After Lloyd left and said goodbye to Suzaku, the figure of a beautiful lady appears before him. Suzaku is shocked by Meiya who appears out of thin air. She is wearing the light purple dress that indicates she is a noble with violet Tassel Loafers Dress Shoes which shows the wearer's classic style. Behind her are the two black and blue swords energetically floating like guardians protecting their master. “It’s been a while. KuKu.” Meiya smiles and walks towards the glass prison that is trapping her little friend, KuKu. “MeiMei?” Suzaku calls out. Meiya looks annoyed and says, “It’s Meiya Onee san for you. Show some respect, you brat.” Suzaku smiles and giggles like a younger sibling who teases his older sister. “Are Lelouch and Nunally fine?” Suzaku asks. “They are well not like you, Brat. With what foolishness of yours did you join the Britannia military? Don’t you know someday this would happen? You and ChuChu are always good at making problems for me. Always makes me worry about you two. You two will really be the death of me.” Meiya sighs and looks at Suzaku with the look of try-denying-this-Brat. Suzaku sweatdrops at this which he can’t refuse. “Wait. How did you get here? Isn’t the security too high? Even Lloyd can’t get in here without being investigated.” Suzaku changes the subject quickly before his skull will be put in a hole by Meiya.

“Playing clever. I see.” Meiya sighs and continues. “Do you think those people can stop me if I want to go into the palace without covering my presence? Even if I assassinate the Emperor, they wouldn’t find out immediately. You know how strong I am. Now, stop talking nonsense and gets your butt moves away from the glass. I am gonna cut this into pieces.” Meiya opens her hand and one of the floating swords softly lands onto it. “Wait. MeiMei. I will not come with you even if you break these glasses.” Suzaku quickly stops Meiya. “WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOT COMING WITH ME? ARE YOU AN IDIOT? YOU WILL BE KILLED BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT THE TRIAL. DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD SHOW THE REAL EVIDENCE AND LET YOU GO FREELY?” Meiya yells with anger. She then smooths her emotions for a minute and persuades Suzaku again. “Don’t think anything right now. Just think about ChuChu and Lily. They were worried about you when they heard the news. I told them I would save you so don’t make me lose my face.” Suzaku smiles faintly and says, “Tell Lelouch and Nunally that I am fine. Thank you for worrying about me. Meiya Onee san.” Meiya’s eyes are wide open because of how shocked she is. “KuKu. Hear me out, please. You are the most important person to me after my siblings. No. You are just like my sibling. So, don’t say something like this with that face of yours. I am not planning to lose three of you again. This time…… this time…..” Meiya said this with too many emotions causing her Geass to be unstable.

She touches her eyes with her metal hand and stumbles towards the glass hitting it hard in the process. “Meiya! Meiya! What happened? Can you hear me? Heyyy!!!” Suzaku calls out to Meiya who is panting heavily because of the pain made by her Geass. Xiao Xiao pops out without notifying Celesta. “You know Xiao Xiao. It took you a week to evolve to the eighth layer. Don’t you think it’s too slow?” Meiya says while her emotions return to normal within seconds. Her emotions are strange like that. One minute, she is talking about a tragic thing and the next she is rolling on the floor while laughing. Xiao Xiao explains to its host by wearing round glasses to its imaginative eyes. “Host, you should be glad because I am at the eighth layer now. The medium level system can connect its host with the God of the world that you choose to transmigrate while the High level one is a different matter. In the Area 11 Government Bureau, Jeremiah is speaking with Diethard Ried about Prince Clovis’s funeral together with Kewell Soresi and Villetta Nu. “His highness’s memorial program was handled very well although a bit too weepy for my tastes…” Jeremiah says. “Your Excellency, the masses enjoy a tearjerker.”Diethard replied respectfully. “Spoken like a true TV man. Kewell looks at his superior sideline and listens carefully. He wore a standard purest friction uniform and has coffee color hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. “Let’s get a lot of patriotic Britannians to line the roadside.” Diethard says making it easy for Jeremiah to explain. “It’s helpful that you catch on so quickly. Be sure his face can be seen clearly in the convoy.” Jeremiah speaks to Villetta Nu who wore a white and red shirt covered by a long purple vest-like coat combined with a black belt, black skirt, black thigh-high stockings, and long purple gloves. She has long bluish-gray hair which is to the right of her face and the rest is tied up with golden ties as well as wrapped in purple fabric, yellow eyes, and dark skin. Villetta informs her superior, “Lord Jeremiah, there are some among the Elevens who have made Private Kururugi out to be a hero. Some groups may even be thinking of freeing him.” Jeremiah proudly replies, “I’ll be providing security personally in my Sutherland. If any troublemakers show up, I’ll execute them on the spot!”

