Yun Tian was extremely angry at what they tried to pull. He noticed that this Elder was in the late dantian building, but even though he was protecting Shen Yu he didn’t back down at all or try to run away.

Instead, killing intent surged within him. He held Shen Yu in one arm and stepped forward channeling a large portion of his demonic qi and the qi from his dantian into this one strike.

He had never had more killing intent or strength held within a strike before. The Elder thought he would be able to kill Yun Tian since he was protecting Shen Yu, but when their blades met he was blasted backwards and crashed into another house.

Yun Tian was furious and he exploded with more strength than he ever had. He was holding absolutely nothing back as it now turned into him wanting to kill them all.

Everyone in the crowd was stunned at everything that was happening and most of them still didn’t even know what was happening.

The only one who understood what just happened was Feng Bao. He had noticed that someone was trying to attack Shen Yu and even tried to help her. He liked Yun Tian and hated the Chen clan.

He attempted to rush towards her since Yun Tian was busy. Even so he was too slow, but Yun Tian still made it in time.

Most barely understood what was happening, everyone including Yun Tian looked at the rubble to see the condition of the attacker.

Yun Tian held Shen Yu with one arm as she held onto him. She was scared, but trusted Yun Tian. After all, he had held true to his words and protected her. She was anxious though to see the condition of the attacker.

While they all waited with bated breaths a figure climbed out of the rubble.

Seeing his condition though, everyone except Yun Tian and Shen Yu drew in cold breaths. They were amazed and scared of Yun Tian’s strength since they finally realized the situation.

The figure who climbed out of the rubble was a late dantian building of the Chen clan. He was an old man like Chen Long, but he still seemed full of strength even if the pressure he gave off was weaker than Chen Long’s.

He was wearing their signature black robes, or his robes used be black. Now, his robes were covered with blood that he had coughed out. Yun Tian’s last strike had been so strong that the force gave him internal injuries and he could barely feel his arms.

He still climbed out of the rubble though and stared at Yun Tian. The crowd quickly cleared away and gave them space. Chen Long who had been knocked away earlier made his way over too. Since the situation had devolved to this point the rest of the Chen clan Elders made their way over too.

Now, on one side of Yun Tian was the injured late dantian building Elder and on the other was Chen Long. Chen Long had the injury on his side and was slightly exhausted of energy after defending so many attacks from Yun Tian.

Behind Chen Long were two mid dantian building Elders and the three Early dantian building Elders he had not knocked out before.

All of them were holding low spirit grade swords except for Chen Long’s mid spirit grade sword.

This was quite threatening to Yun Tian, but he did not run away. He was absolutely pissed and he felt he could kill at least a few even while protecting Shen Yu.

He even saw that behind the Chen clan members, the Feng clan had their Elders and while Feng Bao didn’t say anything out loud it was clear he was ready to help Yun Tian if he needed it.

Yun Tian didn’t want their help though as he wanted to kill these people all by himself.

He projected a large amount of killing intent and shouted “I was not going to kill any of you, but you just had to touch my bottom line. Now, I am going to kill all of you!”

He scooped up Shen Yun in one arm holding her princess style, just like he had done before, and used the fleeting steps skill disappearing from his position. Instead of running away or anything of the like, he went after the injured late dantian building Elder.

He thought that would give him the best chance out of this situation. If he could eliminate him, then all he would have to do is take out the rest of the weaker Elders one by one and then he could focus on Chen Long. With his superior speed, they would not be able to touch a hair on him, even if he was holding Shen Yu.

Within his grasp, Shen Yu held her arms around his neck and huddled against him with her head on his shoulder. She trusted him and didn’t bother even to look around. She was in his grasp and that was enough for her to know she was safe.

That wasn’t the same for the people around though.

The moment he started to talk, the murderous intent he emitted was so strong that it sent chills down their spines, Chen Long included.

The situation itself looked quite magical. It looked as if a weak handsome young man was using all he could protecting a beautiful princess against evil demons.

Just feeling Yun Tian’s killing intent or seeing Yun Tian’s expression would crush this fantasy though.

Chen Long didn’t let the killing intent get to him though as he was worried about something.

His worry came true as he saw Yun Tian rushing toward the injured Elder. He knew Yun Tian would be faster so he just yelled “Focus on defense. Elders kill him.”and then rushed over himself.

While injured, the Elder was still a late dantian building expert so he stood his ground and got ready to attempt to use his sword skills along with his movement technique to defend against Yun Tian.
