"So Qingyue, if you were to rate how today went, what would you say?" It was the tail end of the day, and Luke was preparing to go back to his inn. Hours passed like leaves, and just like with Lingxi, Luke had a fantastic day with Qingyue.

He had met with her father, Xia Hongyi, when they went back inside the manor to grab something to eat. And Luke assumed it must be because Yuanba and Qingyue already talked to him before, that Hongyi was very kind to him. Adding on his curse and charm, Luke was sure he made a great first impression on him.

After they got something to eat, Luke suggested they eat under the same tree to which Qingyue readily agree. Since giving her, Spirit Power became a lot more talkative and emotive with him.

When Luke decided to tell compelling stories and tales from Earth, Qingyue listens in with a keen face taking in every little detail he said. And she also asked a bunch of questions for every story. He had noticed she was most interested in the hardcore mythologies depicting rather tragic tales.

Then as well he played various other small games with her to enjoy their time. Every game was, of course, made a hundred times more special with the use of soul Spirit Power.

Times like this he could tell will be the most precious in this universe!

"Rate? I would give you a good rating, at least for today. But you came up with a lot of...new things, how can you do it?" Qingyue was in genuine wonder of all the stories and games Luke came up with on the spot.

The way he presented and talked about each subject left her curiosity wanting more, and Luke enthralled all her attention. It was new to her, yet she feels like just merely talking with Luke is quite...fun? For someone always into cultivation, it was new to her.

Plus, there was also the fact Luke could make her heart race with his just straightforward shameless words! And even more frustrating Qingyue realize is his words helped soother her mind, but she won't ever say that to him.

"My interest even as a child had always been on the weirder side, though I'm glad you seem to like them," Luke smirked at her, causing Qingyue to snort lightly.

"They just seem different that's all... you're about to leave now, right?"

Luke was about to head out the way he came, but the slight shift in her tone of voice got him to broadly smile, proclaiming,

"Yea, it's getting pretty late, and Andy can get pretty wild on her own. Got something to tell me first, though?" The confident knowing smile of Luke's caused Qingyue to roll her eyes at him. Sometimes during their conversations, Luke adopts this slight smug attitude like he just knew what's she going to say next.

Still, she had to ask,

"Have you, granted Spirit Power to sister Lingxi?"

Back when they first met, even she could tell Luke and Lingxi were more than friendly with each other. Plus, there was also the fact he asked her to hang out with him the day before.

Yet what she felt was an only genuine interest to see if Luke has done this before.

"Ah, Yea, I did. Well, I only did it for her because I like her, just like how I like you too." Honesty was, most of the time, a good option, Luke thought. And as well, it looks like it was working, if Qingyue flusters reaction was anything to go off from.

"I-I see...then you will come back and help me like you said, right? You do keep your words, don't you?" Two questions back to back, she boldly asked. To Qingyue, her mind only focused on Luke coming back to spend time with her.

"Of course, I will! How about the day after tomorrow? I also have to teach Lingxi to control her Spirit Power too."

"Teach her; then, I'm expecting the perfect lessons when you come back here." Qingyue coolly said, trying to keep her calm facade. Though it didn't affect Luke in the slightest. He still kept his smile saying,

"It's not all about lessons, remember? I also find it fun to just spend time with you like today. Well, then I should get going now." Luke was stretching out his arms preparing to leave again until he heard,

"Wait. Before you go..."

It all happened so fast, yet Luke certainly felt the incomparably soft and warm body of Qingyue tenderly hug him for a second! In that second, they both felt their souls jump since this time; it was Qingyue that initiate intimate contact.

And in the very next second, Luke saw Qingyue scurrying off without even turning around to see him off. If she did turn around, Luke would've seen her bright scarlet face.

It was like a magnet pulled her into him, and once Luke talked about just wanting to spend time with her, she needed to react in some way. Despite how very brief the hug was, it still fueled Qingyue with warm desires, and her soul cooled from the embrace.

