《Dragons Dogma: Chaos & Order》Chapter 6: Fae on Orcing

Keeper Tyron Tabris was not a nice man, and Dain Shafiel did not want to have a meeting with him. In fact, he was currently lost, on purpose. Hoping that he will be too late to attend. The elven keep was never happy, always either angry or irritated.
Currently, he was about forty minutes late and could "Find" his way to the office. Perhaps this would be for the better, or maybe he could jump out the window. A broken leg would make for a good excuse. But then he would have to stand at Halla duty for the month. Revered or not, they crap more than human horses. Well, might as well get this over with.
The elf closed his eyes and entered the room.
"Tell me why I shouldn't kill you now. What the hell have you been doing. Expecting me to wait like some whoring wench, what do you have to say for yourself? I bet you have some excuse; Well, I don't want to hear it; I want you to get this mission done." Tyron blared. The elf opened his eyes, revealing them to be vibrant green, and regarded his Keeper.
Seeing the Keeper face about to go nuclear, he quickly snapped into a salute. "Sir, Emerald Knight, Rank of Senior Enchanter Dain Shafiel Reporting for duty…."
"I bloody well know who you are, dimwit! Collect your men and cull the goddamn monster population near A'al Unarith. The fucking wood-elves are complaining of Orc, Orks, Dragons, Bullywugs, and who else knows goddamn what." The Keeper had exploded again but seemed to calm after this tirade and didn't scream his following sentence.
Dain could once again appreciate how elegant and angry the Keeper was. His desk was sprinkled with bits of parchment, quills, ink bottles, sealing wax, and the like. He was an impressive man standing at around six feet in height. He had once been quite burly, but years of tending to Clan Dale had taken some of that away. His black hair was streaked heavily with gray.
"I'm sorry it's... It-its just that my daughter thought it was a good idea to run away from her home in Hyhlond to fight on the front lines!"
Dain can only let out a deep sigh along with his Keeper. The daughter of his clan always has in a fiercely independent woman. Refusing to get married always to prove herself and won't bloody listen to ANYBODY!
"Now she is your problem. You two will be part of a larger team lead by Captain Tialha Yeljor, each of the sub-teams will be sent to a local village in Lord Aelrindel Liabanise's territories as part of his new prosperity plan, may the ancestors help us..."

Dain can stare at his Keeper in horror, and a new voice that was yelling in the distance only heightens that fear.
"Dain, my love! I'm coming for you!"
"For you, I would Beg for death," Tyron stated. "You two will leave tomorrow morning; prepare your men. Dismissed."
"Sir!" Dain said in a crisp tone and left the room, shutting the door behind him. He then leaned against a wall and slid to the floor.
"I'm fucked!"
Nezintic woke up and instantly knew she had done this longer than intended.

Nezintic looked at her current skill; her progress was good. Her new size had increased her speed and power; no longer having such a short stature made fighting easier, and her lighting was more prominent.
Yesterday she tested out her new body on new prey that was quite tasty. One was a poisonous snake with a length of 60 centimeters, a diameter of approximately 6 centimeters, covered with black scales with a speckled pattern. "Night Vipers," They were called. The poison doesn't affect her or her brother Ash. Another one looked like a bat; although it was probably something else, they couldn't help but stand out since their wings shone in seven different colors. "Fae Wingdings" is a weird name for a species of rodents.
Their meat was delicious, and it seemed to melt in the wyrmling's mouth as she ate it.
Nezintic also gained some abilities after eaten quite a bit of them. [Thermography], [Presence Sensor], [Vemon Resistance], [Echolocation], and [Vampirephilia].
It was quite a surprise to be able to regain her health from drinking blood—a helpful skill for future hunts.
Speaking of hunts…
"Ashteumax! Where are you?"
A brown-haired goblin heard her mental should and answered. This was Gob-Mei, a clever goblin who was able to use bows and crossbows. Imp Shin is her partner.
"Your Majesty. Lord Ashteumax said he was going to keep hunting until his lighting was 'Awsome' and his belly full."
The wyrmling checked outside. The sun was already setting. Ashteumax would be dead meat once it was fully set. The idiot probably hadn't paid attention to the sun to stuff his gullet.
On that note, she mediated for about 7 to 9 hours.
"Damn it to hell." Nezintic growled as she began to flap her wings, "I'll go find the moron."

