《My RPG System》Chapter 21: Explosive growth

After finishing off the boos, we stuck around for a few minutes to see if clearing the dungeon would have any effect on the amount of chaos in the place. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The chaos on the floor stayed the same. Right before we left in disappointment, I had an idea. I told the others about it.
Me: "I have reached past level 10 so I could create a skill. I could create a skill that could help, though I am not sure if it will work. I am willing to give it a shot. I noticed chaos hates the light so I can try using that in the skill."
Mom: "No. You need that spot for a skill you need. you can't create anything unless it will help you."
Me: "Don't worry about that, mom. This skill I am thinking about would also be able to help others in my group, like you guys while also affecting our enemies and surroundings. It will be a support type skill that would strengthen us while weakening enemies if it works the way I am imagining it would. let me try."
She looked at my dad and he nodded. The others smiled and gave their approval, though it wasn't necessary. I was going to do it anyway,
Nick: "Go ahead and try. If it works, and lessens the chaos in here, you'll be a hero for the city. But that will also mean we will need to count on you even more in the future."
I nodded and started the creation. I closed my eyes and envisioned what the skill would be. I imagined my mana pouring out from my body forming a dome around me. I then had it expand outwards covering my party and the enemies. I imagined the dome strengthening my friends while weakening the enemies. I then fused the light element into it. I imagined the chaos in the dome weakening more and more until it was gone. Ding. The notification for the new skill sounded off in my head. I opened my eyes and pulled up the notification.
Skill created: Domain
Domain: Level 1: Create an area of mana and elements in the area weakening all enemies inside while strengthening allies' attributes depending on element used to cast this skill. Area of effect: 10 square feet. Cost: 10 mana per second per element. Cooldown: 10 minutes.

Sub-skill created: Light domain
Light Domain: Level 1: Create a light element domain that weakens dark attribute enemies as well as any other element closely related to dark by 10%. Purifies the environment, eliminating dark energy within the area. Strengthen allies in the area, improving their agility and stamina by 10%.
I smiled and immediately cast the skill. The area 10 feet around them became engulfed in light element energy. As soon as the chaos and light met, their was a sizzling sound for a second before it became quiet. I immediately felt the chaos element completely disappear. It looked like the skill worked for now. The light element also hit the other members of the party. Their bodies started to give off a white glow.
Me: "So, how do you all feel? Do any of you feel the energy still?"
They all had looks of amazement and joy on their faces.
Nina: "Wow! My body feels so much lighter and tougher. What did you do? And, no I do not feel the energy anymore. What skill did you just create?"
They all looked at me waiting for an answer. I smiled.
Me: "The skill I created was called Domain. I infused it with the light element. It weakens enemies by 10% while strengthening allies agility and stamina by 10 percent. it also purifies everything in the area, clearing any darkness related attribute. It's costly though, and right now only has area of 10 square feet. Since the energy really has disappeared, do you want me to walk around and clear the floor and see if the energy comes back? I would need to use a lot of mana potions if so."
They looked through their rings to see how many they had. A few minutes later the count was out. They had 4 of them left, each restoring 20. There was no way to clear the floor of the energy with that, so I had to let the skill go. Afterwards, we waited to see if the area would become saturated in chaos again. While we were waiting, I decided to take the time and look over all my notifications and gather my rewards from this exploration.
Floors 8 - 15 cleared. Rewards:
+ 4,030 XP
+1,515 system points
+757 gold

With all that experience, I was able to go from level 11 to level 13, and get 25 stat points which I assigned to wisdom and intelligence, boosting my CP to 696. besides the notifications I got from fighting, I also got others. One was from reaching level 10.
Level 10 reached: Class change available.
Based on stats, you have gotten the following class: Tier 1 Mage Master
Tier 1 Mage: Able to use mana more effectively, causing damage to increase as well as mana pool. Effects: magic attack and mana pool calculation improved from x2 to x3. mana recovery calculation improved from .1 to .2
Would you like to change class to Tier 1 Mage Master at this time?
Holy shit! This was amazing, and it was only Tier 1. my attack and mana pool would be tripled instead of doubled. With this my CP will rise to even greater heights. i immediately said yes in my head. The notification disappeared and I felt a rush of energy. My body felt so comfortable. I felt like I could better control my mana as well as the elements. I also felt the amount of mana I had was increased as well. it was minute later before the energy died down. I couldn't help but let out a smile. My CP had skyrocketed to 850! However, I was not done yet. There was another notification waiting to be viewed. I pulled it up.
Level 10 reached. Bloodline upgraded to Mid Tier 1 Human
Effects: +5 to all stats. hidden attribute unlocked: Charisma.
The stat boost was nice, but charisma? Like how I influenced other people based on my looks? It didn't effect my strength but affected how others viewed me. It wasn't a bad stat to have I guess. When I looked at my stat panel, I was immediately overjoyed. my mind increased. Fuck yes! I definitely needed that. I still don't know how to improve it but, it improved now. This would definitely help when we went through these infected dungeons. Just like that, i was almost at the peak of E-rank, with a CP of 915. With being so close to the next rank, I decided to not stop there. i was going to purchase that D-rank bloodline. Hopefully that would help me cross that 1,000 point boundary. I opened the system store and read over the bloodline's description again.
Half-Incubus Bloodline: High tier E-rank. half the bloodline of an Incubus (normal). Upon fusing with it, gain +5 to all stats. cost 1000 points.
Feeling giddy, I immediately purchased it.
Half-Incubus Bloodline: High tier E-rank bought. Would you like to fuse with it?
I said yes in my head and the screen disappeared. Immediately after, I felt my blood boil. Intense heat spread throughout my body. My skin started to steam a bit as my started to change. As to how it changed, I didn't know. Pain wrecked my entire body. I grit my teeth and tried to push through the pain. Thankfully, it did not last too long. It ended after only a few minutes. When it died down, I took inventory of my body. I seemed to be more toned, and full of energy and confidence. I also took a look at my updated stats panel. What I saw made me frown a bit. I was closer, but I still didn't hit that 1,000 mark. Suddenly, I felt being stared at by predators. I looked around, on high alert. What I saw made me leap up and back away. All the females in the party besides my mom looked at me with a look that wanted to eat me alive. Their eyes were full of hunger and stars and they were almost drooling. They guys had expressions of shock and a bit of jealousy. Silence ensued for the next few minutes.
Nick: "What...the hell happened?"
