《Guns in another world》On their separate ways

After everyone had moved back a safe distance.
Fionn took a deep breath and closed his eyes; soon after, the air around him began to distort as if subjected to a high temperature, and the ground beneath his feet began to melt.
As Fionn slowly opened his eyes, their colour changed to violet, and then with a KABOOOM! , a violet blaze erupted from his body, transforming him into a living torch, further raising the temperature of the surrounding area by many degrees.
As the blaze erupted, Fionn felt a stinging pain in his right palm. When he looked down at his palm, he noticed a black skull mark that was gradually becoming visible. The skull had a hideous shape and four eye sockets, making it appear extremely creepy.
"This must be it." Thought Fionn as he concentrated the Abyss Fire around the mark.
Abyss fire, the most destructive of the seven primordial fires, can destroy anything and everything in this universe, making it extremely easy to destroy this small magical rune.
SIZZLE! Fionn almost puked when he smelled the putrid black gas that came from the rune as it began to burn. "I swear I won't touch anything random from now on," Fionn vowed internally.
The Rune slowly burned away, leaving no trace behind. "Damn!, these clothes are awesome no wonder grandpa was gifting them to Keith they even survived Abyss Fire although the weaker version, but still they're awesome," Fionn thought, admiring his tuxedo.
"What was the source of the fire? That is incredible; how did you do it? " Alexis asked, as Alexis approached Fionn, a mana barrier encircled him, shielding him from the heat.
"Oh, that's something I can't tell" replied Fionn frankly.
"I understand," Alexsis said, still a little taken aback.
I knew you were a scion of a noble family, but how come you knew nothing about Rune Bearers? It's a particularly prevalent problem among Helios Empire nobles. " Alexis questioned.

"Well, I don't have the habit of keeping up with current affairs." Fionn replied shamelessly, a little embarrassed on the inside.
"That's dangerous bro, you should stop doing that." Alexis offered a sincere advice.
Fionn nodded understandingly with a smile.
"Stop chit chatting you guys, we need to get going," Liliana said, irritated by their casual demeanour.
Alexis smiled and nodded, then asked the guard captain, "Did you capture all of those bandits' horses?"
"Yes, young master, but they are not of excellent breed, and as a result, our pace will be significantly reduced." The captain of the guard responded.
"It's better than nothing," Alexis replied.
"Our horses were all killed in the volley of arrows," Alexis explained to Fionn.
"I believe we should part ways." Fionn spoke up out of nowhere.
"What?" Alexis was taken aback.
"Even though I've removed that mark, it's unclear whether Rune Bearers can track me down, and I don't want you guys to get in trouble because of me." Fionn responded.
"Bro, you got into this mess because of us, and even if you hadn't gotten rid of that mark, I wouldn't have abandoned you." Alexis gave a firm response.
"But killing Brody was my decision, and I accept full responsibility for it; no ifs, no buts, I'm leaving this group," Fionn stated emphatically.
After going back and forth like this for a while, Alexis sighed, disheartened by his failure to persuade Fionn, and said while taking something from his spatial ring, "If you've made up your mind so firmly, please accept this as a token of my appreciation."
"What exactly is this?" Fionn inquired as he received the object, which was a Brooch. The Brooch was golden in colour and hexagonal in shape, with an engraving of a silver blood drop in the centre.

"You're going to Legacy, aren't you? This brooch signifies that your talent has been recognised by the Royal family of Helios empire and you are qualified to join the elite class of legacy; it was given to my father by the emperor himself, but my sister and I both refused to join legacy, so I pass it on to you."
"Because you are not a direct descendant of our family, you must still pass their entrance tests before being admitted to the elite class." Explained Alexsis patiently.
"Why give such a valuable item to me when you can pass it down to your descendants? " Asked Fionn, perplexed.
"That's in the future, but I must repay your kindness today." Alexis stated firmly.
"I hope we see each other again in the future, brother." Fionn expressed his emotions as he shook Alexis's hand.
"Indeed," Alexis replied with a smile.
As they were about to leave, Fionn asked, "one more thing, why are Rune Bearers after you guys?"
"If everything goes smoothly, you'll find out soon," Alexis said as he rode away.

Rise of the First Necromancer
Asrael Nessarat awakes on a sandy dune with a mouthful of sand and nothing but tattered rags in his posession. As the High Magus of the school of Necromancy, he once aspired to prove to the Emperor that magic still held a place in their society. But that day came, passed and inevitably accelerated his kind's downfall. Now; they are hunted, strung up and burned on pyres throughout the Empire by the Emperor's holy Inquisition- an efficient and ruthless army hell-bent on bleeding every last droplet of magic from the lands. With nothing but a mouthful of sand and tattered rags; Asrael is determined to seek the one thing his cold, still heart desires. Vengeance. This story can, at times, get very dark. It is not recommended for the faint of heart. This is not a story of an overtly powerful wizard who can pulverize his enemies from across the world, nor is it in any way, shape or form a joyous tale. We follow Asrael as he and his companions explore and seek to change an unjust world, where kindness and acceptance are exceptions, rather than the rule. If you are looking for a story to inspire hope or joy, this is not it. If you wish to read about likeable, heroic people, turn around. If you wish to see good battle evil, where the cut in between is clear, then this is not for you.

Gathering what's left of his strength, he passes his torch on, in the hope of giving a last goodbye to his friends, wherever they may be and whenever they would see. Meet and follow his first and last creation he passes his will to, a one of a kind forest spirit with... abilities (wouldn't want to spoil too much here now, would I?). Curious and cute, he will travel and meet new people, discovering the world he's in, to try and give a last goodbye to the three creation gods in his dad-tree's place.------It's my first time writing a novel! Or anything of the kind, in fact. So bash me as much as you like (within reason, of course).------This will be a world of humans, humanoïds, beasts, magic, and a heartwarming tale of travels across it. It won't always be butterflies, roses and friendship though, heavy moments are there too. Also : depictions of violence, blood and gore, nudity, strong language, alcohol and other classic +17 stuff. To the reader's discretion.
