aspen leaned towards the vent, a few baby hairs falling from her ears. She saw a plain white room fully equied with what you might find at a regular doctors office. "I thought he was a pyschologist?" she thought to herself. It was empty. It was so empty it gave her a sense of peace. she slowly moved on to the next room. Where she saw a younger looking girl in a Hazemat suit standing around grapes of paradise and other plants aspen never saw before. she couldnt help but to let out a sigh and after realizing how loud she was being she put a hand over her face in fear. "Well, fuck i'm not a very good spy" she thought while stepping away from the vent so when the girl looked up she wouldn't be seen. aspen waited untill she herd footsteps out of the room. aspen once again looked. Upon gazing she saw these plants hovering in the middle of a transparent bubble. It was once of the most beautiful things she ever layed her eyes upon. she watched the bubbles slowly move but the plant never moved at all. Aspen looked at her bag carrying her notes along with everything else. she slowly took it off her shoulders. Trying her best to not be herd. she decided to not spend all her time staring a plants no matter how much she wanted to.
The next room she was looking into had L.E. Verden's desk and book shelves. complete with a phone sitting neatly upon his extremely sparkling and clean desk, so clean it was like he never used it and a maid cleaned it everyday. there were no scuff's or marks on the dark deep wood desk, Aspen thought of her work desk at home and thought to herself. "It couldn't be me." all of sudden while aspen was looking for clues on what he did in this building because she hadn't yet seen that even looked close to a pyschologist office. Verden walked in, sweating and rubbing his forehead and he paced the room twice and then looked up and started sniffing. "Oh come on I dont sink" aspen thought to herself. and moved away from the vent. verden sat his desk and pressed a button on his phone. "I know this is probably going to be a weird question. but has someone let my wife in my office? it smells like her in here but not quite like her at the sametime.

ahh, thanks away." and hung up the phone. he then very slowly while looking all around grabed a breif case and left.
Aspen made the decison of hoping out of the vent so she could move freely. that way she could get from room to room easier. Her thinking relied on the idea that they had to leave sometime and then she would be free to do whatever she wanted. look where ever she saw fit. Witches didn't smell like humans every bloodline had a very large smell coming from there skin at all times. Acient blood lines could be smelled from a mile away not giving the gift of stealth to any acient unless using a masking spell. Aspen hadnt gotten that in her study's and since it was never a problem she never had to worry about it. Aspen's absent mind also didn't think to pounder about how she was a witch and none of her family was. Aspen wasn't stupid but had let her greif get into the way of logical thinkning. After lifting the vent aspen slowly floated to the floor. she tip-toed to his desk. she opened the first drawer and it was empty. the second and third were the same. frustration over took her mind and she sat sitting in his chair. She started second guessing herself on if it was wrong or right but the constent reminder of the grapes of paradise and whatever that girl was doing just made her more curious.
Aspen walked to the door and cracked it to see what lied ahead. she didnt see anyone.
she walked to a room and slowly opened the door it was a white room full of cabinets and an island table in the middle. This confused her so she started opening them. she saw files and files. In the first cabinet all the vanilla floders read expirements. she started looking through one by one and each time her stomach started filling more upset. What she found was sickening. All these floders had all the peoples crimes and then how faction one's had them over and he prefects his drugs. She walked to the second cabinet and it was full of potions but the one she couldnt get passed was a vile that had Underground traveler. She grabed it and stuck into her Bra. Aspens face went white because it just occured that she was probably in the office of the most dangerous man in their world. she quickly ran back to his desk in the other room. aspen started biting her nails and looking around. In a freenzy of panic she opened up the window and floated to the ground. She puts her socks and boots on and calls her broom and went home. As her feet hit her grass she took a huge deep breath. walking to her door she found a bouquet of all white roses. the card attached writing was D.

"The cop?" she thought and took it inside and put it in a vase. By the time it was done she found herself fighting sleep while walking. she tumbled on to her living room couch and her eyes slowly closed.
She woke up in the middle of the night she looked over at the clock tiking on the wall 4:00 am
Panic sunk in her bones, her hands start trembling. "I left my bag in the attic". She had class in two hours and if she had missed her classes. Someone go looking for her and she definitely didn't need that while trying to steal her bag out of the scariest doctors office in the world. "What am I soppost to do? Maybe Eden can help."
