*tatatatatata....
Bullets followed Caid as he rushed forward, but they hit the now mangled body of the mercenary, and even if they passed through, his bulletproof suit coupled with his Ten made it him recive only bruises he would only feel later.
"Ghaaa...
Impala saw Caid rushing him and wanted to move as he didn't want to be accidentally riddled with bullet's, but he was to slow. He could only throw a half-assed punch that Caid easily doged and then caught, before twisting it behind Impala's back.
"Gaaa...kill him, kill him....." yelled Impala as he struggled, but he would find out that it was not a good decision as he suddenly felt something cold penetrate his lower back.
"Gaaaaaa.....
Caid had just stabbed Impala on the back with his knife making the later clench his teeth in pain and stop struggling.
"Kuhh....kuhh....
"Let him go, or well shoot!" yelled the remaining two mercenaries while pointing their guns at Impala, but they didn't sound threatening at all to Caid. He could clearly notice the trembling on their voice and couldn't help but smile as he hid behind Impala's body.
'Kuh kuh....I'm enjoying this a little more than I should. I also don't have anymore time, but I don't really want to kill these people.....
Huh, I don't want to kill them?! Why am I think such a stupid thing right now?' thought Caid as he frowned and finally felt the blood that had pooled all around him. It looked so deep and bottomless that you couldn't imagine that it was only less than 1mm deap.
"Ki...kill him....guuu..." said Impala through his deep and painful breaths , but a little twist of the knife made him lod his tongue once again. This also made Caid wake up from his stupor as he looked behind and saw Tank who was staring at him with wide eyes.

"I've come to rescue you." said Caid smiling a little, but it looked completely different to Tank. To him , because of the blood and wood dust all over Caid's body he looked nothing lie a ten year old, but like someone that had just finished his shift at a butcher shop.
Caid saw that Tank was tied up and turned towards the two remaining mercenaries."You two, remove the clip from your guns and throw each at a different direction. If you do that I'll leave you alive....if you don't do anything stupid that is." calmly said Caid as he subconsciously used some of his hostile Ren, and as expected it was very effective. The mercenaries did as he said while trembling and tossed the clip and the gun on different sides of the room.
"Bastards...I'll kill you.... myself...." said Impala as he saw the mercenaries give up their guns.
"Good, now stay there. Simple right?"
On the other hand Caid was happy as he backtracked while using Impala as a shield and reached Tank. He removed his knife from Impala's back making the wound bleed out and immediately cut Tank's restraints with a swift move.
"I... didn't expect you to come." said Tank as he rubbed his wrists and slowly got up on his feet.
"Yeah, I also didn't think that, but here I am." answered Caid while trying to hold Impala up as he had begun to loose his strength." We don't have time to talk. We will immediately get out of here, before that guy returns."
"Yeah, that sounds about right." said Tank who was still in a state of disbelief. He had given up more than once in the last two days that it didn't really register. "Let's get out of here....

As soon as Caid saw Tank was okay and could move without any problem he whispered the number of the room he came in and then told him to go forward and that he had something to do. Tank just nodded, and didn't say anything as he walked out of the dinning room under the stares of the mercenaries .
*Bam*
As soon as Tank was out of the room Caid dropped Impala's body on the ground, took a clip of bullets that was to his side and headed towards Impala's golden gun that had fallen on the ground. He removed the clip before putting in a new one and then left the room without saying a word.
After Caid left, the mercenaries finally could calm down a little and return to their senses.
"Hah... hah...hah....
"The boss, we need the boss..." said one of the mercenaries as he breathed hard from the shock. He reached towards the radio on his hip with trembling hand's and pressed the button to speak.
*pshhh....
"Boss, we've been attacked.....the pilot escaped....
.........
A minute before the radio call, the Nen user , Paikos and Mikael were still talking what was going to happen.
"I didn't expect this kind of trade offer from you. Still I'm going to accept it for the sake of my men." said the Nen user as he sneered inside while he looked at Paikos and Mikael's faces.
"Yeah, I didn't expect it to go this way either. The little guy is such a strategist that if it wasn't for your good luck this trade wouldn't even be happening." said Mikael as he received an angry glare from Paikos.
"You don't say....
Still , I was very surprised that three random people would be able to completely ruin my plans so easily. I'm wondering if you somehow knew something I didn't." said the Nen user as he squinted his eyes at the two of them.
"Hah, who knows!? But I know one thing for sure, that this has been the best road trip in the history of road trips. Don't you agree, Paikos?"
" Not really." answered Paikos as he worriedly looked at Mikael's face and knew something was wrong. He was supposed to delay the Nen user as much as possible, but this was going a little to far from the plan.
"Oh, you're such a joker.... Paikos....kill him!" said Mikael with a deep voice that reverberated on the soul . This made both Paikos and the Nen user surprised for a second, but something else was the straw that broke the camel's back. The radio on the Nen users hip flared to life as the bad news as heard.
*pshhh....
"Boss, we've been attacked.....the pilot escaped....
"YOU...." yelled the Nen user as he prepared to kill the both of them and also as Paikos was about to shoot, but neither had the chance to.
*BAAAAAM*
The ground shook and the sand shifted below their legs as a loud sound shook everything around them. This made them all turn their attention towards the airship that was now crushed in half by a gigantic , scaly tail. It looked unbelievably long and robust that it had crushed the airship in half without any trouble.

