《The Strength of Duality (Newly Edited)》No Trouble?

Yun Tian nodded his head and nonchalantly said, “Yep, that’s me.”
While he appeared to be calm, at this moment, he was actually very excited. After inspecting the middle aged man named Xue Cao, he appeared to be a late stage dantian building expert from what he felt from the man. He was basically boiling in anticipation at this moment.
Unaware of Yun Tian’s thoughts, Xue Cao continued to evaluate the situation. He seemed a little skeptical of the whole thing, but remembered Jin Hui’s words and only asked politely, “How many of them do you want?”
Hearing this, Yun Tian almost felt like a bomb went off within him. The past two alchemists both said, “I have…”
Whereas this man outright asked, “How many do you want?”
This could imply that he had more than just a few. The already growing anticipation rose to even higher heights.
Still, Yun Tian didn’t let his excitement take over and instead asked back, “How many do you have?”
Xue Cao was still skeptical, but pulled out four bottles full of pills and said, “I have sixteen of them. What do you want to trade for them?”
Yun Tian was happy to see how many he had and immediately pulled out a late stage demonic core and replied, “How about some of these. Just give me a fair price.”
Xue Cao’s eyes lit up as did the rest of the experts around them. Especially the eyes of the group in green robes. Previously, they were the last to arrive. Now the two late stage experts among them had fire blazing within their eyes. One almost wanted to leap forward and try to rob Yun Tian right there, but he was held back by the other. The one who held him back whispered something to him and the other experts of his group who smiled after hearing him.

Yun Tian didn’t hear his words as he wasn't paying too much attention to their group since everyone was talking amongst themselves after his reveal and he was focused on the response he was about to get.
Xue Cao was gleeful to see the core and was tempted to immediately spit out an outrageous price, but he saw Jin Hui to his side and immediately remembered his warning.
So, he said, “How about four cores for my sixteen pills. One core for four pills. While you could get a slightly better price if you travel elsewhere, that would take lot’s of time of travel and these are all I currently have.”
Jin Hui off to the side nodded his head as he thought it was a fair trade.
Yun Tian was also fine with it and took out three more cores, before just straight away holding them out.
Those around were surprised at him not trying to barter at all and even taking out four late stage demonic cores like it was nothing. The group in green robes had an image about him in their minds at this point. They figured he was some weak but rich heir with the wolves there to guard him.
Clueless to the picture he was painting in some of the expert’s minds, he only waited for Xue Cao’s response.
The man, a little flustered at the situation, calmed down and grew a big smile on his face as thought about the profit he was making. Immediately after he said, “Sorry, sorry. Here you go.”
They then traded their items. Afterwards Jin Hui asked once more, “No one else wants to trade pills for late stage cores?”
Jin Hui echoed after saying: “One core for four pills is a good price. I will help you guys turn that core into five, possibly six pills in the future, but it would take me some time.”

Still no one said yes. So Jin Hui could only turn to Yun Tian and say, “It seems you’ve taken all we got for the moment. Is there anything else you were looking for?”
Before answering him Yun Tian said, “Before that, thank you for trying to help me out Fellow Xue Cao.”
In response the man smiled and gave him a polite nod. He was in a good mood and he would gain a little by doing what he told them anyway.
After that, Yun Tian pondered for a moment on Jin Hui’s question and remembered something. So, he asked, “Got any high grade swords?”
Xue Cao shook his head and said, “While I am a good alchemist, we don’t have we don’t have high grade weapons here in town. Unless someone else in town has one I am unaware of.”
Of course everyone was silent. So, Jin Hui cut in saying: ”Is there anything else you were looking for.”
Yun Tian declined as there was nothing else he really needed. He could try to get some high grade skills, but he doubted they had any figured he could get some later if he wanted them. He said, “No, these were the only two reasons we came here. Since I got what I want. We will be heading north once more then. Thank you and fellow Xue Cao for your help.”
Xue Cao told him it was no problem and bade his goodbyes before returning into the Spirit Market behind him.
As Yun Tian had already informed him of which way they were leaving town from, Jin Hui didn’t have to ask. So, upon seeing how Yun Tian was adamant on leaving right away, Jin Hui only said, “Alright we will escort you out then.”
At the same time he said that, noticed one group of people leaving the area. He didn’t think too much of it, just hoping Yun Tian wouldn’t care.
His worries were assuaged quickly as Yun Tian didn’t seem to care about them seemingly not wanting to stick around anymore.
He didn’t say anything so Jin Hui didn’t either and instead just started to lead the way.
Yun Tian’s group left town just fine after exchanging good wishes with Jin Hui.
