Rulers Chapter 3 - "Knowledge"

Shen- "You win... I give up...."

Every Royal and Delahunt at the rooftops, couldn't believe their eyes, right now. Shen Kishi, A.K.A

"The White Ghost of Tokyo" just got defeated by this "hafu" (a Japanese term used to vulgarly

describe a half-Japanese person), Manny who is was watching this fight while being treated by Mia is

at a loss for words, since a child, Shen always had this

supreme confidence and pride that let him take over Mitsurin but now hearing those words come out

of him, made Manny fear Ryu.

Ryu- "Shen Kishi, I'll remember your name, you were a worthy opponent to fight, but I guess, that

means the Tokyo Mitsurin Gang belongs to me now!"

Ryu says "Oi!, Mia treats Shen in the Hospital, I made sure to not hit his nose directly so he doesn't suffer from severe injuries if you go know he will be okay".

MIa and the other Royals carry Shen to the Hospital, and Ryu says "I want every one of the royals,

and members of the Tokyo Mitsurin Gang, on the rooftops tomorrow, and don't be absent!".

All of the Royals and delinquents bow and say that they will be there.

Ryu takes out an amulet and looks at it in the cold rainy weather, and smiles. He says, "Now to find out what really happened".

Ryu's stomach hurts a bit from that knee from Shen, so he decides to postpone everything tomorrow and goes to the classroom to meet Song Lee.

Ryu meets Song Lee in the cafeteria while smoking and sits down next to Song Lee.

Ryu- "Hey Lee, I want you on the rooftops tomorrow, all the royals and members of the Tokyo

Mitsuru Gang is going to be there, so don't be absent".

Lee- "What, why are they going to be there but don't worry I'll be there"

Ryu- "Because you are looking at the new president of the Tokyo Mitsurin Gang".

Lee- "What?... happened?"

Ryu- "Find out tomorrow! :)"

Ryu goes home and finds his grandparents bowing to their landlord.

"Kuze-san, we paid off the rent last month, I don't know what happened to make us pay you again?"

says Ryu's grandfather.

Kuze slaps Ryu's grandfather across the face and says "Hey you old-bags, you better pay the rent now, I need extra money, I don't care what you need to do, or else I will send my thugs to deal with you boomers!". Ryu sees this, goes to Kuze, and says "Ah, Kuze-san don't worry I have the money for the rent, please excuse my grandparents. Ryu escorts his grandparent to their house and says

"One minute grandma...". Kuze says "Hey kid, you got the money or what?" while smoking his cigarette.

Ryu says "Ah yes, come with me, it's in the backyard". Kuze follows Ryu into the backyard, and says "Are you trying to play games kid!".

Ryu punches Kuze in the stomach with full force, making Kuze kneel and spit his saliva on the ground, crying. Ryu grabs Kuze by his hair and says "Never raise your voice when speaking with me!....", letting out a delinquent look. He punches Kuze's face, making him bleed, and says "If I ever see

your face in my house, ever again, you might not live to see another day!", then he slaps him across the face, and kicking his stomach, making his quiver on the ground. Kuze says "What... the..hell are...you?". Ryu says "You ever heard, of the Tokyo Mitsuin Gang?, well I'm their new leader, and I'm

gonna take over all of Japan, and start an era for delinquency!". Kuze thinking, "The Tokyo Mitsurin

Gang, those monsters? and he is their boss? when did these geezers find this monster?"

Ryu goes back home, and his grandparents say "What happened? Ryu are you okay?".

Ryu assured his grandparents that he won't bother them anymore, his grandparents don't question this since they know Ryu doesn't lie. That night Ryu goes to bed peacefully and prepares for his

2nd day of school.

Ryu prepares to go to school the next morning, and wishes off his grandparents, as he walks to school.

