Hahaha, I thought I can purchase this continent, well it will make my life more easier if I can purchase it and well I guess, I welcome these 4 requirements as challenges. One is I need at least a billion of followers, I guess the requirements is quite fair considering that this continent is more or less Asian size continent. Second, I need other ruler’s permission to buy their territory or through in war, of course it only works to ‘official’ territories only. Third, is understandable, I need to create a big group or an organization like a country or a kingdom, well that’s a problem, I don’t want to be ruler since it’s a pain in the ass to lead others and a LOT of PAPERWORKS, I hate that. Maybe I should create a country where lead by councils to manage it? Yeah yeah that’s it, I can do that.

Fourth, is that a lot of money, If my memories are right, vigintillion has 63 zeroes, wow, that’s a lot where a billion has 9 zeroes only. Man, why does it need that huge sum? The fourth requirement is already met since I can sell my minerals and rocks in my Novasphere directly in the system so 4th problem is solved. The remaining 3 requirements takes a bit more time to complete, I hope I am still living on that time. Oh I forgot that I have modified body, at least I will not die due to old age and I set that my aging stops at age of 30. Whew.

After our picture time, I told everyone that I will go on a journey. My [Air Sense] detects 70, 000 people and all of them are humans and on the other side are 100 000 people and still humans. Both of them are 10 kilometers away from here. Maybe they have some kind of event or a war? Time to watch what kind of war this magic medieval people can give to me. I ran towards the center of the two armies, I am not in the ground though. I am in the air, sitting and looking down both of the armies. I didn’t forget to conceal myself using [Blend Presence].

The armies formation is just like the old times, infantries and cavalries at the front and archers at the back but since there’s magic here, the mages are also at the back. Commanders at the front saying something inspirational or last instructions to their respective troops. The troops always yell or shout something just to increase their moral or mock their enemies. The soldiers are equipped in full body metal armors but the 70 000 people have only leather armors and some are bare naked only they have spears and shields. Are these people poor? Or they want to maneuver freely in battle? Well metal armors obstruct your speed and flexibility in exchange of high defense.

It seems the battle will start, the frontlines start to march, they are more or less 500 meters apart then they stop. Why did they stop? Is this the time to say ‘CHARGE!!’? But unexpectedly the mages start to chant and launch long range fireballs towards the frontlines. The armies with metal armors only suffer smaller casualties compared to the burning corpses of naked or leather armored armies which is high. Man, so this is the ancient battle involving magic, the 70 000 people becomes 65 000 people while the other side have 98 000 people. Ohh, this is exciting, I grab some snacks and juice as I know that this type of battle will last for long.

The cavalries starts to charge towards the frontlines and the infantry either charge or shield themselves, the battle becomes chaotic after the mages’ attacks. The archers start to rain down arrows towards the charging cavalries and infantries. Man, this battle is awesome as the infantries starts to use some kind of martial arts or skills insta-killing their enemies once they get close to each other. It’s like whoever cast his first skill is the first to kill his enemies. Flashy moves here and there and gore scenes like heads split in half or remove from their own bodies, some are being minced to tiny pieces of meat or their limbs part away from their owner’s body, limb by limb and for the victims of mages’ assault turned into ashes, earth statues or freeze on the spot. The battle is so flashy.

The armies use their respective skills to kill each other and the battle ended in 43 minutes. And that 43 minutes is enough to annihilate each thousands of armies into hundreds. The remaining numbers are 70 000 army are now 907 while the 100,000 army are now 982. The tens of thousands of army before become hundreds now but I feel slight sad to the 907 survivors and at the same time I respect them. I learned during that battle is that no matter what you wear either metal or leather armor; all it takes is a single successful skill to kill your foes. Skill and of course experience dominates here. Shiny and decorative armors are out of the picture if the user uses noob skill or experience. Too bad for this 907 army, if they have the same amount of people to fight the army of 100 000, now 982 now, and some good mages, I have no doubt that they can win this battle with less casualties.