On the streets of The Tokyo Settlement, the streets are lined with Patriotic Britannians as planned. The TV announcer is informing the people on television. “Any moment. Any moment now. Just look at the crowds lining the route. All of them are waiting. Waiting for the man accused of killing Prince Clovis. Waiting for honorary Britannian Suzaku Kururugi to pass by. Waiting for the former Eleven!” Diethard is instructing his men in the broadcasting van. “Camera 5 is slow! Charles? Have you got your crowd set up? Huh? The studio? Let them wait. There is no delay. Everything is going as planned. Here he comes…” The procession led by Jeremiah who held captive Suzaku slowly arrives on the street. The announcer shouts the arrival of Suzaku, “I… I can see it. It’s Kururugi, the suspect. Suzaku Kururugi will be here soon.” “There, you see? This sham… I’m as corrupt as them.” Diethard talks to himself. The civilians are cursing Suzaku while the procession is driving through the sea of the crowd. “Murder! Scum! Damned Eleven! We want our prince back!” Suzaku looks sad because of the words he is hearing. At the Camelot Engineering Division, “But we know that Suzaku’s innocent.” Cecile said while typing the data together with Lloyd for Lancelot. “The court deemed our testimony inadmissible. It can’t be helped.” Lloyd said while typing. “But…” Cecile tries to reject but interrupt by Lloyd. “Say, would that be altruism or humanitarianism?” Lloyd asks for advice. “You’re playing word games at a time like this?” Cecile scolds Lloyd. “Is there anything else I can do? You know where this case is headed as well as I do and we can’t contact our patron while he is at the summit. All we can do is let this whole thing go.” Lloyd says this with his signature smile.

Alright?” Nunally nods her head with belief. “Margrave Jeremiah, whose personal effort helped to settle this case, will be directing the trial as acting consul.” The announcer reports. At the Ohgi’s base, Tamaki, Minami, Yoshida, Sugiyama, and Inoue are also watching the scene. “There’s no way just the three of them can do this!” Tamaki says with ridiculous in his voice. “But still, he told us that he could make the impossible possible. He told us he’d do it that he’d save Suzaku Kururugi.” Ohgi said. He was sitting and waiting on a vehicle under the street while watching everything with his vehicle's monitor. While everything is heating up, Lelouch is wearing his attire and mask preparing himself for the future event. “That’s right. I don’t need a path to fall back upon.” After he wore his mask, many data were falling beautifully on the scene and his sister’s face pops out from the corner. “Are you ready? ChuChu.” Lelouch smiles and says, “No need to ask twice.” Meiya smirked at him. “Very Well.”

“Acting Consul Jeremiah.” A soldier calls Jeremiah to his earphone. “What is it?” Jeremiah asks. “Vehicle approaching the main highway from Third Street. We let it pass as instructed but…” The soldier tells unsure of himself. “Do you think your target is a terrorist vehicle?” Jeremiah commands an explanation. “Well, sir… It’s Prince Clovis’s car.” The soldier informs. “The Prince’s?” Jeremiah asks. “This guy’s a joker. Never mind. Let him through to us!” Jeremiah commands with a mocking smirk. “All forces, halt!” The command of Jeremiah surprises everyone as they wondered what is going on. At the Ohgi’s base, “They stopped. They really did!” Sugiyama says with surprise. “Heh! It’s a coincidence!” Tamaki says mockingly. “But he said Jeremiah would do that because he likes being the center of attention….” Yoshida reminds. “Coincidence!” Tamaki yells at his friends. Back to Tokyo’s Street, “No stop was scheduled here. Could there have been some sort of accident?” The announcer informed the People on TV. “This is site 5. There is a vehicle approaching them!” A soldier informs Jeremiah. Jeremiah smiles. “It… It’s Prince Clovis’s personal transport! Can you see it? It headed towards you!” The reporter surprisingly says. “Impossible! He’s coming straight at them! What’s he planning?” Ohgi says to no one. Kallen is driving the fake car and thinking about the plan of Zero. “Will they really buy this fake?”

