《Direction and Magnitude》2 Displacement

At this point, I would guess that it has been at least a week or so since my re-birth.
During this time I was able to come to terms with the fact that I had been somehow isekai'd. I was also able to determine that I am a girl… Thank god! I already got isekai'd, I didn't want this to become a gender-bender as well.
After some time my vision finally started to clear up and I was able to see the room around me. The room was quite large and very elegantly decorated and to be honest, it was a bit gaudy for my taste. I am more into a more clean and modern aesthetic myself.
With the observations I am able to make about the room I am able to surmise that my parents are some form of nobility or have some form of status. This was corroborated by my parent’s attire being consistently fancy and high class. My father usually wore some form of a tailored suit and my mother wore very elegant dresses with copious amounts of frills.
On a different subject I found out that I have an older brother and sister, they were roughly 2 and 3 respectively. My sister had our mom's blond hair and father's blue eyes, my brother also had blond hair but curiously he had green eyes. I would have questioned his lineage if it wasn't for his face sharing a striking resemblance to our father. These two were extremely cute and that was amplified by their extreme enthusiasm when they got to see me for the first time. They were positively giddy and very curious about their new younger sister.
Once the excitement had died down and I was left alone under the belief that I was sleeping I decided I should take inventory of my situation.

First off, I need to get some headway on deciphering this new language. I have been spending time analyzing the sounds my family makes in relation to contextual cues they give off. Sadly this process is slow going, especially since it seems that my infant's brain is already hitting it's limit trying to house a fully developed consciousness.
This also plays right into item number two, my vector manipulation esper ability. This ability is the reason I was essentially invincible. While it is both a blessing and a curse it can be extremely useful. If something can be expressed as a vector, meaning it has both a direction and magnitude I can freely manipulate it. Back before I died I was the most powerful esper in existence. My powers had almost reached the highest level, once that happened I might even be able to fight gods.
Now back to my problem, My powers require me to calculate mathematically the vectors and how they affect the physical world. These calculations require an astronomical amount of processing power. My dilemma is my brain is already at its limit, but I need to ascertain whether or not I can still use them.
After some thinking, I was able to come up with a solution that would allow me to test if I can still edit vectors. All I would need to do is enter a state of deep meditation and if it works I may be able to free up enough processing power to do a test at the cost of not being able to think about anything else.
After some time and lots of effort, I am able to move my tiny hand to one of the wooden bars on my crib. Using my hand as a reference point to reduce calculation complexity, I begin to meditate and only focus on editing the velocity of this part of the crib. I start to focus on the bar, right now it has zero velocity. After using the palm of my hand as plain and setting the direction of the momentum to be ninety degrees perpendicular to it. I edit the instantaneous velocity of the bar from zero to fifty. This was a mistake, due to me putting most of my thought into editing the vector I forgot to take into account the scale of the unit I used to express the velocity.

The result was the wooden bar fragmenting into tiny pieces shotgunning the shrapnel into the adjacent wall with a loud crack. This unfortunate event was also a result of me not being able to apply the force across the entirety of the object.
That brings an end to this little experiment. Conclusion: Vector manipulation is extremely dangerous, especially when wielded by a two week old. No further attempts should be made until more processing power is developed to prevent harm to self or others.
Speaking of others, it looks like my little endeavor has caught the attention of one of the locals.
Suddenly a girl wearing a maid outfit busts through the door in a panic alarmed by the loud noise I just made. She most likely feared something had fallen, and wanted to make sure the newest member of the household was ok.
This maid looked quite young, maybe sixteen or seventeen years old. She had the stereotypical black and white European maid outfit on. After taking a moment to inspect the intruder I discover that she may not be human. She had a slightly bluish tint to her skin and she also had two small black horns on her forehead. The maid’s light red eyes were darting all over the place trying to determine the source of the disturbance.
Luckily, it seems that if she were a D&D character her perception would be disastrously low. Because of this, she did not notice the missing bar on the crib or the splinters embedded in the wall. She soon came over to me and looked me over to make sure I was still alive. After giving a sigh of relief she turned around and quietly left the room and closed the door behind her.
While I was pretending to be asleep before so I could have some time to myself, but after all that excitement I was soon fast asleep for real.

HUD: Wargame (Sci-Fi GameLit)
★★★★★UNFRIGGENBELIEVABLE!!!!!! "HUD: Wargame is a sci-fi GameLit worth reading." -TienSwitch ★★★★★Rock-solid FPS GameLit. "Nic - the main character - is an ambitious, hyper-competitive perfectionist, and the story fortunately handles him correctly in that it does not push these traits too far." -Akaso ★★★★★This is a good one! "This is one of those stories where you read the first few paragraphs and can just tell that the author has the chops to tell a story. It's engaging and the rules are well thought out and clearly explained. The action is punchy and exciting. Anyway, read it." -HonourRae In the future, everything is a game. Even war. 18-year-old Nic Sigfried wants the high score. Virtually piloting a real-life robot, he'll face off against his peers with the help of his AI guidance system, RTIFIS. The prize? New worlds across the galaxy that are ripe for human conquest and terraforming. It sounds glamorous on paper, but this job might be more dangerous than he thought...