This battle reminds me of Guild Wars back at my home. Guild wars or faction wars in MMORPG are so chaotic and gives me damn headaches. You know why? It’s because my PC lags if there are so many players fighting each other in front of me. I cannot attack properly; well my PC and my internet connection at that time are so cheap that it just meets the minimum requirements. He he he but It was fun. And there are those paid players that pay real cash making most of the top players. And I am one of those free to play idiots that only play games for fun not aiming for the top of the game. Hah, the good Earth days.

As I was drowned by the thoughts of Guild Wars, there are some movements coming close behind the 907 army. There are 4 000 people and riding in horses and wearing full plate armor, first I thought that they are their reinforcements but when I see their flags, they are the allies of 982 army having the same flag. Is this sneak attak? How cowardly of them, they need more numbers to defeat the remaining 907. I admit that the individual strength of 907 army can defeat 5 or 10 people from 987, that’s how they are good in combat. Then after few minutes the 4 000 army reach the back of 907 army distancing about 100 meters. The 907 army was somewhat shock and troubled seeing one of their comrades held hostage by 4 000 army. And thus their negotiation starts.

Hahahaha. What kind of amusing face those natives will make, seeing their head priestess held hostage by us? Hahaha. I cannot wait. Our Emperor was so intelligent and cunning, I cannot measure his intellect, it’s like it knows no bounds. All of his plans always successful and even his methods are somewhat strange and unheard of.

He claims that he is the illegitimate child of the previous Emperor and yet he obtains the throne effortlessly, the royal family became slaves or some are being executed when their illegal transactions and some corrupt things were exposed especially the secret alliance to the weredemons. After removing those corrupt nobles after he sits the throne, he selects skillful individuals either they are commoner, or a criminal. I am a bandit before and now, I become one of his generals where I can drink booze and surrounded by women every night. This is what I call life. Hahaha. I will follow this Emperor forever.

His plan is to remove this Queendom of Mulier that hinders his future plans, I don’t know about his plans or planning since I cannot read and write, I only know killing and hoarding. For the sake of Batia Empire and my privileges, I will execute his most important plan to remove this Queendom. He entrust me this very important mission and that is to kidnap the head priestess and make the Queen surrender to us and make them our slaves! I cannot wait to feast on them.

As the horses reach the 907 army or the Mulier Queendom army, one man shouted and shocks the crowd.

“Good day, Queen Eva, surrender and become our slaves or else - ”

The man shows a teenage beautiful girl, the girl has blue eyes, blue hair and wearing a white nun dress. She is expressionless or somewhat calm even there’s a sword pointed on her neck.

The Queen remained silent only grit her teeth and viciously stare at the man like a wolf ready to pounce. She is just a 18 year old single queen who rules her Queendom for 3 years now, if she won’t become a slave by these dogs. The Muriel Queendom is known for their strong women warriors, they always defend their own Queendom from invaders for centuries. At those times, the battles consist only from hundreds but because time past by and people starts to rise or build their own civilizations, they have a hard time in dealing thousand man battle.

Territorial battle is a tradition of humans to gain a territory through wars. The losers should comply or else they will be cursed, that curse is said done by Gods or the War God so no one will ever disobey the God’s Wrath especially God’s Curse. There are no protection rules like the defender’s city will be untouched or being invincible. The importance of territorial battle is to make the winner have the territory be ‘official’. Official territories have many advantages rather than claiming a territory through words.

Official territory provide a screen interface that shows the statistics of that territory including population, potential mining sites, tax rate, overall food, demand and supply and many more. In other words, it provides a screen interface that can be found in RTS games where supplies and money is shown, with this screen, the ruler can easily calculate its tax and he can easily provide people’s needs without manually counting things that takes time to get a certain result. It’s so simple and convenient thing, just like saying ‘profile’ to view your stats but this time the stats of your territory.

And another thing about official territory’s importance is that it cannot be easily overrun by monsters or raided by bandits which greatly reduce headaches to the rulers. That’s why the Batia Emperor devises this cunning plan to an immoral and shameful extent just to make this territory officially his.

