Marie look at his sleeping nephew, she was astonished how bad the luck of this boy who was only 12 years old, her sister and brother-in-law got into big trouble, she got a call from them to take care of Jack. But after saying what they want, they hung up as if she owed them a favor.

Even now, she doesn't know what happened to them, looking at the darkness that envelope them. Marie let out a long sigh. "Jack, I will be your emotional support for a while."

Marie tried to push the bed but it no avails. "Damn, something heavy was stuck above the bed. Txk, no choice but to do this, I will resolve the consequence later."

Marie used her two palms then push the bed aside then a 2meter tall boulder appeared crushing down at her. "Txk, little Jack will be harm if I punch this, right?" Marie thought.

When the boulder stop moving, Marie took Jack and ran out of the hospital, when she got outside. What she saw stunned her, the only building reduced to rubble is the one they occupied.

A lot of patients cried out in pain as they receive injuries. Doctors and nurses assisted all of the patients in the other building resting ward.

"Thank god, all of the patients got outside the building before it's collapse." The nurses sigh in relief.

"Strange, that earthquake only occurred in our area." A nurse said in a low voice.

"Is what you said is true!?"

When they heard that shout, the doctors were startled. "What happened?"

"Director Cha, I don't know if Its true or not, but my friend told me that no earthquake occurred in their area."

Also for new awaken supernatural to make the building collapse, Marie shook her head as she hurriedly got into her car. "I better act cautiously, if not, little Jack life will be in danger."

The bald man was an experienced person, this woman riding a limited edition Porche cannot be ordinary. "I don't have a card, but little Jack is here." Marie pointed her finger at Jack sleeping beside her.

When the bald man saw Jack, his face turned pale, as he hurriedly shouted angrily at his subordinate. "Open the gate."

The man beside him was startled. "Yes, sir."

When the other black clothes man is gone to open the gate, the bald man turned his head and respectfully bowed to Marie. "Forgive me for wasting your precious time."

Marie responds with a smile then drove her car inside the gate. Looking at the car getting farther, the man who opened the gate saw his boss sweating profusely. "Boss, who are they?"

"Kid, not knowing it, is a good thing." The boss looks coldly at the man he knew a little about the people behind Jack, but when he thought about those dangerous men beside Jack's father. He nearly pisses on his pants, he shook his head and decided not to think about it.

Looking at his boss back, the man didn't dare to ask any further as he knew that an insignificant person like him was not worth their glance at all.

Marie took Jack on his room, then put him into his bed. Looking at him, she wondered how long, can she stay beside him. Her existence was a top secret, not only in this country but to the whole world.

His Father Westly Ford, a genius researcher, discovered some strange herb and beast in a foreign country called Philipines. Unlike the other animals, it possesses sharp teeth that can penetrate a metal, her and Westley thought they found a new species. They concealed the fact that a new species were discovered from the whole world and started studying it, the beast was still an infant, so it was not harmful in any way.

After the conducting of months of research, we found out that the beast was a legendary qilin dragon. We are not overjoyed about this discovery. Instead, it made us frighten, the thought of this beast are all over the world was terrifying. If a word that a monster like this exists, the world will be sent to chaos.

"Tsk, I didn't know that event will turn our lives upside down. Westly, you better be alive, you idiot." Marie muttered.

"Oh, didn't Westly left a sample of that dangerous medicine?" Thinking about that pill made her shivered.

"That thing was made from various genes of those monsters so consuming it will make you a dead man." Marie look around the room and saw a broken mirror, a pill that made from many different kinds genes of a legendary beast is precious even it turns out to be a failure. So Westley hid some sample of back up materials to continue their research for humankind evolution.

When she saw the open vault and pill bottle on the ground, she hurriedly looks at the content and found out that all of the pills are gone. Before she could recover from her shock, a voice call wakes her up.

"Captain! A mutant beast appeared we need your assistance!" A female voice said in a panic.

Marie put the bottle in her pocket and ran out of the house, that action made Jack's awoken from his sleep. He got up from his bed and realize that he was in his room.

Looking at his familiar ceiling, the memory of his parents came back, a burst of sadness surface on his heart. But when he was about to step out of his room, the painful headache he experienced on the hospital came back.

They will die, I have to hurry.

When the bullet was about to touch him, it turned into dust by a barrier that suddenly appeared around Jack. The man was surprised, but that only lasted for a second as he fired all the bullet from his gun.

It bothersome, just let me sleep!

Suddenly, seven thought sounded inside of him as they transmitted their desire on his mind. Jack look at the man and said. "Destroy."

The man didn't have time to cry in pain as his head already disappeared, then his upper body to lower body, after a second the man was reduced to nothingness.
