Lu Chen scratches his head as he could sympathize with why she felt this way. As he had regretted what he did as well. “Feng Meifeng, no class monitor. I understand why you are jealous of me, but being at the place that I am at isn't a good thing." Everything comes with a price. Being an influential family has a cost to it. Large families like Ye Meixiu and Liu Fei Fei have to be excellent. There are no yes or no. For the sake of their family's reputation, you have to deal with those duties. Lu Chen's family is the same as well. “Hmm, how about we make a bet?” Lu Chen knew Feng Meifeng won't believe him unless he does something to prove it.
"Bet? What kind of bet are we making?" Feng Meifeng's interest peaks as she is curious about what the conditions would be. But then she starts to blush as she covers her body, “You pervert!” What would a rich kid like Lu Chen want from her if she loses? Unless it’s her body.
I didn't think you were that kind of person, Lu Chen! Don’t think I would fall for your tricks! Feng Meifeng glares at Lu Chen viciously.
What the?! “Class monitor, I don’t swing that way. And I promise you I will never be that type of person.” Lu Chen sighs. Even though Feng Meifeng is given such a well-endowed body, Lu Chen didn't care about it at all.
“The bet is this; Whoever scores higher on the test we took last time, then the loser will treat the other to lunch?” It's a simple bet that wouldn't cost anything. Lu Chen just wanted to prove a point.
Lu Chen’s offer sounds promising, but Feng Meifeng didn’t have the heart to do something like that to Lu Chen. She suggests, “How about we just have a contest with our pride on the line?” Well, my dignity is on the line, even without saying it. If Lu Chen gets a higher score, then Feng Meifeng would bang her head on the wall.
“Pff, Alright. We will put our pride as students on this next exam.” Lu Chen thought it was funny how she’s acting like this.
“Hey, if you lose this bet, then you will listen to everything that I say in class, ok?” Feng Meifeng said as her face turned serious. She isn’t going to let Lu Chen turn back into a walking sess pool of laziness and disappointment.

Do you think that I want to go back to being a licking dog? Lu Chen understands what she wants and adds, “Alright, that’s if you win. But if I win, I want you to tone it down with the consistent back-seat driving.”
Before Feng Meifeng was going to retort to his comment of her help, Lu Chen went to his bag and took out a paper. He gives it to her, "Class monitor, take this."
Feng Meifeng looks at the paper. Her eyes turn wide, and she turns back to Lu Chen. The man gave her a smile, “ I gave you my word that I will have my college application done tomorrow. So here it is.”