Ryu enters the classroom, with whispers filling the room, such as "Did it really happen?", "Is he the

new leader?", "Is it the truth?". Ryu takes a seat next to Song Lee, and Song Lee says, "Ryu is it true, are the rumors really true?". Ryu says "I don't know what you are talking about but just go on the rooftops after classes are over at lunch. Jun Pao goes up to Ryu in the middle of the class, and

says "Ah boss, sorry for the inconvenience I caused you yesterday, uhm please don't make me your

enemy, I hope I am in your well-bringing :)". Ryu laughs and sends Pao away.

After mid-classes of the day are over, and lunch is about to being. Ryu heads, to the rooftops, for

the meeting of the gang today. Ryu walks up the stairs and sees 500 delinquents lined up into long

horizontal sections for each royal as the face of each vertical row consiting of 50 members each

row.

Ryu walks upon the rooftop, hands in his pockets, letting out a smile, and walks up to the top stage

of the roof.

Every member on the rooftop bows deeply and says "PLEASURE TO MEET YOU PRESIDENT!".

Ryu is a bit shaken about this and thinks that these guys are very disciplined to behave like this.

Song Lee walks up to the rooftop, and gets blocked out by a delinquent on the rooftops, saying "piss off nerd". Song lee says "Ryu told me to come here". The Delinquent starts laughing, and is about to

swing against Lee, Ryu is already on the move and sees this as an opportunity to instill fear in these

delinquents, by showing what happens if someone gets in his way. Ryu holds the delinquent's arm,

and says "HEY!, That's the advisor of the Mitsurin Gang you're talking to, show some respect you

dumb-ass!". He uses the arm and throws him into the center roof where he kicks his stomach,

making him choke out! Everybody on the rooftop except the royals had doubts about Ryu, but

they saw what he can do and everybody fears Ryu because of the way he dictates to others who are

in his way! Ryu welcomes Lee, into the crowd, and Lee receives scary looks from the members but

takes a stand on the side of the stage. Ryu says " I'm Arnold Ryu, but you will address me as "president",

I'm not here to play games, If you still have doubts about my fight with Shen Kishi, please come up on stage, and come at me". Nobody comes up on stage since before the meeting the members asked the royals if it was true, and the royals said it was true.

Ryu- "Okay then, let's begin...I told you all to come here because I'm going to reshape and create

a "NEW ERA FOR DELINQUENCY!", if you want to be part of this revolution, you can stay, if you don't

leave now...". Nobody leaves since they all for some reason get inspired by the confidence of words

Ryu has, and believes with him they can do it!

Ryu - "One of the reasons, I came here was to find more about between the war against the police

and Mitsurin, but I'll do that on my own!".

Ryu- "I heard that Mitsuri is being disturbed by "Keido Highschool" also known as the 'Eternal

Fighters", and their high school gang "August", which has been around for more than 20 years, has

been causing us trouble".

Ryu- "Well, I decided that we are going to face them sooner or later so, I want to declare WAR on

them!".

Everyone is surprised by this since Shen who was a second-year when this conflict first started

told everyone to hold off on their attacks since they have connections to the Yakuza organization

(huge and notorious organized-crime organization that is deadly in Japan).

Even the royals are surprised by Ryu's decision. Ryu says "I know that they have Yakuza connections,

but I have a plan for that as well, as of now, I want to get some information on their gang as well

as their main members, I want to wait for Shen, Yami, and Manny to fully recover, so they can

contribute to this solution, for now, I want Daomine Raiki (Rank 6) and his division of members to

take care of 5 main members of "August" of the Keido Highschool, on my orders tomorrow after

school, when I tell you to attack if you need any help report back

to me, after that is over, I will meet with their top-dog, and discuss the next move. I want everyone in

the gang if they meet a Keido Highschool student who is in "August" to, not attack but find out more

about them but if they attack you, make sure to OBLITERATE THEM and bring them here..., Also, I am appointing a new advisor and organizer of divisions and finance in the gang, his name is Song Lee, if

you have any doubts about my decision please, step up... ok, that's all you can all leave and make sure

to be alert!". The members bow deeply and say

"THANK YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK PRESIDENT!!!!". Ryu smirks and walks off stage.

They all make sure to bow to Ryu, before leaving. When the royals are about to leave,

Ryu says "Oh, and Mia, and Han stay, I need to talk to you guys...".