Flashback to destroyed Tokyo city, Zero is standing on top of the boulder and looking down at the two terrorists who trust him while the other doesn’t even bother to come. “I see. Just you two.” Zero says. “I’m sorry but can you give us a little more time? If I explain more, I can get more people…” Ohgi convinces Zero. “No, the two of you just do fine.” Zero says shocking both Kallen and Ohgi. “Don’t be ridiculous! Do you know how many we’ll be facing?” Kallen yells at the masked man who calls himself Zero. “With your help, I’ll clear the conditions of this task easily. Have this made by tomorrow. It just has to look like this on the outside.” Zero instructs them without bothering to explain anymore. Flash back end. The fake car driven by Kallen arrives in front of Jeremiah’s troops. Jeremiah commands with an angry fake voice, “Get out, who dare to spoil His Highness’s transport!” Before long, Flames engulfed the front part of the car which is the Flag of Britannia, and there appeared a masked man with a dark purple suit. Jeremiah was surprised together with the people on the road and on the TV who are watching the whole encounter. The masked man says, “I am Zero.” “Zero?” Villetta talks to herself. “Who is this person? This man calling himself Zero who stands in front of the convoy!” The reporter dramatically says. At the Ashford Academy, “What’s all this?” Rivalz says while sitting on top of the table in front of the TV. Nunally who is listening to the whole news is also shocked and looks in the direction of Tonis. Tonis smiles and says, “See, this is part of Master’s plan. Don’t worry. Nunally sama. She can handle this with ease.”

At the Ohgi’s Base, “What’s he doing?” Tamaki asks confused. The reporter says, “Who is this man calling himself Zero?” “Zero? As in nothing?” Diethard whispers himself. “Could he be a terrorist? But if he is what a foolish move to make!” The reporter says to the people who are watching on the TV. ‘Is it an Eleven?’ Suzaku thinks in his mind. ‘Suzaku… Now to return the favor.’ Lelouch thinks of his plan. “Had enough, Zero? Your little showtime is at the end.” Jeremiah fires his gun upwards and four knightmares drop from the plane hanger and surround the car. “Now, first you can remove the mask.” Jeremiah demands. Lelouch’s hand touches the mask-like he is going to take off but he snapped his fingers in the air and the back of the car’s walls are removed and reveals the fake poison container. “What the…” Jeremiah says with shock. “Lord Jeremiah, that’s…” Villetta shouts with alarm. Lelouch smirks and thinks, ‘Yes, Jeremiah. As you never saw what was in this thing, you assume this is a poison gas capsule.’ “No, that is just…” Suzaku try to explain but the collar he was being put on sent an electric current and shocked his throat to not make a word. “What the heck? Can all of you watching the TV now see this? It’s some sort of device, although its purpose is unclear. Let’s keep watching and see if this assumed terrorist explains. “You… You bastard.” Jeremiah curses and thinks, ‘He’s taken every Britannian here hostage! Without them even knowing they’re hostages!’ Jeremiah aims at Zero with his gun shakily.

“Are you sure about this? You want the public to know about Orange?” Zero asks. “What’s Orange?” A soldier guarding Suzaku asks his partner. “I don’t know.” His partner reply. Zero taps his foot on the car signaling Kallen to move it closer to Jeremiah. Kallen gets the signal and she slowly drives the car while Zero is talking to Jeremiah. “If I die, it’ll all go public. If you don’t want that to happen,…” “What are you talking about?! What are you saying?!” Jeremiah demands an answer while Lelouch slides one of his glasses on his mask and uses his Geass. “Let us go with all your might. That man you hold as well!” “Humph. Understand. Give them the prisoner.” The Geass casts on Jeremiah works immediately and he does what Lelouch told. Kallen is shocked silly in her car as well as all the people who are watching the encounter. “Lord Jeremiah, what did you just say?!” Villetta shockingly says. “Give them the prisoner!” Jeremiah commands again. Villetta and the two soldiers who are guarding the Suzaku are unsure of what to do. “Should we? / But…” The two soldiers say to each other. “Let them have him. Nobody will interfere!” Jeremiah commands again. “I can’t tell from here what happened, but it looks like Suzaku Kururugi’s release has been arranged!” The announcer tells the people on TV. The voices of the unsatisfied people are all over the place while Suzaku and Lelouch approach each other. “Who the hell…?” The collar on Suzaku’s neck sent electric shock again making him unable to speak properly.