Unintentionally she didn't even catch a small smile etching her face as today's events were still fresh in her mind.

All the while with Luke. He turned around, a pep in his step, and walked back to the inn with good news to tell his cousin.

"Two for two? Time doesn't stop for you, eh little Luke?" Laying back against the board of her bed, Andrea remarked to Luke. In her mind, she could now say the numbers will undoubtedly increase in the future.

"With my curse and Spooky, I'm practically not allowed to move slow anymore. How was your day, by the way?" Resting in the same position as Andrea, Luke asked her. Truthfully neither were really tired physically or mentally. But old habits die hard since lounging around like this was one of their favorite pass times.

"Hmm, well, I walked around town for a bit and then went into the forest to see Lingxi. She was attempting to control this Spirit Power with a dazed expression. You know, like one of those high school girls thinking about her crush." Shifting in his bed, Luke got curious about how Andrea interacted with people on her own now.

"Eh? Really? What did you do with her?"

"At first, she was a bit tense around me. You know the curse and all, but after I saw a blue flash in her eyes, she became more relaxed. She just assumed I have the same abilities as you since I didn't get surprised seeing her Spirit Power, and after messing around with her, I got something to eat and rested back here."

Andrea kept some details hidden away from Luke, though it was just the girl talk she had with Lingxi.

"Compared to yesterday, today was more eventful for you. And I hope your version of 'messing around' didn't include scaring her."

"Come now, would I really do that, Luke?" She said in a not so convincing voice that came off a bit sinister as well.

'Barring that, there's something I need to mention to you.' Spooky jumped into their conversation, sounding a bit more interested than usual.

'What's up?'

'Our curse mark inside Qingyue had gained a small attribute of the ice power she uses. Basically, it's a sign of her growing feelings for you and the new abilities you both can have in the future. And by now, from my reinforcing, it should be the same case with Lingxi soul.'

Now Luke was kind of surprised by this news. He didn't think even faster than Lingxi's feelings would Qingyue's snowball for him.

'That quick, huh? Well, do you know when we could like, I assume, enter the next stage of the mark?'

'Probably when those two confess their feelings to you or you share a direct, passionate kiss on the lips with them. By then, a whole new world for you and the girls will get open.'

'A confession or kiss? I should've been more nervous coming to those subjects...but honestly, it only feels like I can succeed! Although I only hope when it does comes to that point I can still make them equally happy.' Spooky merely sighed in response saying,

'Didn't I say you don't have to worry about this? I guess you'll only truly understand when the time comes.'

Luke's concern only grew more since Spooky keeps on teasing him with these wonderful abilities of the soul mark. But until that times happen, there was nothing he could do about it now.

"Say, wanna practice our lightning tonight? You said it yourself that this universe requires a great deal of personal power to get through it." Tossing his axe towards him, Luke instinctively caught it. Sitting up to match Andrea he told her,

"Yea, you're right. Our Spirit Power does allow us to fight above the True Profound realm probably, but regular cultivation is vital for it." In an instant blue lightning sparks wrapped around Luke while black lightning sparks came around Andrea.

It was the start of another long night for the cousins...

In the vibrant forest of Floating Cloud City, two beautiful looking youths could be seen wielding luxurious power. It was, of course, Luke and Lingxi practicing their Spirit Power. Only Luke's hand was merely a small blue ball of his soul Spirit Power while Lingxi was attempting to do the same actions as him.

"Just let it flow to you like water. Smooth and unhindered." Luke offered his advice though he didn't know it was a different experience for Lingxi.

Unlike Luke, she still needed to comprehend white cloak Spirit Power to use it efficiently. And while she had gotten a head start thanks to Luke's unusual Spirit Power, she didn't have a ghost girl who could instantly comprehend everything for her.

"I'm trying Luke; it's just! Ahh..."

Lingxi sighed out once her Spirit Power dispersed since she couldn't hold it up for longer. Her struggle made Luke admire Yuanba a bit more since he seems to control Spirit Power very easily.

