Aariv's mother was eating dinner with the Emperor. The poison was slow so they didn't notice anything wrong.

They were having a happy time together as the Emperor was mostly busy and never had time to spend with his wife, it was a rare moment for them but Suddenly Aariv's mother felt pain around her neck, she tried to speak but couldn't.

Chandragupta(Emperor) noticed this sudden change. He came close to his wife and held her in his arms. Looking at her complexion turning pale he understood that it was poisoning.

He looked at the entrance and shouted: "GUARDS CALL THE ROYAL PHYSICIAN NOW!"

He had an anxious look on his face. One of the royal guards ran as fast as he could to bring the doctor. Soon a full team of doctors came to the queen's room. Acharya Kautilya also hastily came.

When Acharya Kautilya looked at the spilled food he deduced that she must have eaten the poisoned food that was meant for the emperor.

The doctors checked her and then fearfully looked at emperor "Your majesty, the poison's potency is very high, It can not be cured. You have to decide whether to save her majesty or the child"

"WHAT?...WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THIS!!" Chandragupta roared.

Inside the Womb

Aariv had started healing her the moment she started eating but it was taking a lot of time to remove the poison. It was starting to spread to her organs. He was trying his best, spending all the strength he had.

"Juno it's not working!" he asked her for any suggestions.

"Minor healing is not enough, you need to find a way to stop the poison from spreading and confine it in one place." She was racking her brains but still didn't have any solution.

Aariv was deeply thinking, he didn't have much time because he was afraid that the baldy acharya Kautilya might cut open her stomach to save him.

He started talking to himself while healing his mother ~If I want to move the poison then I'll need a way to manipulate the internal organs and veins. the powers I have are Aerokinesis, Pyrokinesis, Hydrokinesis, Levitation and Biokinesis but none of these can help me right now.~

He kept on detoxifying the poison and also moving the poison towards her mouth so that he could make her vomit and get rid of the poison in one go.

He did just as he planned but now he was feeling very tired.

Baldy Acharya Kautilya had a knife in his hand and was about to cut open her stomach but then a doctor noticed Durdhara's(Aariv's mother's) complexion returning to normal.

"WAIT! She's returning to normal," he shouted.

Baldy looked at her face and then checked her pulse, it was returning to normal "Your majesty how do you feel?" He asked

She was very weak so she replied in a low voice "better".

listening to this everyone in the room took a sigh of relief. Chandragupta came close to her and held her hand. He then looked at the guards and baldy, and then shouted: "Whoever did this I want his head by..."

His angry voice was interrupted by a sudden scream from Durdhara as she held her belly with her hands in pain.

Chandragupta (Aariv's father, emperor) looked at his wife with worry, then he noticed the bedsheets under her, they were soaked in water.

An old lady responsible for Durdhara's health also noticed and told everyone to go out of the room. "The water broke, she's going into labor"

Inside the womb

Aariv noticed that his mother was weak due to poison so he feared that it might bring complications in the delivery. He used energy manipulation to manipulate the abundant natural energy outside and send it to his mother's body. This natural energy revitalized her whole body.

Aariv was feeling normal now and preparing to come out of the dark jail called womb. He was feeling excited that finally after more than 2 Billion years he'll be able to see trees, mountains, water, and of course humans.

"haha, why wouldn't I be. We'll finally be able to see outside word. but before that, I need to plan something. I received telepathic abilities from those 10 alien souls I integrated with and I'll have to use it soon after I am born."

Juno didn't understand him so she asked "but why?"

After I am born he'll probably be the one to give me some weird name so when he'll be holding me I'll touch his forehead and transmit the images of the universe making him feel like I am some kind of a divine being, and will also leave my current name in his subconscious.

He will probably announce that I am blessed by the gods and stuff. Hence problem solved they will treat me like a demi-god and also, I have big plans for that baldy so I want to make him my confidence in the future but as long as I am a little baby I'll just use him as my pass time, hehe"

Juno was excited by just listening to my plans, she was like a hyperactive child "Yesssssssssssssss, It's going to be so much fun"

Suddenly Aariv felt his surrounding changing, his feeling of being suspended in water was changing to being in a cramped space. He understood that it's time for his adventure to finally begin.

"here we goooooooo" Juno happily screamed.

Aariv felt himself getting squeezed toward a direction so he also used energy manipulation to give himself a little push, hoping that this would make it easier for his mother.

Soon he felt something touching his scalp, It felt really weird getting touched, he had forgotten this feeling after so long. A little bit more and his whole body was out.

His eyes were closed initially but the moment he felt his surrounding temperature and air change he tried to open his eyes. He was really excited and slowly opened his eyes but his excitement was short-lived as his eyes were still adapting to the light outside. The eye-piercing light made him close his eyes again.

The caretaker lady was holding the baby in her arms and staring at him with a frown.

Aariv's father didn't know why the caretaker was frowning but his mother, baldy and other doctors understood the problem.

Baldy came close to Chandragupta and said: "Your majesty he's not crying."

Suddenly Chandragupta realized the problem and his happy face turned sorrowful.

Aariv's eyes were still closed hence everyone thought that he was dead.

Aariv's eyes finally got familiar with the light but as soon as he opened his eyes he freaked out. He felt like he was laid down on his tummy with his ass facing others. He slightly turned his head and saw an old lady about to hit his tiny newborn ass.

He didn't worry as he was as strong as 10 people but to his surprise...

his tiny newborn ass was spanked and turned a little red.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA... It fuc***g hurts., oh my butt" Aariv tried to speak but all that came out was crying. He was just a newborn so his voicebox was not fully developed yet.

With his crying, the whole room was filled with warm smiles and congratulations.

Aariv was wrapped in a silk cloth like a burrito and then placed beside his smiling mother.

Meanwhile, Juno was laughing her ass off and her laughter was annoying Aariv which resulted in him trying to scold her but only "Waah" would come out of his mouth.

He was still not synced with this new body so he didn't know how to talk to Juno without opening his mouth.

He suddenly felt someone hugging him so he stopped crying and looked up, he saw his beautiful mother delicately hugging him in her arms smiling, she brought her face close to Aariv's face and placed a sweet kiss on his forehead.

Aariv suddenly felt so much warmth and happiness, he felt like the suffering of 2 billion years was worth it. In response to the kiss, he also giggled in a cute baby voice and touched his mother's nose with his tiny hands which made his mother and everyone in the room smile stupidly.

Chandragupta was also getting restless wanting to hold his precious son in his arms, Durdhara saw her husband's face and handed him her little bundle of joy.

"Hold him gently and carefully" She warned her husband.

Chandragupta clumsily wrapped his arm around Aariv, holding on to his embrace. He had a huge grin on his face. He was happy that he had a son but also happy that he finally has an heir to the throne. He also placed a kiss on Aariv's forehead on which he also received a pat on his nose.

Everyone took Aariv's little action as him showing his happiness but what they didn't know was that Aariv was using one of his skills on them.
