Kuronagi began to pack his things before leaving the inn. At first, he wanted to be friends with the innkeeper but he was being glared at by him. Kuronagi never notice that the innkeeper's wife was lovestruck at him...

Kuronagi bought a map as his next destination was a small fishing town, Gilnad. There, only the town's port the will head towards the demon continent. To defeat the demon king, he must head there to cross the sea and enter the demon continent.
As he headed towards the entrance, a young girl waited at the gate. Her blond hair that matches her blue eyes as her eyes were red. Liliana was crying the whole night as she waited him to come here. Kuronagi was surprise as she must have waited for him this whole morning. He had no choice but to walk towards her.
"I'm sorry..."
Kuronagi apologises to her as he bowed to her. Liliana quickly hugged him as she will never sees him again. She wanted to feel his warm body. When she saw his forced smile, her heart felt a sting as she saw him go. Her heart knew that Kuronagi didn't do it on purpose but seeing him disappear from her hands made her desperate to be with him.
Kuronagi felt warm as he wanted to hugged her but refrained from doing so. He knew that it was his fault. He was scared that she didn't want to be his friend anymore. He slowly pulled her apart as if she was rejected by him. He smiled at her.
"I don't want to hurt you any more. Thank you for being with me and good bye."
As he said that, his unique ability kicked in and he disappear. Liliana, seeing him go, kneel to the ground as ahe kept calling for his name.

"Kuronagi! Kuronagi! Kuronagi! Kuwonawgi..."
He walked away as he looked back at her. She kept calling for his name as he gritted his teeth. If he were to stay with her, he would lose the dream he made. Since he was scared that she won't stay as his friend anymore, he wanted to break his relationship with her before it was too late.
The journey was long but as long as he has the map...
"Where's the map?"

At the gate, Liliana has now stopped crying and stood up. She felt her heart was broken when Kuronagi left him. As she swept off the dust, she found something on the ground. As she picked up the rolled paper, she was shocked to find out that it was a map that Kuronagi must have dropped. Liliana became cheery again as she packed her things as she goes to the fishing town, Gilnad.

But none of them filled the emptiness in his heart. He just needed her. But all he got were unimportant girls he used and forgot about. He never felt anything for them. He couldn't. But then on that day while he was walking around a small town's forest, he felt the emptiness slowly being filled up a bit. He stood there in shock. He couldn't believe it. He almost cried of happiness, right then and there.He had her. He had a mate. His mate. His one and only mate. His Queen.
