《Psycho in a fantasy world》Chapter 6

jack stared blankly at the system in front of him
'well no time to think about that right now I need to clean myself and get away from the crime scene'
I walked slowly out of the wooden hut my bare feet feeling the soft grass of the surroundings for the first time in 3 years I embraced the smell of the midnight and walked towards the forest opposite my father's manor
'the whale was a maid and my father saw her for the cum stain she really was as evidenced by his disregard and 'punishments' he gave the whale, this suggests he will not care about a lowly maid dying.
however, he might still be concerned with the gruesome way in wich she was killed making him more wary so i should leave the premises quickly and get as far away from here as possible'
once jack had reached the tree line he looked up at the humungous trees that pierced the sky and once more admired its beauty one last time before dashing off like a cheetah.
it was truly blizzard site for anyone who saw it a white haired boy wearing handmade shorts held on by rope dashing through the forest at incredible speeds, and if one looked closely they would see a wide variety of scars littering his small body.
'hmmm this area looks good at least temporarily'
a huge cave stood before jack that was covered in shrubbery, the cave was also near to a glistening lake that sparkled beneath the huge fool moon.
'i am covered in that disgusting bitches blood I should wash this off in that majestic lake it looks acceptable for my pristine body.'
jack stepped slowly into the ice cold lake however despite its temperature he did not flinch or squirm but remained calm slowly taking steps inside until only his head was left unsubmerged.
I was drying myself off with a nearby leaf after I exited the lake I decided it was time to experiment with the so-called 'psycho system'.
WELCOME TO THE PSYCHO SYSTEM STATS SKILLS INVENTORY SHOP PSYCHO[LOCKED]

Hmm, interesting stats, skills, inventory, shop and psycho? Let's check out stats first
NAME: Jack AGE: 3 LVL: 1 HEALTH:4200 HEALTH REGEN:420 per hour MANA REGEN:960 per hour TITLES: Madman, Scared, Demon birth, receiver of the Psycho System MANA:9600 STRENGTH 70 INTELEGENCE 80 ENDURANCE 60 WISDOM 90 AGILITY 70 MANA CORE 120 SPEED 80 BLOOD LUST 50 ATRIBUTE POINTS: 0
So it seems that stats is a summary of my ability, i am used to the regular stats from rpg books in the libary but i wonder what bloodlust is?
anyway I should probably try out the skills tab
SKILLS: CLAW LVL 1/10 sharp claws a natural defense SICKLE SKILL LVL 2/10 your skill with a sickle only gets better as you level this skill. CALM MIND LVL 9/10 you have a calm mind meaning you don't become panicked and you are calm during battle
Hmm, the skills seem to show my main skills, that was expected however. before i go for a hunt i should check out inventory
when jack clicked on inventory a square appeared in front of him, jack put his sickle in the inventory to test it and he then saw his sickle in a little square.
it seems I have acquired an infinite amount of holding space!!!!
After jack had experimented with the system he found a road that presumably was visited by many carts and merchant caravans as tire marks were left in the dirt, jack scaled a nearby tree and sat on a branch letting his carefree legs drop off the side of it.
I swayed my legs back and forth in a cheerful way as I carved a large symbol into the branch with my sickle. I then slowly watched the caravan near closer and closer till it was right beneath the branch then I swung my legs far back and leaped directly on top of the roughed caravan.I didn't have to wait long as within the hour a merchant caravan came over the horizon. I studied the caravan for attack points noticing a single house carrying a routed cart followed by another larger cart hauling some type of boxed goods, I then noted 4 men to either side of the carts in leather armor with the odd dull silver protecting vital points like the chest and shoulders 'mercenaries'

now that I'm done with that I can move on to getting some skill points as well as experience points, and the only way to do that is by killing!!!!
drool hung from my mouth as I scanned the area around my house when I saw a road about 2 miles away from camp. I jogged over to the road and saw tire tracks left by carts this suggests many people traveled this path frequently possibly in merchant groups. I quickly scaled a nearby tree and hung my feet carelessly off the edge of a branch as I sat and watched the road.
i smashed through the rough of the caravan and glared at the fat man adorned in rich jewels and clothes I raised my nose and released a feral growl, almost instantly the man's fat arm came into a hook but it was much too slow and I blocked it with my forearm before grabbing his drooping neck with my claws and slamming him against the caravan wall before tugging out his throat in one swift moment.

before the mercenaries could react I jumped through the hole in the roof I created to get some more space I then jumped down in a diagonal swoop and clawed out the neck of a mercenary I then hopped over the dead carcass and charged towards the next mercenary, he thought he had me as he raised a silver long sword over his head ready to swipe however at the last moment of his swipe I sidestepped and jumped on his back I repeatedly tugged at his jugular watching the blood spraying in front of me.

the sound of crunching echoed through the last mercenary ears he cringed at the sound of his peers face being crushed but stood firm seemingly as a leader.
I then crouched down in a puddle of mercenary blood as I waited for the other 2 mercenaries to arrive as they neared the younger one was enraged and instantly charged with his sword drawn. I lowered a hand into the puddle of blood and through it calmly in the man's face. With his temporary blindness, I pounced from my crouching position pinning him on the floor before tightening my right-hand fingers into a sharp shovel and digging into his soft face.

"seems your the boss I should get more points from you"
I leaped towards the mercenary boss hoping to surprise him however he was quick on the draw and slashed diagonally I quickly jumped back just in time and growled as I glared in his eyes. I once again went for a dash seeing this he readied an overhead swipe however the last minute I nimbly evaded his blade holding his arm and sliding between his legs.
"oh fuck" he cursed
dazed from being spun through his legs he had no time to react as I jumped on his chest and knocked away his sword. tightly pinned by my weight on his shoulders I proceeded to claw out his eyeballs with my sharp claws before lowering down to his ear and eating the eyeball making the last sound he heard before death the popping of his own eyeball in my mouth before I slit his throat!
+40 exp +2 psycho point LVL UP +5 ATRIBURE POINTS UNLOCKED: PSYCHO
I then raided the caravan opening the boxes ,with the sickle still strapped on by my belt, inside I found a multitude of herbs I quickly shoved these things into my inventory and searched the body the mercenaries held 2-4 silver coins each and the merchant in the caravan held 20 gold I took this and headed back to my home.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)

Tales of Light
These are a collection of short stories following different narratives. It's more like a playground and experimenting with ideas or subjects I don't want to write a complete story about. It's also a place to test my skills as a writer. Think of it as a notebook of un/finished ideas. Feel free to pick and choose which chapters to read. They aren't related unless specifically said otherwise. Just relax, enjoy, and cringe at goofy stories. There may be a timeline of events, or not... who knows?

She lived with that belief all of her life, but when one of her mates destroys her trust and their bond, she can't do anything about it because rejecting him would reject his twin as well. But she only wants one.---------------------------------------------------"If you don't like it, reject me. I can think of someone who would be happy to be your choice mate." I spit at him and he stops pacing to face me. "I don't want to reject you, Natalie. I want you. As our mate and our Luna.
