"I'm telling you it was Tanya!" Susan railed at the headmaster, "It has to be, she did the same stunt to me last week, I was just lucky it was on the bottom step!"

"Yeah, and she targeted our group at the ice skating on the weekend!" Jenny backed her up.

The headmaster held up his hands, "I know, I know, I'm sorry though, there were no witnesses."

"Is she going to be okay at least?" Susan asked, some of the anger leaving her.

"Well, she has a concussion, multiple fractures in her right arm and three broken ribs. Nothing too life threatening but I doubt she will be back at school for well over a month." He admitted.

"And no one is going to be punished for this? You're going to wait until one of us is assaulted or killed? She's obviously escalating!" The anger was back, with a vengeance.

"Without proof there isn't anything we can do, we can tell the teachers to keep an eye on her but they can't follow her around."

"Can you tell her parents what happened? Subtly suggest their daughter is a psychopath?" Susan asked, expecting him to say no.

"No, I'm sorry." Came the reply.

"Right, thanks for nothing!" She said and stormed out, her friends following her.

It was still bucketing down so they returned to their normal indoor corner in the maths department, Anne clutching her bag to her chest. "This sucks." Susan stated. "Did you ever get this Jo?"

"Nope, but I think everyone was just used to me. People don't like change." She replied sullenly.

"We should all just transfer to Mae's school." Heather suggested.

"The busses don't go that way." Abby muttered.

"We could learn to drive. Car pool." Anne suggested, quite liking the idea.

Just then Tanya approached with her full pose, "I hear your other girlfriend had an accident, how unfortunate. You lesbos need to get glasses, you all seem to be walking into things!" She said, not slowing her walk past.

"We know it was you!" Anne called after her.

Tanya replied over her shoulder, "No you don't, you just think it was me."

"She could have died!" Anne shouted.

"What a loss." Was the sarcastic reply from down the corridor.

"It fucking was her. Bitch." Susan muttered bitterly.