“I didn’t expect they’d allow you to speak.” Zero says this while Kallen approaches him and Ohgi begins his mission by starting his vehicle. “If they get away, we’ll be disgraced!” Villetta says while she also enters her Knightmare. “Zero, it’s time.” Kallen says. “Then, we’ll talk later.” Zero takes out a switch and presses it making the fake gas in the container release. The civilians around the area felt afraid and run away from the scene. “You cowardly Elevens!” Villetta tries to shoot the Terrorists but she is attacked by Jeremiah. “Lord Jeremiah, why?!” She asks. “I told you not to interfere.” Jeremiah says while Zero takes Suzaku by wrapping his cape around Suzaku’s body and together with Kallen, all of them jump off the street. At the same time, Ohgi shoot a safety net before they hid the train surface hard. Zero, Suzaku, and Kallen land safely inside an open train car. “It worked! Now, we can retreat.” Ohgi says while he exits his vehicle and joins together with his group successfully escaping from Jeremiah’s troops. At the same time, in the five stars hotel in Tokyo, the spy reports the news of Lelouch’s safety, and Meiya smiles. In an old Theater in destroyed Tokyo, “I really didn’t think he’d save him. / Who is this guy?” Yoshida and Sugiyama say what their friends are thinking in their minds. “It’s bull. How many times can a bluff like that work?!” Tamaki says with annoyance. “But there is something you have to admit.” Ohgi says. “Huh?” Tamaki. “Who else but he could have pulled that off? If you want to change the world, then join me.” Zero says while standing above the boulder looking down at Suzaku. “Did you… Is it true that you killed Prince Clovis?” Suzaku asks not liking Zero who just risks his life to save him. “This is war. It’s natural to kill an enemy commander.” Zero says the obvious. “And the poison gas? And taking those civilians hostage?” Suzaku interrogates Zero. “Just a bluff I used for the exchange. As a result, nobody was killed.” Zero replies patiently. “The results? Right… That’s all that matters to you.” Suzaku smiled mockingly. “Join me. The Britannia you serve is a worthless nation.” Zero extends his hand towards Suzaku. “Maybe that’s true. However, I can change it into a worthy nation from within Britannia!” Suzaku says with stubbornness without accepting the hand. “Change it?” Zero says with shock. “Because I think the ends are just as worthless if the means to them are wrong!” Suzaku says while walking towards the huge hole in the world which leads to outside. “Wait! Where are you going?” Zero yells. “My court-martial begins in an hour.” Suzaku says calmly. “Are... Are you mad? That trial is set up just to find you guilty. The prosecution, the judge, the defense…!” Lelouch once again persuades his friend. “Even so, those are the rules. If I don’t go, they’ll begin oppressing Elevens and honorary Britannians.” Suzaku explains. “But you’ll die!” “I don’t care!” “You are being stupid!” Lelouch and Suzaku comfort each other.

“An old friend used to tell me all the time that I was being stupid.” Lelouch gasps because of the words. “I guess it’s a personal fault. I want to bring you in but you’d properly just end up killing me if I tried now. If I’m going to die, I want to do it for the sake of everyone. Even so, thank you for saving me.” Suzaku says while walking back to the trial. Lelouch watches his friend’s back sadly. “Let him go, ChuChu.” His sister says to him with a warm voice. “He won’t be killed. I have already prepared for this and also I promise you and Lily to bring him back. Alright?” His sister smiles warmly at him. Even if everything is changing, the only one who stays by his side and takes care of him is his sister. He is really lucky to have a sister like her. He smiles at his sister and says, “It’s your turn now, Onee san.” His sister smiles and nods her head. The terrorists watch Suzaku returns to Britannians. Before they could say anything, the same red particles they saw at Shinjuku appeared before them and they twirl around gracefully. Meiya and Annora appear before Ohgi’s group making all of them shocked. “You are….” Ohgi says while standing up. “the one who saves me?” Nagata continues the sentence. Meiya looks at all the Terrorists in the area before she lands her eyes on a certain masked man.

Meiya and Annora wore military uniforms of the Einere empire. On the left side of Meiya’s head is the reddish-golden wing as a hair accessory which makes the wearer intimidating together with her white cloth that covering her eyes while Annora wore a black hat framing golden lines with the insignia of the Phoenix spreading its wings making her instantly known for the rank General. Zero walks out from the inner room and introduces Ohgi’s group with Meiya, “This is Meiya Lancaster, the Empress of Einer Empire and the other is Annora Terrowin, the second Death Knight and General of Einere.” Ohgi’s group is shocked by the realization that they are in front of an Empress. “Empress? What do you mean? I don’t even hear about this Empire name before.” Ohgi says with confusion. “Is this one of your bluff?!” Tamaki yells. “No, it’s not. I am Empress Meiya Lancaster and My Empire is real. You just don’t realize its existence.” Meiya explains with her cool tone making the people in the room shocked because of the nice voice they heard. “So, where is your Empire? Tell us the location if you may.” Kallen requests. “Negative. I don’t trust you all that much. I only trust Zero because he is one of my siblings and he tells me that not all Britannians are bad and not all Japanese are good. I will only send you weapons and other kinds of machine you need.” Meiya says her motive like telling how the weather today is.

