Chapter-4: Test, Perfect Score and Student Council President

After killing the beast (chupacabra) in one hit Agun got confused.

“Was I mistaken?”

He thought the beast was one league higher than him. There is no way an expert can kill one league higher than him with just one hit. When he was thinking it by himself…

“*Clap! clap! clap!* well done Mr. Agun, you impressed me.”

Hearing the sudden unknown voice Agun got surprised. But then he noticed scenery in front of him had been already changed. It wasn’t dark space like before, right now it is decent room with beautiful decoration where sunlight sipping through from window.

And in this room, besides Agun another person was sitting behind a decorated desk. He was elegant looking young man whose age would be around twenty or some more. He has handsome face which has ability to become a success playboy quite easily. But around him is imposing and noble aura, that is affecting Agun.

Who is he? Agun thought to himself. But then he had an idea.

“Are you Student Council President, sir?”

Agun asked politely. You never know what is unknown person’s temper and approach.

“Indeed, I am the Student Council President. But putting that aside you did well. Even though you came from backdoor, after all former Head Mistress was the one who recommended you. That’s why I was expecting something good, but you totally outdone me.”

Saying that Student Council President give a refreshing smile. But Agun was still in confusion, he asked him,

“What was about that place? And was I being tested?”

Student Council President answered second question first,

“Yes, I was told to. Consider it as admission test.”

“You were told to? What would have happened if I had failed?”

Hearing Agun’s question Student Council President gave a strange smile,

“If you were failed, you might be expelled even before you admitted. You know our academy is one of the best in entire continent. So we cannot accept anyone like we want.”

“Huh! As I afraid, things will be not easy as it seems.”

Agun thought about this before, he was accepted too easily. This academy best among best in this country, how could they accept a student like him who didn’t show them what he able to do. So that’s why he sense something will come sooner or later for him and it happened just few minutes after he accepted. Well whatever it still good for him that ritual has ended soon.

“Besides killing the beast wasn’t the main theme of the test.”

Agun got surprised again hearing his sentence. Looking at his surprised face Student Council President said,

“In fact I was never expecting you to kill the beast which is a league higher than you. I was seeing if you were courageous or not and if you can analyze the situation despite being in difficult position. You were passed the moment you back stepped and started to countermeasure as you analyzing the situation. You got 80% when you shift under the beast and intend to fight back by showing courage and you got 95% mark when you hit it’s weak point and lastly you got perfect 100% mark when you had killed the beast. So your result is excellent.”

“So that’s mean I had passed long before I killed the beast. But what would have happened if I couldn’t kill the beast? There is possibility I might die if I wasn’t strong like you expected.”

Agun asked by knitting his brow somewhat with angry face. But Student Council President didn’t mind and started to explain,

“Here is answer of your question, what was that space before you meet me. There is a big reason our academy has prosper this far from ancient time. And that is spatial realm which is known as Doppelganger Reality.”

“Spatial realm? Doppelganger Reality?”

“Yes, for your information spatial realm is different space apart from realm or space or dimension we live in. Spatial realm isn’t that uncommon in this continent but ours is different and unique. Our spatial realm don’t send our main body, it just create doppelganger (double) of our body in that realm, but every thing we feel in that realm… pain, strength, death all are seems reality despite being our real body unharmed and that’s where Doppelganger and Reality words came from. So in other word even if you die on that dimension you will safe and sound in real world.”

This information is new to Agun, so taking it difficult for him. But still his complain didn’t lessen,

“But still, it doesn’t mean you will not harm mentally. What would have happened if I had die in that realm and got mental trauma?”

“About that, I had got carried away. See that screen beside me? I can see what is happening into the dimension. And I was the one who summoned that beast so I could stop the beast any time. If it was another time I would banished the beast but I got interested in your final move I couldn’t stop my curious self. HaHaHaHaHa… ”

Hearing this Agun’s entire body was screaming, ‘This guy is scary, stay away from him.’

“Let’s come into serious matter. I, Alexander Theodore the current Student Council President officially accept you as Skyview Fantasy Academy’s student. Welcome here and make our academy more strong and well-known.”

Saying that Alexander stretch his hand toward Agun for handshake. Taking it as formality Agun grabbed Alexander’s hand and said politely,

“Thank you for accepting me here.”
