victoria's and Leon's cold, dead hands, but that is exactly what Apollyon wants.
Apollyon snaps out of his anger when thinking about his horrible siblings and looks back down at his book. He closes it up and snaps, causing it to disappear into thin air. The Manticore is still playing with its new favorite ability and is showing off its affinity for magic. Apollyon had taught Catoline Lightning Lazer, Fire Typhoon, Poison Mist, Acid Spit and Great Heal. Each spell is high tier for this world and Apollyon taught Catoline how to watch its mana and be careful to not overdo the spell and injure itself. Apollyon can feel himself becoming attached to Catoline as he spends more time with the Manticore.

It has been a month since they arrived and they have spent almost every second together. While Catoline slept, it put its head on Apollyon's bony lap while Apollyon read through the pages of his Magi Articulium. Apollyon knows that he can't get attached to mortal beings as they tend to die but something was different about this Manticore, or maybe that it is because Apollyon himself is now mortal?
Apollyon looks at himself and is still ashamed that he is practically naked and his most private bones are shown for the whole world to see. He hasn't left the mountain since he has been preparing Catoline for their next mission, which involves going to the nearest village and finding some cloth to make some clothes for Apollyon. Feeling that they are prepared enough now that Catoline is equipped with many spells, Apollyon hopes on his back and commands him where to go.
Catoline glides effortlessly through the air, heading to the nearest known village while Apollyon takes in the sights around him. Apollyon never took the time to truly appreciate the world around him. He had taught Leon how to create a planet and Apollyon was captivated by the beauty that Leon had created. The sway of the tree branches, the flying of birds beside him, the feeling of wind whistling through his bones, Apollyon was surely impressed at Leon's handiwork. Maybe instead of destroying it, Apollyon will keep it for himself.
'It wouldn't hurt to kill and raze a little bit though, right?' Apollyon asks himself while looking for some sort of answer but no one responds. Sighing to himself, Apollyon goes into deep thought as Catoline looks for the village. They have been flying for a while now and Catoline has seen no signs of life other than small wild animals. Seeing a hill, Catoline decides to fly low as he descends up it. The hill has no trees and Catoline assumes they have been cut down.

As the top of the hill comes into view, so does a large castle at the bottom of the hill. It is sitting next to a river and is surrounded by huts ranging in size. Catoline slows down and lands at the top of the hill which snaps Apollyon out of his thought process. Apollyon sees the village and doesn't recognize a single thing about it but it most likely has what he is looking for.
Dismounting from the Manticore, Apollyon feels the soft grass go between his bony toes and the dirt shift under his weight. He likes this compared to the swamp and he looks closer at the village below. The village people walk around, doing their daily tasks, completely defenceless. Before Apollyon was sealed away, villages would have tall walls and many guards just in case of magical beasts but now they seem to have forgotten the dangers of this world. Apollyon tells Catoline to stay and walks down the hill towards the village. With a quick whip of his hand, Apollyon's bones are covered in flesh and soon skin. His skull forms into that of a human and black hair comes out of Apollyon head.
Two eyeballs pop into Apollyon's head and his bright blue irises shine in the sunlight. He is still the same size as before and he is completely naked. Apollyon walks into the village with no shame as he can hear whispers all around him. They range from good to bad as people are intrigued by the giant man who has entered the village. Apollyon enters the middle of the village and looks for a sign that tells him where he can find clothes. An old man walks up to Apollyon while Apollyon is looking around
"H-Hello young one... How may I help you."
His voice is old and shaky but Apollyon notices something weird, this old man is an elf. Confused on why an elf is in a human village, Apollyon decides to ask him for directions.
"Do you know where I can find some clothes?" Apollyon says with a higher pitched voice than usual, mainly because he has a very deep voice.
Apollyon had trouble at first since he isn't used to moving his mouth when he talks but he managed to get this sentence out. The old elf obliges and gives Apollyon directions to the closet Tailor and Apollyon thanks him. The elf gives Apollyon a smile and then turns around, but not before whispering under his breath just loud enough for Apollyon to hear.
"Anytime, My Lord Apollyon."