Mia and Han say "What do you need President?".

Ryu- "Oh please, call me Ryu if it's just me and you guys, well I wanted to know what happen last

year, the war between Mitsurin and Tokyo Police?".

Mia and Han hesitate to tell Ryu what happened but Mia says "Well last year, Shen was a first-year

and was only Rank 4 in the Royals, and was no the President of the Mitsruin Gang, the 3rd years

are the ones that were involved with the conflict, and the top 3 ranks of the Mitsurin Gang were

all 3rd years, Shen could barely beat Rank 3 and Rank 2, but never ever defeated the President, right

now almost every 3rd year was scouted by the Yakuza Organization, so we don't know much about

the conflict but we do know that the Yakuza told the 3rd years, to take care of something, and if

we did that they will be in the Yakuza!".

Ryu thinking, " So Mitsurin and Keido have Yakuza connections, this works out in my favor, since

after we beat Keido, I can find out more about the conflict and know what happened between the

Yakuza and my parents!".

Ryu- "Thank you, Mia, and Han, I appreciate your help, I want to set up a larger location we can have

meetings at, so I want Mia to look into that we are at war, Han I wanna know how much territory

Mitsuru has occupied in Tokyo?".

Mia bows, and leaves to get to work.

Han- "Well, from what I know, Mitsurin has 10% of the territory in

Tokyo, that Shen and the gang

took over, 10% of territory in Tokyo belongs to Keido Highschool,

but Keido has some of the important landmarks

in Tokyo filled with strong fighters, and weapons, as well as it,

being heavily guarded,

All of the delinquent school's in Tokyo are part of Tokyo Kingdom which controls our school and Monday other and have

40% of all of Tokyo, but I'll talk about a Tokyo Kingdom later and

matching up toour territory, the other 60% the Yakuza controls".

Ryu- "I want you to check out their territories from a distance and tell me their inside and out".

Han bows and leaves.

Ryu says "now to eat lunch! :)".

All the Royals go to the Hospital to check on Shen.

Shen says "Hey... guys how did the meeting go, do you like him?".

Rank 10 -Fu Nishiki (medium height, swept-back black hair, and green eyes)- "I don't really care but

if he defeated you, that means he is strong, so I will follow him".

Rank 9- Pyo Eijun (medium height, spiky brown hair, yellow eyes) - "He kind of scares me but seems

like a good kid, can't believe our new leader is a first-year though".

Rank 8- Kai Mizu (spiky red hair, black eyes, tall) - "He seems very interesting, I like him!".

Rank 7- Kaneda Mikasa (curly green hair, yellow eyes, with headphones, short) - "Well one thing's for sure he is reckless but is smart enough to come up with a solution, he is probably the best leader

I've seen other than you".

Rank 6- Daomine Raiki (Tall, Dark Blue Short Side Hair, blue eyes) - "He's intimidating but cool, I like

him.

Rank 5- Yami Nanaba (Tall height, Purple Dark Hair, brown eyes) - "He's cool I guess....".

Rank 4- Chun Tai (Coffe Brown Hair, Black eyes, short height) - "He is this aura, that is untouchable and is very scary, I don't think we have seen him go 100% of his fighting skills yet but other than

that he is okay, but I still wish you were here....".

Rank 3 (who is a girl) - Mia Santomi (Long Black Hair, medium height, blue eyes) - "He is deadly, and

a good leader, I like him a lot, but he is kind of scary!!!".

Rank 2- Han Bo (Big muscular, tall height, brown hair spiky, yellow eyes)- "He's dope".

Rank 1- Manny Onigiri, (Yellow Hair mixed with Brown Hair ponytail, medium height, orange eyes)-

"[Doesn't say anything]".

Shen- "When I fought him, he still wasn't using his full power, but was trying to not severely damage

me, well it doesn't matter, but I feel like, with him, Mitsurin can become the best in Tokyo!".

They all explained what happened at the meeting and agree with Shen's decision but are sad that

Shen is not their leader anymore.
