Those birds were the Northern Eagles, they were one of the rarest species that only lived in the Frozen North, their ice attacks were an attack that even some great ability users wouldn't be able to avoid and their speed was something not to ignore, in the whole world only a few species of beast can match them in term of speed, well that's if we won't include some abnormal beast that are above what you could imagine.

Athena stood in front of those two groups before turning her head to the group that seemed somehow sad and said:

"I know you want to go to the war too, to fight and show your abilities, to win honor for your country and families, but unfortunately you won't be going, it's because we need people to protect our home for us while we are away, to make the soldiers in the frontline know that their families and loved ones, their country also, to know that all of those are protected from any unforeseen circumstances.

"So do your job here, and make sure that your home is safe and that your brothers outside are fighting with no fear for their loved ones here."

Her words made most of those that didn't feel well being kept out in the city while the others were fighting such a great war, proud and accept their fate and decided to do their best in it

Once Athena finished speaking she turned her head to the other group before asking them:

"You all know what we will do right now right?" without even waiting for an answer she continued in a heroic voice:

"We are going to a war, this war won't be against people from here, our own people, instead it will be against some invaders from outside our world, they came here and tried to attack me and the other six Gods, tried to kidnap us, of course they weren't enough to succeed, but we also know that they won't just give up, so now we are taking the fight to their homes, we shall make them understand that they can't just come here and do whatever they want, we will show them the power of our world's warriors."

Athena knew that what she said wasn't totally true, but she also understood that sometimes wars were won because of feelings and hot-bloodedness, and that she needed to make them ready for the fight emotionally, they were soldiers and the least she could do for them as a leader was help them emotionally, of course that wasn't the only thing that she was going to do, she was going to be there with them in their fight making sure that as much of them as possible stays alive.

Seeing the excited looks on their faces she smiled looked at both groups before shouting:

"Who are you?"

"The Northern Legion" everyone in the two groups shouted at the same time, even Morgan who was standing next to Susan shouted that as loud as he could.

Nodding her head Athena turned to the group which was going to the war and said:

"Ok, everyone we are leaving, get on top of the Northern Eagles."

After shouting the last part she lifted her hand into the air and a small ball of ice started condensing above, it started as small as a binge bong ball, and then more of Athena's power kept on being absorbed from her to that small ball, but surprisingly the size of the ball didn't change much no matter how much more of Athena's power it absorbed, it only grow to become as big as a fist.

By the time the last person got on top of his teams northern eagle, the fist sized small ball shoot to the sky at an astonishing speed.

Seeing that none of the people there showed surprised expressions or anything like that, instead each of them, even Morgan Susan and Frederick, covered their ears with their hands, some of those battle hardened soldiers even started trampling and shaking while using all his power to cover their ears, the only person who didn't cover his ears was Athena, she just kept on looking at the small ice ball.

After that ice ball disappeared from the reach of the eyes, a great explosion was heard and a blinding white blue light was seen, it lit the whole sky for a few seconds.

Just as the blinding light disappeared and the sound was gone, another sound was heard, it was the sound of a bird, and it was so loud that even though its owner was so far away it was heard loud and clear, then in front of the eyes of everyone there, a black dot started becoming bigger and bigger till to took most of their field of vision as that black dot started hovering in the sky before stopping next to Athena.

It was a gigantic bird, one which was around two hundred meters long.

It had blue feathers and it was releasing such a freezing cold air to the point that none of the people there except Athena could get close to it, and that was just something it released without noticing.

That bird was an Ice Phoenix, a rare beast that inhabited the frozen mountains of the Frozen North, it was a beast that has never been tamed before in the history of area 02, well, it was like that till it was known that Athena had tamed one.

When that get known many people even the six Gods found it hard to believe, and all of that added another layer of mysteriousness to Athena.

The Ice Phoenix was known as that because it was the strongest ice attributed beast in the world, it's a proud creator and around it all the other ice ability monsters and most of the birds in the world could only bow their heads, and that what happened then as it appeared.

As soon as the Ice Phoenix appeared the Northern Eagles started shaking and their proud appearance disappeared as they bowed their heads and stayed silent, as a prince in front of a king, or a king in front of his 'wife, jokes aside' an emperor.