"But…the sun's going down!" Gob-Mei said in fright.
"He was on my team. He's my responsibility." Nezintic shot back, "I'll be giving the idiot a talking to after this."
The wyrmling flew 10 meters and waited, listening for the sounds of her brother.
A cry in the night made him jerk his head towards the source. 3-meters southwest. It was Ashteumax, and he sounded excited?.
"Bloody hell," she muttered as she looked at the scene in the clearing ahead of her. Ashteumax was backing away from a large humanoid…thing. It was about a head taller than the average elf, with flabby skin and the head of a pig. It was wearing heavy armor of some kind, strapped haphazardly to its body, and had a large curved sword clutched in one hand.
Outcast Orc - Level 5
They look very different from the Orks she had fought before.
Evidently, it was a pig thing…that reeked like burned fat and sweat.
Shaking her head, Nezintic observed the situation. Ashteumax was in trouble, and she had to save his useless carcass. Well, he is less trouble now. There are about seven bodies spread all over the place. Guess her brother is taking this whole samurai thing very seriously. Examining the orc and the corpses more closely, she saw signs of weakness. They had clearly lost a lot of weight in a short period of time, and their piggy faces were drawn and hollow-looking.
"They were perishing." Then, Nezintic realized, "Judging from the here. This Warband plausibly hasn't had much in the way of food for days. And they thought my brother would be excellent food…."
Flying quietly around the clearing, she examined the armor that the Orc wore, very thankful for the [Night Vision] skill that was common to her species.
The orc didn't have it, which makes things better for her brother. Ashteumax was doing good.
Nevertheless, the armor wasn't a single suit of armor like she had first assumed. Instead, it was numerous pieces of varying armor coarsely held coincidentally by rope, chains, and even a few cowhide belts, leaving plenty of possibilities for thin stabbing weapons, especially on the back of the orc.
Her brother seems to have gained an Idea.
"Oh yeah! Prepare to die by me!" Ashtumax made a very stupid pose. "The Samurai of Fairies Wings! Oh yeah!"
Slowly, the orc oinked something in its language and raised its sword, ready to deliver the killing blow to Ashteumax.
Ashteumax acted then. He flaps his wings, creating a strong gust that knocks over the already dilute orc.
He exploded into motion a few steps ahead of the orc, targeting one area that was exposed in particular, the area where, on two-legged creatures, the kidneys would be located.
With a shout, Ash slammed his sharp up to the hilt in the gap between the armor plates, making the orc squeal and writhe in pain. He held on to the orc with one claw as he switched from biting and clawing.
In its panic, the orc dropped its sword and tried to reach over its back to grab Ash with both hands. Her brother stabbed them with his sharp tail whenever they got too close before he was finally within reach of the orc's neck.
He drove his appendage into the orc's throat from the side and ripped it through the front of its throat in a fountain of blood. Unable to cry out with its voice box destroyed, the orc didn't make a sound as it sank to its knees, then collapsed to the ground entirely, throwing Ashtuemax to the ground in front of it.
"The Samurai wings again! Oh yeah!" Ash bellow joyously. "How was that sister of mine! Of course, Ash, aka Ashteumax, wouldn't be Ash unless..." the hatchling... no Ash seems to be changing. "He killed his enemies in an epic style!"
The green faerie wyrmling said.
"What did I tell you about getting back before dark?"
"Sorry…" her follow wyrmling looked down in shame.
"We'll talk later. But great work and bring back those corpses to the cave." Nezintic ordered." It seems I have to get everyone to work harder... by next week, everyone will be a hobgoblin or die trying."
"Oh." Ash looked as if he couldn't see the point.
Nezintic sighed.
"We need the strength, brother." She explained patiently, no longer calling moron anymore as she wrapped the head of one body with her tail, "If there's one orc around here, there's probably more. You killed these pathetic ones so easily because they were starving, and you're a dragon. A fully armed party of orcs could go through our entire cave full of goblins and imp easily, so we have to get stronger and keep as many of our subjects alive as possible. Now let's go!"
"Yes, sister!" Ash said and grabbed the rest of the orcs with his new body. "Did you help, sister?"
She chose to ignore him and the struggling of moving this thing.
Nezintic doesn't help. She was the one that helped others!
After about twenty minutes, Nezintic just let her brother take the stupid orc.
Stupid brother and his ridiculous muscles fibers.