"You and brother Yuanba talent are just too great! This Spirit Power is completely foreign to me!" Lingxi voiced out her grievances, yet she held no intention of giving up. Just yesterday, on her own, she got a taste of how hard it was to control Spirit, and today wasn't any easier.

However, this was a gift from Luke! She couldn't afford to waste it, and in the future, Spirit Power will immensely benefit her.

Luke walked to Lingxi getting an idea and told her,

"I think I have a way to make this easier. Let's sit down for a minute." He got right near Lingxi, staring into her eyes. Although compared to yesterday, the reaction Luke got was her nodding bashfully with a faint blush.

"O-Ok, this better be good!"

Sitting down Luke held his hand out saying,

"Put your hand on mines, I gave you Spirit Power and surely can help you with controlling it."

"D-do you truly mean that? Or is this just an excuse to hold my hand?!" Despite jesting him, Lingxi still put her hands on Luke's with a red face. She would have to be fool otherwise not to believe Luke's words, considering all that he did before.

"Perfectly soft like usual. Now then, relax and feel the power flowing through you; it should come easier this time." His and Lingxi's bodies warmed at each other touches creating a lovely atmosphere between them.

In only a few seconds, white cloak Spirit Power wrapped around both of their bodies. Spooky and Luke helped smooth out the Spirit Power inside Lingxi, making it easier for her to comprehend.

The mark inside Lingxi's soul, which now gained a black lightning attribute, reacted with Spooky and Luke's invasion. Blue lightning crackled crazily inside her soul and leaked out into her body.

Only a small amount leaked out, but it was enough to clear up some mysteries about Spirit Power! With her other hand, Lingxi opened it up and focused Spirit Power on this specific point.

'Whir!'

And after a minute, Lingxi formed a white ball of Spirit Power on her hand! The ball was perfectly made, and she could freely control this amount of Spirit Power.

"We did it, Luke! I can control Spirit Power, and it came so fast!" Compared to the time she tried it on her own, and now with Luke assistance, it was night and day

"Well, I only offer some assistance, it was still your original talent and comprehension that pushed you." Luke's words weren't a lie since if she didn't have sufficient enough talent, then it would have been a lot harder and longer for her.

"Don't get humble now, Luke. I will still need your help if I want to advance through the next realms."

'Hey, Yun is coming to you guys. It seems like the Xiao clan got some early visitors.' Spooky informed him, and suddenly Luke got a mischievous idea.

"More help, eh? Then let me show you a more direct way I can help!" Without waiting for her response, Luke pulled Lingxi to his chest. He gently wrapped his arms around her, and despite feeling fantastic, Lingxi still blushed up a storm.

"Wh-Wh-What are you doing so suddenly?!"

She weakly squired around in his arms though Luke knew she had no intention of wanting to get separated.

"Eh? I'm just helping you out like you want?"

"By being a per-"

"Ling'er, Luke, are you, oh?" Xiao Yun stumbled upon the scene only to catch a smiling Luke wrapping his arms around a fluster Lingxi.

"AH!! Y-Yun'er?!"

Instantly she jumped out of Luke's arms with a flushed face. This was embarrassing! However, she suddenly recalled Luke's amazing senses, and seeing his smug face, Lingxi gave Luke an adorable pouting glare.

"Y-You knew! Luke, you're such a..."

"Ok, ok, look, I'll make it up to you. For one thing, just ask, and I'll do anything you want." Luke still neared Lingxi offering her an apologetic smile. With those glowing eyes, sincere words, and even her soul-soothing her, she honestly couldn't stay so mad at Luke.

Still, she kept up appearances saying,

"Hmph! Then you better be prepare later! Uh, Yun'er, what happened?" In the end, Lingxi awkwardly called out to Xiao Yun, who only had a small smile watching their interactions.

"Ah, it's Xiao Kungyun, he's here already!"