“Di-Did you just say you don’t trust us?!” Tamaki asks with ridiculous in his voice. “Correct.” Meiya answers him calmly. “HA!! Do you think we trust you too with that kind of attitude? And you too with that mask of yours? Don’t make me laugh!! We don’t even know you two are the spies sent by Britannians!!!” Tamaki tells the possibilities and pants. “I think you all misunderstand our motives.” After Meiya said that, the whole room is cold down to a frightening degree. Meiya walks towards Tamaki who steps back each step she took. She then looks at Ohgi who flinch because of the stare he is feeling although she is covering her eyes with a white cloth. “Onee sama, please clam down.” Lelouch acts like he is really worried about Japanese Terrorists and he steps in front of them. “One: I don’t need your trust. I can destroy Britannia with ease by myself. Thank you. Two: I am doing this kind of meeting in this kind of place instead of somewhere grand is because of my sibling. Once Japan restores its original state and after annihilating the Britannia, he will return to my Empire. Three: My younger brother needs you, Japanese Terrorists, because he wants to build his own army to destroy Britannia and to prove how much he is capable. Four: When I say destroying the Britannia, I mean the head of the current Britannia Emperor, Charles Zi Britannia.” Meiya looks at the mouths of the Japanese Terrorists who are on the ground because of her words and says while smiling, “So, what is your choice? “Can you give us some time?” Nagata asks for permission which shocks his friends. “Make it quick. I am an Empress. I don’t have much time to play with mind games with children.” Meiya says mockingly. “ONEE SAMA!!!” Lelouch yells at his sister and says, “I know you don’t trust Japanese like I do but gives them the chance. When I was separated because of the capture of Japan with you, Japanese people are the ones who sheltered me and my sister despite the difficulties. That’s why please.” Lelouch acts like begging his sister. The scene makes the Japanese Terrorists a little move. Meiya sighs and looks back at Ohgi’s group. “Excuse my rude behavior. I am lately stressed because of someone who risks his life to save an entire country and an old friend without my acknowledgment! How noble of him!!! Huh.” Meiya looks at Zero with her clothed eyes while the latter sweatdrops and stutter, “I-I didn’t mean to do it. When I saw that they need some help, I can’t stand still and…..” Zero gives excuses to Meiya while ignoring the Japanese. “Should we really trust them?” Sugiyama asks Ohgi while sweatdropping because of the smack Zero takes from his older sister. That’s gonna hurt. “I don’t know for sure but we can’t keep on going like before. She is right. Without the help of her younger brother, we’ll be captured and killed by Britannians. Let’s join with them for now and see how they will help us.” Ohgi suggests.

“Also Suzaku Kururugi and Zero are old friends while the former didn’t know about it. By analyzing the words they said, it may be true that Zero is helping us while his sister is here to keep a watch on him.” Nagata analyzes the situation. “I agree with Ohgi’s decision because Zero helps us before and if he wants to betray us, he is already done so by informing us from the first encounter.” Kallen nods her head. “But what about the Einere Empire? We don’t know anything about them. Although they are not Japanese, we can’t say that they are Britannians.” Yoshida tells his thoughts. “I think we can give them a chance. While we don’t trust them, they don’t also trust us. And by looking at them, I think they are siblings for sure. Don’t you think?” Inoue says while pointing her chin in the direction of the two siblings who stop beating each other. Zero is depressed in the corner while Meiya shakes her head by pressing her temple. ‘Yes, they are definitely siblings.’ Everyone thought with a deadpan expression. And so, Ohgi and his group agree with Meiya’s offer. “Good choice, Ohgi. Isn’t it? Remember that, Zero.” Zero nods his head like a little chick picking the grains.

Meiya signals Annora and she walks to Zero by opening the metal box she carried. In the box, there are three keys with the color of black and gold, red and purple, and dark blue respectively combined with the attached wings symbols. They look so powerful despise these are just the keys, not humans. “You have done really well, Zero. You surprise me. These keys are the special Knightmares for you, Kallen, and Ohgi. You three are leading ones in this group so I will give you these.” Meiya says while handing the box.
