"Kid, do you want to die?" The tan youth suppressed the pain from his crotch as he looks at Jack with a malicious face.
"Balbin just let beat him." His companions urge Balbin.
Looking at their ferocious faces, Aubrey felt nervous because Jack was here, she didn't want him to get a beating due to her. She was no longer the kid back then that only knows how to play, making her decision to step forward. "Balbin, don't you want me, then let Jack leave this place."
Balbin grin, but thinking about his hurting crotch. "Okay, but this kid has to kneel as he shouts "I am a pig" then leave this place while crawling."
Hearing this, Aubrey faces change. "Balbin don't get too far."
Aubrey's basketball team and her friends were about to help, but when they receive Balbin and his companion fierce gaze they took a step back with shame expression, a complicated expression appeared on their faces as they felt no courage to step forward.
Balbin looks at them with disdain as he smiled with a satisfied expression, seeing that his reputation didn't make him down. As the son of an influential family, Balbin can do anything in this area as this was his turf, using his father authority laws turned blind to his unlawful action.
Aubrey now regretted coming in this place as she didn't expect this kind of situation that made her realize how naive she is. Jack look at Aubrey and felt warm on his heart as he said. "Aubrey, do you trust me?"
"What are saying, leave this to Big Sister, okay;" Aubrey thought that Jack was only 12 years old, so this kind of situation is not suitable for a child like him.
Jack shook his head and didn't respond to her, turning his gaze to Balbin. "Do you like basketball?"
Startled, Balbin looks at his eyes with an arrogant laugh. "Yes I like it, so what?"

"Play a game with me, if you beat me I will do what you say."
"Huh?" Balbin seemingly heard the biggest Joke on his life that made him laugh loudly making his companion also laugh at Jack. Looking at his height, Balbin raises his face like a proud peacock with his 184cm height Jack look like a high schooler facing college player.
Looking at the calm and confident look on his face, Aubrey stops herself from talking as Jack seems to be aware of their situation and thinking about it, this may be a good chance for her to call for help.
"Okay Kid, I will play for you for a while." Balbin was confident about his skills in playing basketball.
Walking in the basketball court, the two agreed to play in a one court game, Balbin looks at Jack and said. "Kid, you can have the first ball."
Catching the ball that Balbin passed, Jack looks at it as the knowledge about basketball that came from the book he casually took from Freed School.
The book only contained the basics and rules about basketball but with his superhuman speed and sense, playing basketball will be child play to him.
Balbin look at Jack dribble the ball as he runs forward when Jack reaches him, a sudden movement from Jack made him froze on the spot as the figure in front of him disappeared, then the sound of a ball hitting the basket resounded through his ears.
"Kid you got lucky." Balbin looks at Jack, dribbling the ball with speed faster than an ordinary player obviously wanted Jack to be confused.
Jack nodded, the tan youth didn't lie as he was talented at playing basketball, but Jack was not ordinary at all as he saw Balbin movement in slow motion that made him smile.
Looking at his condescending face, Jack steals the ball on Balbin hands without realizing that the ball already disappeared on him making Balbin dumbfounded. Seeing Jack smiling face as he dribbled the ball taunting him, Balbin clenches his fist with anger as he tried to get the ball back.

Jack didn't shoot the ball yet as he played with him that made Balbin face turned ugly charging with intent to harm Jack. Knowing that Balbin already loses his reason, Jack throws the ball making a perfect shot on the basket as it directly entered without any disturbance.
2:0
Looking at the score, Balbin calms down, dribbling the ball with focus as he runs carefully to avoid his ball from Jack steal. Balbin reaches the basket preparing for a slamdunk. Jumping through the air, Balbin raises the ball with his right hand. "Kid, look at my slamdunk that even Sakuragi will envy!"
When Balbin was about to do a slam dunk, a white hand blocks him then slapping the ball to fly in a distance, Balbin looks at his empty hands with anger. 'How can he be this good!'
"Hey, that handsome dude is not some NBA player, right?" The blond haired girl asked Aubrey with a dumbfounded expression.
"That jaw-dropping play made me infatuated with him, dammit!" The girl with black hair said with a heart on her eyes.
The girl with glasses also looks at Jack with a stunned expression.
(N/A- Well, I notice that this look like the three fans of Rukawa in Slamdunk and Aubrey as Haruko.)
"Awesome, Jack will be my Idol from now on!" Ryan said with bright eyes.
Aubrey jaw drops as stars appeared on her eyes as she looks at Jack like a treasure. Since childhood, basketball was her favorite sport. But as she grew up a fact made her realize that basketball is not a sport for her, so that dream shattered to pieces.
Knowing that playing basketball in a tournament was impossible, Aubrey decided to be a manager of a basketball team guiding them to make her dream come true.
Balbin five companions also look at the court with a startled and dumbfounded expression as one of them said. "Hey, that white skin youth is not Stephen Curry, right!"
"Dammit, he's even terrifying than Stephen Curry, look how he shots the ball it so damn accurate!"
"Yeah, making shots outside the three points line without even missing was so damn great!" One of them said in envy.
While all of them were busy on their own, the match ended. Throughout the play, Balbin breath heavily and didn't even score a point!
"You cheated!" Balbin shouted as he walks toward Jack punching him on his face. Catching his fist, Jack didn't use his Psychic Force and only used his body strength to grip his fist. Balbin face contorted in pain. "Let go of me, you bastard!"
Hearing his shout, the five people with Balbin reacted as they run toward them, one of them shouted. "Hey, let our boss go!"
Jack loosened his grip and deliver a kick toward his stomach making him fly, two of his lackey catch Balbin as they fell on the ground. Balbin force himself to talk as he said. "Kill him!"
With Balbin order, the five rush at Jack with evil intention, Jack calmly stood at the ground facing the assault of the Balbin group. When one of them was about to punch his face, Jack disappeared from his place as an attack made his way through the neck of the person in front of him.
Ghastly figure constantly disappears to their sight as they collapsed together with fear on their faces. Looking at this, Balbin trembled with fear as he escapes leaving his companion.
Looking at this, Aubrey was shocked. "This..."

The Cosmic Interloper
Synopsis: A cyborg transhuman escapes her corporate indenture and through unfathomably unlikely circumstances, she ends up in a fantasy world of full of unique magic, angry people with sharp implements, and the whole flavor-spectrum of divine entities. Hilarity ensues. Features: - No blue boxes or cultivation, this is not a LitRPG nor about martial arts - Hard-ish Sci-Fi meets hard-ish magic - Generally trying to keep this "rational" Rationale: My primary goal with The Cosmic Interloper is to write something that I myself would enjoy reading. Of course, that’s not the only motivation, but I think it’s the most important one for me to keep in mind, especially as the author. In fact, this whole story came about because after consuming oodles of fiction, I found myself craving a very specific type of story which I couldn’t find many examples of. Then I asked myself, “why not write it myself?” and here we are. Disclaimer: In general, while I’m not writing a comedy, I do intend for this story to be funny and a bit wacky or absurd. That said though, I am using this story as a vehicle to explore some potentially dark topics including (but not limited to) slavery, speciesism/racism, and existential questions of self, consciousness, and identity. Still, I’m going to leave the “traumatizing content” tags off, because I don’t feel that what I’ve written so far (or plan on writing) exceeds the threshold that would be necessary for me to tag it thusly. Also, [insert your favorite boilerplate “views expressed” disclaimer here]. I shouldn’t need to say this, but the main character can be wrong on occasion (gasp!) and the way she views the world is not the objective truth (if such a thing even exists).
