Darius stands on the wall as the gnoll village celebrates. He looks out at the fields, keeping an eye out for anything happening. Darius opens his quest screen to look at what he can get rewards for.

Darius nods a little as he sees that both his quests are listed as completed. He selects them and accepts the rewards for them. With a couple of flashes of light, a set of small metal tools, the spell books and skill book appear in front of him. He looks over them, seeing that two of them have green covers and one has blue. He picks up the green books, one looking new and the other looking ancient.

Darius shakes his head a little as he says, "No, not yet at least." Darius puts the spellbooks in his backpack. He then picks up the blue book, looking over it.

Skillbook [ Advanced Marksmanship]

Description: This Skillbook describes how best to accurately hit a target from long distances.

Darius nods a little as he says "Useful, not the most useful no, but still useful." He then puts that book into his backpack as well. Another screen pops up in front of Darius as he reaches for the engraving tools.

"Well, shit, that's good to know," Darius says with a nod as he closes the screen. Darius grabs the engraving tools and puts them into his backpack before he looks out at the fields again.

In the morning Darius goes to look for the adventurers, finding them in one of the tents passed out. Darius sighs and shakes his head, walking out and going up to one of the gnolls and says "Sorry to bother you, but can you tell the other adventurers that I've headed back to Tenby village after they wake up?" The gnoll nods a little saying "I can do that, thank you for saving our village." Darius shrugs as he says "It's no problem, have a good day." before he turns and walks out of the village.

Once Darius is out of the gnoll village, he starts to Blink back towards Tenby as quickly as he can. He gets back to it in a little under an hour, finding the caravan is still there. He walks into the village, looking around a little before the Merchant storms up to him and yells "Just where the hell have you and the other adventurers been? I hired you all for protection." Darius frowns as he stares at the Merchant before saying "One, Do not yell at me. Two you hired us to protect the caravan as it comes here, that is done. Three, I've already dealt with the bandits. And finally, we were dealing with something that is much more important than you."

The Merchant cowers back slightly as he looks at Darius, before his composure returns and he says "And what would be more important than your boss?" Darius glares down at him saying "How about an undead attack?" The Merchant pales when he hears that before he says "U-undead? Are they coming here?" Darius shakes his head as he says "No, they aren't, how about you look at my level and see why."

The Merchant looks at Darius' identifier and pales further, seeing his new level "H-how many did you kill?" "If I had to guess, at least 500." Darius says with a shrug. "The other adventurers will be back later today most likely. I'm heading back to the city." Darius then turns before the Merchant can say anything, and he starts to blink back to Taset. A screen popping up.
