Chapter 116: The blood bath

Lu Chen thought Xiao Lao Shi had forgotten about him. He knew it would be a slim chance for him to get caught, but that was enough. Now, he was going to sweep the floors.

And it's with Feng Meifeng as well. Slowly turning his head to look at her, what he saw made him instantly turn back. That glare could kill thousands.

Nobody needed to say anything to him as the man himself could see a large amount of hate radiating off her body.

Lu Chen wishes he could hide in the hole. Everybody besides Feng Meifeng would be ten times better. Slumping down onto the table, Lu Chen didn't want to imagine the blood bath he got himself into.

Some of them even snicker at the two. While others, well, mostly the guys, gave Lu Chen a jealous glare. The only person who didn't do these two things is Zhang Jian. The man was just shaking his head.

When class ended, Lu Chen and Zhang Jian walk out of the classroom. The two of them went back to the barbeque store from last time. Lu Chen still owes him a week's worth of lunches for leaving out such important information about him.

Once the two sat at the table, Zhang Jian started laughing, "Brother Chen, do you think you could hide behind my notes and not escape punishment? You do know that we had Xiao Lao Shi for the first period, right?"

If it was another teacher, Lu Chen could have escaped without being punished. They were too afraid of Lu Chen. But it was an entirely different story with Xiao Lao Shi's class. He wasn't called the strictest teacher for nothing.

Zhang Jian's tease was putting salt onto his wounds. Lu Chen glares at him, "Shut it. Just go and eat your food, you ass." Lu Chen was frustrated with how the situation turned out for him. He felt Xiao Lao Shi was trying to screw him over.

There will be sparks exploding when the two cleans. Lu Chen just knows it.

Zhang Jian adds, “Hey, brother Chen. How about when the two of you are cleaning the classroom: why don't you try and get closer with Feng Meifeng?" He couldn’t let go of Feng Meifeng being a potential girlfriend candidate for Lu Chen.
