"Father did you just say refining soul essence or did you mean soul energy."

Soul essence is what humans use in their awakening process to build their soul world. Which later will produce soul energy. Your soul can't be influenced before awakening. It can only grow on its own as you mature and reach its peak at the age of 15.

"No son, not soul energy. I did say it correctly, refining the very essence of one's soul."

"But dad isn't that innate?"

"Everyone says it is impossible to increase let alone refine"

"The reason comes from when you build your soul world for the first time the bowl was built too small. in the beginning, It's ok but later it's A huge problem."