The Yes-Mage
Plenty of people have stopped and asked what it'd be like to simply have everything, and Sylvain Henry Camille Johansson was no different. He was a man who had a lot of things going on, with a name that'd make a supervillain blush and a family who'd make even the useless of their rank into someone important. It was a shame, then, that he was slapped with a dreadfully unfortunate condition that kept him from living up to any of those already low expectations. Stuck living a life where magic is everywhere while he's left working with nothing more than a moderate intellect, a little bit of whatever influence he could get from his family, and a lifetime's practice at making himself the ideal subordinate for his bosses' boss, Vane was still beating the odds and slowly working his way up in the world. When the cunning yes-man finally got a chance to really make a name for himself, he leapt at the offer, taking his first real step onto a road he knew he was always meant to walk. His goal? Nothing less than finding out why he and too many other unfortunate souls are barred from the wonderful world of the higher energies, and with any luck, fixing it. Of course, life has a knack for interfering in even the humblest of plans, and Vane's lofty ideals were anything but humble; he was practically a walking bullseye for disaster. The funny thing about catastrophe, though, is that nobody can ever say what form it's going to take. That’s why, when it all went wrong for Vane, he'd gotten everything he'd ever wanted foisted onto him, and Everything else, too. Watch as a man so used to saying 'yes' to everyone above him finds himself stuck with the power to make reality itself say it back.

Interface
Welcome to the World-City of Thousel, the sixth iteration of life on the planet. These are the recordings of the people of Thousel. Thousel is believed to be the second longest iteration of life, and the overall most prosperous compared to what we know about the past five iterations. Medicine and technology have all progressed abundantly, and the world itself has been turned into one great city, governed and managed by the Governmental-Company Alliance, or the GCA.These particular recordings concern the discovery of a peculiar machine. When two very different people find themselves bound by the fate of one mysterious bot, life in the World-City begins to change… Interface is a cyberpunk webnovel set in an ecumenopolis world where people evolved with electro-sensory abilities. These senses shape the face of modern technology and life in a world where the three largest corporations run what has effectively become the government. Each of these three companies control various aspects of life in the city, and they all constantly vie for domain and power over one another. The world stands at the precipice of biological, technological, and historical breakthrough. After decades of study into microbiology, archaeology, and geology, it has been discovered that sentient life has lived on the planet multiple times over. These past peoples are referred to as the “prior iterations of life,” and it is believed that five great civilizations were constructed before the rise of the modern world. No one can be sure for certain what caused these peoples’ extinction long ago, and the theories range from simply dying off over time to massive tectonic fractures in the face of the planet. Advanced technology, far more complicated than anything the people possess today, has been uncovered in multiple locations. This has lead scholars to speculate on exactly how long each iteration of life survived and how far they progressed as a society. None of the companies have been able to find a way to make this ancient technology work for their own profit. It is as though they are each missing the final key needed to unlock these centuries old secrets. What could this knowledge reveal about the nature of life across every iteration? What power could it give to the one who wields it?Far from the investigation into the origin of life, two kids unlock a new mystery – one that ties their fates to the discovery of an old, mysterious robot. Suddenly, eyes begin to turn towards them as life in the city of Thousel changes wherever they go…

RELINQUISH
Sometimes I wonder why the world isn't decorated with something as cool as magic... Why can't we manipulate the laws of the world? Why does the story about God sound too fake to be believed? Why the hope for this world to be saved from the bottom of everyone's heart can never be fulfilled... Then I landed on each conclusion from each of those questions... That humans are the most cunning, meanest and stupidest creatures who are most desperately expected to not have any power including magic itself. That it is not God that we should believe in, because they themselves do not believe in how disgusting human nature really is. That everyone's hope is not for the world to be saved, but for the world to be destroyed in order to save their own selves. That the world from the beginning, was not meant to be saved... (I frequently revise and update the use of sentences in the previous chapters without disturbing the original storyline. so sometimes it takes me a little longer to publish a new chapter.) I have the same novel posted on another website (Webnovel.com , creativenovels.com) with the same name (RELINQUISH)
