Rory, the author has injured himself during a workout and cannot use both his arms for some time.
What happened was he was working out and from what I've heard his arm's locked up and he felt excruciating pain in both of them.
Later on. He was put on some medications and his arms in some kind of cast.
His triceps look like sweet potatoes if you want to know how swollen they are.
What is going to happen is that he asked me to post all the chapters he's been working on which is Chapter 6 and 7
.
Recovery time looks to be two months.
