Before anything else, he messed with Sheila's corpse so that it resembles that she died from a magic attack, for his newly formed plan to work...
With all of this over, Luke had two options: He could either go and help the other people dealing with the remaining hobgoblins or he could profit of that time to visit the shop, after all, he could finally buy mana related potions.
As the kind-hearted person he was, he would of course not go out of his way to monopolize all the points. He had to let others have their share after all he had a big sharing heart. So... he visited the shop

With the enhanced mana, Luke felt a foreign substance that he never felt before, other than when he used his spells. He felt it growing and concentrating on it, he felt some familiarity with it, though he couldn't make it budge...
Letting the matter aside, Luke looked back to the fire and smoke filled battlefield. It was chaotic. Mages were raining down fire on each other. Because of the trees, they failed most of the time but the fire based abilities did great damage because of their consequences. In this forest environment, we can say that they never really fail. Each side suffers greatly from it. Then there are the archers and other people who had single target ability. On the humans' side, they acted as snipers and help while on the hobgoblins' side, they just randomly fired, creating more collateral damage than damage on the humans. On the front, the humans, not used to the brutality of life and death fights tended to be the weaker side. Overall though, humans were winning as the hobgoblins died more. After roughly 10 minutes, the fight ended and a resounding cheer of success resounded from the humans' side. The casualties were 46 dead and 21 gravely injured. These people are still taken care of by healers and other people who had some experience with treating injuries.

Since the fight ended, Luke sighed then after concentrating for a while, his expression became one of endless grief, sadness, anger, and hatred. He roared as if his life depended on it and as the attention of the people got on him, he ran with all his might toward Steven and grabbed his collar. " YOU !!! You piece of sh*t b*stard !!! Argghhhhh !! You killed her! You f*cking killed her !!!! " The more he shouted the harder his hands grabbed Steven's collar and he was even brought off the ground. Of course, the others wouldn't just let him do as he wanted and apart from the confused Steven was already had a hard time breathing, the others quickly tried to separate them and calm him down, in vain. He purposefully used most of his strength to grab the poor Steven who didn't do anything to deserve this.
" L-LUKE calm down please what happened? "
" Yeah, what happened, why are you so angry? "
" Luke, please, let go of Steven and let's talk like adults "
Lots of voices of protest and panic quickly rose. And as they couldn't do anything because of his strength, they tried to talk it out, while suppressing their fear. With his current expression which he copied from his now dead nemesis, he looked scarier than the combined hobgoblins horde.
" Shut up !!!! Shut the f*ck up !!! This b*stard killed Sheila !!! I want to kill him! I so f*cking want to kill him !!! argghhhhh !!!!! " Luke looked like a demented madman as veins all over his body made their way to his skin. He looked like an unreasonable enraged beast as he continued to hold onto Steven's collar. Carl who saw the situation tried to force them to separate with the use of his strength boosting ability but was surprised by his utter failure. In term of strength, with his skill, he was at the same level as Luke but with a primal fear embedded into his nervous system by the aura Luke released, his strength was limited. So he, like the others tried to talk it out

" Luke please calm down! Tell me what happened! Why are you saying he killed Sheila? "
" Why !? WHY !? Because that piece of sh*t shot her with his ability! I saw this b*stard do it! " As Luke screamed this, his now reddened eyes had tears streaming down. He then brought down Steven and began to choke him. The poor, innocent victim couldn't do anything about it. The others were greatly alarmed from this and had trouble imagining the kind-hearted Steven murdering someone else so they came to the conclusion that even if he did it, it shouldn't have been on purpose
" Luke please calm down! I know you are pained from this loss but still, calm down! Steven didn't do anything wrong and even if he did, do you really think that he would knowingly kill her? Please let him go! "
Carl tried to appease him but as he saw that it was in vain and that Steven got nearer to death every passing second, he changed his approach " Please Luke let him go! If you continue like this we will be forced to use force! " As Carl said this, a few people moved in threatening ways or just raised their weapons.
But this didn't deter him, what did was the system's prompt which, like always interrupted him.

A Fool's Journey, or the Vagrancies of a Man in Exotic Lands
What does a sad bastard do when fate, literally, decides to throw him into a fantasy world? Solon just wanted to lead a normal life; work, share some pizza with friends, work, play some videogames or read something, work, maybe sleep?, work... Pretty much the usual, rinse and repeat. It was far from perfect, but life was nicely boring and comfy enough. Truth be told, he had hoped it would go on forever, or until he got married, or until the apocalypse finally decided to bring an end to everything. As far as he could tell, though, the former was about as likely as the latter; not very. And perhaps even somewhat related, if it ever came to it. Unfortunately, he saw himself involved in some sort of cosmic fart that screwed him over, brutally severing his life-plan. Or, maybe, would it be more suitable to say that Fate had other plans? Sure, he's yet to find out exactly what those plans might be, but, at the very least, they do seem to involve him being shoved into another world, fighting off a couple of horrendous creepers, and -almost- an accidental liaison with a baboon. Needless to say, the job doesn't come with dental care, and death seems more likely than retirement... Yep, when he got yoinked out of Earth, there were no princesses waiting for him, no sexy goddesses, and no severe Gandalf-wannabes! Heck, not even a bunch of demonic cultists! All he got for the trouble was a bunch of snarky windows and the honest desire to punch whatever bastard happens to be behind the smug System. Well, that, and a few forced trips to the so-called Tower of Ascension. Not exactly what he would have expected but, on the plus side, he does get to do some magic. Though, not quite the wand-waving kind. Whatever. One thing’s patently clear, though, he’s certainly not the chosen one, nor the summoned hero, nor the Savior. If anything, he himself might be in need of some saving... Just what kind of fool does the System take him for? Please do consider the tags. Also, 'Strong Lead' here means weak to strong, over a decent amount of time, not op from the very beginning. Things to expect: decent grammar, cheeky goats. Things not to expect: Harems, a decent sense of fashion.

Mother World
Three people find themselves in a strange place filled with dangerous creatures and monsters that prowl during the night. Will they adapt or die trying?Rule #1: Beware of the black water. Rule #2: Don't act like a cliche horror movie character. Rule #3: Being strong is a plus---------------------------This story was inspired by a dream I was in and I just had to turn it into a written story. This is basically my very first attempt at creating a story beyond ten pages and I'm writing it for fun so please be gentle~ Mother World will contain some sci-fi, elements of fantasy, supernatural powers and of course some romance. When it comes to the romance it'll be gradual. The romance may or may not contain sex scenes as I'm not sure if ya'll would want my half baked attempts at tickling your fancy. The horror tag is there because I am a really big fan of horror games. I'll try not to be too excessively gory, however... there will be blood... I like to treat my characters like those in game of thrones. Screw plot armor! As for the tragedy tag...ya'll will just have find that out for yourselves won't ya! :)Also beyond chapter 4.5, I'll try and consistantly keep them at 1000+ words.

Words I Left Unsaid
"Like a treasure map in a bottle, We were slowly drifting apart, Mother Nature sailing our purpose out to sea, The more I got to know you, I realised how much of a hoax your devotion was, Almost as fake as the smile I paint across my shattered face."This collection of poetry releases trauma in the form of expression - mainly the words I could never build up the courage to say. Most of these poems present conflict of the mind and allude to mental health struggles, which may be relatable to a certain community of people.Ranks -#3 in poem#3 in poembook#8 in poetry collection #7 in sadpoems#6 in poemcollection #7 in wisdom #15 in poetic