The Queen was on verge of thinking if she should chose ‘yes’ and be a slave and all of her subjects will be spared but their life is harder than a beggar but it’s no different if she chose ‘No’ because her subjects especially the children wills still be slaves. She felt hopeless and downhearted, her tears starts flowing from her cheeks because she cannot hide the sadness and mix of anger in her heart. ‘If I am strong enough to protect my people, If I am not foolish to send all my forces in this battle, If I am strong and more knowledgeable enough, Somebody help us, God please help us!’ those are her thoughts.

‘The Emperor is right, she was checkmate from the start, what is checkmate anyway? Whatever, it seems our plan is a big success, I cannot wait to feast the Queen’s body hahahaha’

The listeners become suspicious and at the same time dumbfounded while others easily believe having pale faces meaning they are scared. Well, this era is where ‘God’s rules are absolute and must be respected’ either they are good or bad person, unlike in Earth where people easily mock or abuse the name of the God.

“Pakkito..I don’t know you are telling the truth but you seem knowledgeable about God’s Curse”

“Okay. Believe me or not..what happens to the Silver Crow’s unit after they defeat one of the eastern kingdom and officially become one of our territories? The king said that they are annihilated by high level monsters right?”

Pakkito runs away and made all the Batia Empire warriors tremble in fear and having a pale faces. Soon many former bandits’ starts to dessert the Batia army while running or escaping or avoiding the God’s Curse told by Pakkito, leaving only the 2 000 genuine Batia soldiers.

“General we should inform our comrades occupying the Queendom if not all of us will be cursed.”

The General started to think if Pakkito’s words are true or not, this is the first time he heard about God’s Curse. He tries to assess the situation and it seems Pakkito is telling the truth, he knows this as his life as a bandit, he learned to identify and deduce human’s personalities and intentions, because bandit’s life is hard and he caught several spies and liars in his group before that aims to kill or arrest them. And every wars or battles, his Emperor never participated , he just sit on the throne and do some future planning or whatever he like. He just issue orders and orders and the General finds it weird and suspicious as leaders will always participate in wars.

He closes his eyes and opens it for few seconds. His gut always makes him survive for past years and thus he arrived to his own conclusion.

“Sh*t, that King betrays us for his own ambitions, he is no King he is a coward!! RETREAT!!!”

The General retreats from the battlefield together with his forces, he didn’t plan to conquer the Queendom as it leads to God’s Curse but to inform his subordinates to retreat as it said before that the Gods wants fair and square fight, he didn’t grab this chance to conquer the Queendom. As the figures of retreating armies starts to vanish and nowhere to be seen, the head priestess looks up and said.

“Bye bye bye”

“Thank you. Oh great ruler , Oh great man of all, I , We cannot Thank you enough”

As she bows and looks up again from the sky. Then raising her hands and waving them from left and right as she was dancing and then she starts to sing

‘Thank you. Oh great ruler , Oh great man of all, I , We cannot Thank you enough.

If you show yourself, I, we will stop, If not, you will receive the True God’s wrath’.

She repeats that crazy stunts all over again.

The Queen and her army was dumbfounded by the retreating enemies and also by the strange act of their head priestess but they are not shock anymore as their head priestess always do some crazy stunts or weird things. Most of them think that she thanks someone above and they think she may thank the Gods above. But they are dumbfounded as she threatens someone from above and they are somewhat feel creepy or afraid as only Gods resides from above. They try to stop her to prevent God’s Wrath or Curse but they cannot at the same time as this is the usual behavior of their head priestess.

‘Oi stop that head priestess, the Gods will be pissed’

[Thunder and lightning sounds and effects]

“KYAAA!!”

“Please forgive us” 10 times

The Queen’s army is shock by the lightning and loud thunder. Of course, they are shock because most of them are females even they are tough warriors, they are woman at heart and they also think that this strange phenomena incurs the Gods’ Wrath. The queen didn’t hesitate to apologize over and over again and it also her apology came from the bottom of her heart.

“Okay you can stop now”

“Oh, finally you show yourself, I am getting tired from waving you know?”

“Then don’t do it in the first place!!”
