Hello chicken here 👋

First of all, sorry for the delay. I try to get at least one chapter per week but this time IRL just kicked me in the balls and so, here we are. I’ll try to keep to that schedule, but I won’t post if I feel the chapter is still incomplete.

I think prose is the weakest area in my writing and I have been focusing on that. Feel like I’ve improved a lot but somehow I’m taking longer to write since I’m obsessing so much over the words.

Okay with that out of the way. This post is about reviews. I asked my friend ZHAERNON to give the fiction an honest and unbiased review.

That buttmunch! This wasn’t the type of honesty that I was expecting!

Still…. considering that he doesn’t rate anything above 3 stars, I suppose I can’t complain.

Anyway, that got me into thinking about how useful reviews can be. People to tell you when you need to course correct. So, I decided to try a little something to get in-depth reviews. I’m not sure how many people will use this but it is there in case anyone is interested.

I’ll be putting a google doc link to all my posted chapters with the comment feature turned on so anyone can point out line by line, exactly what they liked or hated about the story.

Right now, I’m basically flying blind here 😅. No editors, no nothing. This is a one-man show, folks! This will help me know the thoughts of you guys and help me write better.
