The first thing that came to Luke's mind is: 'how the hell did it come to this ?!'
October 25th, 2020 an ordinary date for an ordinary day. That was supposed to be like every other day, but it seems like a 'god' decided that it wouldn't be.
" Humans from the earth! You will be the new recruits of our army! Of course, you can't do anything with your power, but we are very surprised, excited and proud of your achievements so far without mana. You have been rated as a B potential species and thanks to this, you will have the honor to serve your universe as soldiers or generals for the most outstanding of you. From now on my system will personally help you in your evolution so that you can survive what is to come. "
After that monologue from the 'god', every human of earth heard a boot sound and saw a blue screen in which was written : *welcome to the system interface, your species has been chosen as recruits to the universe army. Every human between 12 and 65 years old will begin the tutorial. All the other ones will be sent to a nurturing camp where their living conditions will entirely depend on your performance.*

In an old building of the southern part of flying snow city (a/n: got the ref ?), a young man who appears to be 22 years old muttered
"great! A new battlefield! At the universe level nonetheless! haha...Seems like even the universe wants me to fight" While saying this, he stood up and began to explore the interface.
*welcome human to the system interface, you will be teleported to the hunting grounds in 20 minutes, please state your name.*
Seeing this, the black-haired, violet-eyed youth said his name: Luke

The youth named Luke decided against saying his surname since he thinks that it is meaningless.
*boot...your name has been registered, Luke

Seeing the options, Luke immediately ruled out using the Chat option.

'well, I deduce that the average of humanity must be 10 or 7 since not everyone is an able-bodied grown man. And spatial storage huh... it should be good since there is no inventory. Let's see the specifics'
He then selected his ability to spatial storage
* spatial storage ??? : a 10 cubic meter space that can store anything. *
'Ohh, great, from the description it seems like I gained an extremely strong ability, though there still needs some experimenting and questions marks? Seems like this will be fun.' He thought with an excited grin on his face.
After this, he decided to browse the shop, not that he could buy anything

As he was about to select the spells section for more details, the system announced :
* As you have no currency, it's useless to explore the store's functions any further. *
Hearing the system's prompt, Luke decided to wait for his teleportation while thinking
' Well, the options seem pretty self-explanatory. One thing that is good is that food, weapons and daily necessities will be provided by the system. The potions should be there to treat wounds and replenish mana, maybe there would be some that will help me to become stronger. As for the spells section, hmm... the spells will be either separated into tiers or classes' As he was deep in thought and playing with a poison-coated dagger, he heard the system announcing his teleportation

This was the last thing he heard before being covered by blinding violet light, just like 4 other billion people, though they were covered by a blinding white light instead.

Given a good supper instead, she looks around the group, and tells them, "Be who and what you truly are." All seven, who have known each other all their lives, are informed that they are not in fact entirely human: they have active fae blood, due to a series of conditions culminating with the blessing of the elderly fae woman. The transformation into fae form comes as a shock: all seven, whether originally female or male, find themselves now unreasonably beautiful women. More urgent even than that, though, is their captivity. Getting back to the real world is a higher priority than this metamorphosis that rapidly begins to feel natural... but this is only the first step, as the diverse types of fae blood they carry begin to surface. With no resources except themselves, how can they escape this prison? If they succeed, how can they possibly reclaim their lives? Just how many other faelings have been kidnapped, anyway, and what happened to them? And is there a way to make sure that their captors never put anyone else through this? Back in the real world, Kayla, who learned long ago to trust her gut instincts, is absolutely certain that something is very wrong. The pattern in the list of missing friends is easy to spot, but makes no sense at all. Then a young woman turns up at the backyard gate who knows more than she should, and even though her explanation makes even less sense, every instinct tells Kayla that Riley is her only way to get them back. If they're not quite what they were, well, that's a bridge to cross later... Just a little note: I'm a big believer in endings that are upbeat but not candy-coated, and not a fan of grim-and-gritty or of glamorized violence. These are adults in a difficult situation. However, no one gets raped, and the physical violence is, all things considered, fairly minimal. There is some harassment, sexual and otherwise, and also some mild restraint and mild verbal abuse. Complicating factors are generally wizardly or fae in nature. If I need to warn you about gender in this being all over the map, some of it reality-based rather than fantasy-based, highly diverse sexuality, or that there is (especially later) some indirect fetish/BDSM imagery and honest character discussion, then you probably should just avoid everything I write. :-) Also available on Scribble Hub.
