Wu Chen agreed to Yun Tian’s words saying with a smile: “Yes my family is doing great.”

He continued on a turning a little dejected, “But those wolves out there are quite annoying. No one can leave town with them out there. If they stay there for too long, problems may eventually start to pop up.”

His eyebrows raised as he inspected Yun Tian saying: “As for you though, you seem a little different.”

Yun Tian grew taller and his physique looked more refined as his body grew stronger.

Beside that, Yun Tian’s bearing had become more vigorous as he trained warrior’s intent and his body grew increasingly stronger. While he hid his strength well and Wu Chen could not tell his strength at all, just the feeling he gave off had changed greatly, especially with his last breakthrough.

As if to confirm this, Yun Tian merely said, “I’ve only grown a little stronger.”

Wu Chen couldn’t help but widen his eyes at that. He had heard about how strong he was and the feats he had performed before. He couldn’t help but wonder how strong he was now.

He didn’t get to wonder for long though, as Yun Tian then told him, “Also, about those wolves, I am going to take care of them. So, don’t worry about them.”

Wu Chen was the one who told Yun Tian about the peak stage wolf among them. So, he was sure Yun Tian knew what he was getting into. Still, he couldn’t help but say: “Are you sure you can handle it?”

Yun Tian confidently nodded his head saying: “Yes, I’m sure. I just wanted to bring Shen Yu into town first. Otherwise, I would have already started to take care of them. You don’t mind if Shen Yu stays at your place for at most a few hours right?”

Wu Chen stared at him and didn’t agree immediately. Instead, he turned to look at Shen Yu and asked, “ Shen Yu, do you think he can handle it?”

In response, Shen Yu immediately spoke up with a confident tone saying: “Tian can do anything! He will have no problem dealing with those wolves.”

Wu Chen was surprised at her attitude as he had seen how she acted before while worrying for him.

While surprised, it reassured Wu Chen even more. Yun Tian smiled and rubbed Shen Yu’s head. He couldn’t be happier with two people worrying for him and believing in him.

Wu Chen then said, “Alright then. Good luck. You can just bring Shen Yu over to my house then. I am going to stay here and wait for you to return victorious. Also, please tell Ming Yu that I might be home late.”

Yun Tian agreed and returned him to the guards who were scared and looking all over for him. Wu Chen reassured them, while Yun Tian left and took Shen Yu to Wu Chen’s house.

Once there, they knocked on the door and Wu Chen’s wife, Ming Yu, answered the door and was surprised to see them.

He didn’t tell her the whole story and quickly left after telling her that Shen Yu was just going to stay for a little while. He also told her that he already spoke to Wu Chen and that he might be late. Even without that she was more than happy to accommodate them.

After that, Yun Tian soon left and once more sneaked past the wolves outside town to his own group of wolves, Bolin and the rest.

He wasn’t gone for long. So, the wolves were still waiting patiently in the place he left them, some distance from town. Seeing him return the wolves became amped up and Yun Tian asked, “You ready?”

The wolves nodded and Yun Tian told them about his plans. He explained, “Make sure to be careful and leave the late stage and peak stage ones to me. I will also try to help out with the early and mid stage ones, but they are mainly your guys’ responsibility.”

Yun Tian believed in their capability to handle the demonic beast realm wolves. As for the wild beast realm wolves, he didn’t even take them into account.

The wolves merely nodded once more at his words. Seeing them only nod, Yun Tian smiled and told them the other part of his plan, “I need a way to let them know we are here. Why don’t you guys announce our presence?”

At this, the wolves threw him looks to which he responded with a nod and the wolves around him howled loudly with all their strength to let the world know that several strong demonic beasts were here.

The wolves around town heard them, but the peak stage and the rest didn’t come to check it out immediately.

Instead, only a single howl filled with irritation and murderous intent came from a wolf around town and all those who heard it shivered in fear. Even the cultivators in town. It was easy to tell that the beast who produced the howl was extremely strong and dangerous.

Yun Tian understood it was the peak stage wolf and prepared for the incoming horde of wolves. Bolin and the rest became tense and almost became filled with fear.

They could tell how strong the beast was better than cultivators and their instincts made them want to run away.

They managed to fight off their instincts though as they looked at the strong figure in front of them. Yun Tian was in front of them, standing tall as he waited for the wolves to come to them. He looked like he was ready to take on the whole world and the great aura he gave off calmed the wolves helping them focus once more.

Then, they immediately took positions hiding in the trees around him. They still preferred sneak attacks in the end.

After the howl though, a late stage wolf separated from the rest of the wolves and came towards Yun Tian’s position.

It appeared the rest weren’t leaving their spots around town just yet.

Yun Tian raised an eyebrow when he saw the lone late stage wolf coming towards their group. His senses were exceptionally sharp. So, he was sure there were no other wolves coming with it.

Seeing this, he just sneered and became more confident.