Then the huge Ice Phoenix landed with a strong gale, before putting its gigantic head close to Athena waiting from her to pet it on the head, it actually acted quite cute, which was a surprising thing to see from a huge and proud sky overload like that.

Athena also smiled and patted the Ice Phoenix, she didn't seem like her cold and frozen self, her beauty and grace were shown for the people there to see.

Morgan Susan and Frederik all stood their frozen, if not for Athena protecting them they would have suffered, especially Susan the weakest person there, she would have frozen right then and there.

"Hi little white how are you, were you having fun around here?" Athena whispered to the Ice Phoenix.

If other people heard her call the Ice Phoenix "little" they would have turned speechless, and that's what happened to Susan and the other two as only them were close enough to hear her words, if they were asked to name the Ice Phoenix any name, the would have named it anything but 'little", the word little had no link with the Ice Phoenix at all.

Also the other part of the name was weird too, she didn't even call it little blue instead she called it little while, and that's weird considering that the color of the Ice Phoenix was blue and not white.

ce Phoenix for a while Athena finally turned her head to Susan before pointing to the Ice Phoenix and saying:

"Get on top of it."

Susan was surprised at first as she never had the chance to ride the Ice Phoenix before, as whenever Athena uses the Ice Phoenix it was either for going to dangerous places that she couldn't go to, or for important meeting or the likes.

"I said get on it." Athena said again as she saw Susan just standing there like an idiot.

Returning to her senses Susan hurriedly jumped on top of the Ice Phoenix.

Even though it was high, for someone who had gone through hard training and used many treasures to make her physical body stronger like her, it was quite easy.

Seeing that Athena turned her head to Frederick and said:

"You take care of the things here, I will be back soon."

Frederick wasn't just known for his teleportation ability but also for being one of the best strategic leaders in wars, so Athena didn't feel anything leaving the protection of the kingdom for him.

"I will do that great God, you are free to concentrate on your part and leave everything here for me." Frederick said while bowing.

Nodding her head Athena get on top of the Ice Phoenix, as she stood on top of it she shouted:

"Let move out."

Then she patted the Ice Phoenix, which released a defying roar and flew to the sky, with the Northern Eagles flying behind her.

Frederick stood there watching as Athena and the others disappeared from his sigh, before turning around and saying to the group of soldiers who were still there:

"Ok let's return, I'll show you how you are going to be split on the part of the kingdom"

"She's late." Lana said with an annoyed tone as she looked at the horizon.

"There's still time." Adam said calmly from the said.

"You saw how hard she tried to go against the idea of attacking, maybe she just decided not to come and left us to deal with everything ourselves." Lana's tone got even more annoyed after hearing Adam's words.

"Weren't you also against going to war." snake said with his weird voice.

"I wasn't totally against it I only thought that we should do more researches and collect information about those that we were going to fight" Lana said while rolling her eyes at him.

"You two just stop it, we have a fight coming and the last thing we need is infighting between the highest members in our side." Lucas said in annoyance.

"She's here." as they were like that talking with each other they heard Adam's calm words.

Looking far to the north they saw a few flying dots coming toward them, leading them was a dot that seemed much bigger than the others, as they get closer it was apparent that it was Athens on her Ice Phoenix and the others on top of their Northern Eagles.

Then Athena landed next to the six Gods while the six teams of the Northern Legion landed next to the other Divine Armies.

After her feet's touched the ground Susan looked around her and the first thing that caught her attention was the six gods who were standing just a few meters away from her, even though she had seen them for many times before from being with Athena, seeing them all together isn't something you would just get used to,

and the pressure and power that they radiated wasn't something a normal person like her would have the chance to touch.

Her eyes met the dark eyes of the poison God Snake, when that happened she felt a chill going down her spin, she understood that he didn't release any killing intent or anything like that toward her, instead she felt that panic and fear because of the big different between her and him.

Because of the panic and fear she didn't notice the weird and mixed emotions that appeared on Snake's eyes for a split second, or the sigh that Athena silently released as she herself noticed it.

The sigh that Athena released returned Snake to his senses as he broke the eye contact between him and Susan.
