Thank you for choosing this chapter to read!

Laura's POV
I was in bed with Nyorin beside me who was still crying till now...
There was nothing going through my head except the though of Saladin being dead.
I was playing with my hair while trying my best to sleep..
Ever since he died, the feeling of loneliness has been hitting me hard even if Nyorin is still with me.
This confirmed on how my feelings were strong for him.
Though, I could never meet him again in this life...
I didn't stop praying to the goddess Feides to make sure that Saladin passes on peacefully while also hating myself for not being able to save him in time...
If only I had my vision, I might be able to at least see his appearance and keep it in my mind...
Oh how I loathe my life as to how I'm cursed with forever cycle of disaster.
I doze to sleep after I shed tear from remembering the first time I met Saladin.
Nyorin's POV
The next morning, me and Laura went downstairs to greet Clarin who was cooking while still having a sad expression from her husband being dead...
My sister went back to our hometown while feeling depressed completely from Sherah getting killed...
Words could not express as to how I felt yesterday...
Images of Saladin getting killed has been popping in my head every time as if it is a eternal nightmare.
If you couldn't tell, we are staying at her house with Jentun who was still in a major depressed state while looking at a drawing of his father.
My appearance was different than usual as I didn't took care of my hair while having eyes of someone that didn't sleep for nights.
I didn't ate anything since yesterday and so my looks were pale which was not only me as Laura had the same sort of appearance.
Clarin (Muzaik's wife) served us breakfast which concludes of sliced bread and jam which was made from the berries grown behind the house.
It was delicious but couldn't show my satisfying looking face as I'm still not over with Saladin being dead.
I could feel like my daily life with him came to an end while also missing his voice which were irritating the first time we met, but slowly I grew to love it.
My mind was deep in thoughts as to how did Saladin managed to revive the girl called Kioni...
If that was possible maybe I have a chance on reviving him...
Thought I felt like it was the wrong decision as maybe he is enjoying with Kioni in the afterlife, never ending reincarnation or forever pantheon.
The though of reviving gave me some motives which made me think if I studied about necromancy I could see Saladin again...
Even though, necromancy books are scarce and are hard to find...
I asked Jentun about the idea which made his eyes even more duller as he says that there are books in the place that he is headed that has necromancy, but he couldn't reach there anymore as his father is not there to protect him.
When he said that, I got an idea which was accompanying Jentun with Laura while also protecting him.
Though it would require lots of time but I would do anything to see Saladin again...
I whispered my thoughts to Laura's ear which made her eyes glow once more with life.
She replied back by saying that she is okay with it, as long as it doesn't involve sacrifices...

Then I told Jentun that we both would be glad to accompany him which made one of his eyebrow raised while questioning our skills and telling us on how our life could be in danger.
Also Clarin who made her voice a little bit louder, told us to not force ourself just because we are desperate to revive Saladin as it may kill us.
She then reminds us about our family which didn't bother me that much, except my sister.
On the other hand, Laura still has hers and loves them even though they abandoned her.
Jentun made a sigh while massaging his forehead which then he asked us to prove that we have the skills needed.
We complied and followed him to the backyard as he asks us to.
The place which was like a small grass field with a miniature farm on right and on the left was an open space which was where we displayed our techniques.
I shown him on how I can pierce the air simultaneously five times with my rapier while enchanting the blade with light which made my sword left behind a trail of white hue every time I swing it.
When he saw on how fast I pierced the air, he was blinking tremendously as if he couldn't believe what his eyes saw while opening his mouth a little.
Laura chanted a spell by praying to the goddess of water and brought out the same water hydra from before, but this time it was having two heads which kind of made Jentun surprised while placing her hands on his chin and rubbing it.
He saw on how we are able to do this strong type of moves which made us get approved of accompanying him.
I packed my belongings in my hand bag and was looking at the same spot from before which reminded me of Saladin sitting there while reading a book happily.
A tear has shed from my eyes which I rubbed it away as I must not succumb to depression state as I have a goal right now and that is reviving Saladin.
Even if it would take months, years or even decades..., I would dedicate my whole life to see him once more...
Me and Laura took a bath together which was a first time but was nothing special as we were both silent.
I helped her on scrubbing her back which made her squeal a little from my brute force which was my fault as I was not thinking, and so I apologized and continued but this time with care.
Her body was frail while being slightly pale at the same time, though her face is really cute.
After Saladin's death, Laura was acting a bit different as if she has matured even further.
Laura's body was normal for a fourteen year old girl, though she should eat some more as her body is really skinny looking.
Though it was better now than before as Saladin fed her food that were delicious which made her state back to normal.
Laura would turn to someone completely different when it comes to her being depressed.
Some time has passed and we were about to leave out through the door of the house.
Though before we left, Jentun gave a warm hug to his mother who was crying while telling her that he will make sure to take care of himself well.
Me and Laura gave Clarin our farewells which she hugged both of us together while telling us to keep her son safe.
After she told us that, we left the house while waving our hands slowly towards Clarin...

There was one thing that I noticed and that was m
I didn't know why..., but I'm not positive on necromancy to be able to even work as I can recall that the last time it did, was long time ago back when I was about a mere child.
Before we could leave this village, we met up with Hercs again to tell him on our plans which he gave us his best luck on our travel.
He was wearing a completely black attire while having black pockets under his fading of life eyes.
I asked if he would like to accompany us but he declined as he needed to make a grave for Oli and Jauv on their hometown which was nothing but in cinders.
There was one thing that I wanter to hear before we left and that was his story on why he with his friends wanted to conquer the dungeon.
Hercs told us that he, Oli and Jauv were really good childhood friends while also caring about each other like family.
Though they were homeless when they were small, that didn't stop them from moving forward in life.
He also admitted that he had feelings for Oli for a great amount of time which made my heart hurt from him reminding me.. about how I couldn't hear Saladin's confession..
The reason why they knew how to fight in the first place was due to a traveling paladin which thought them combat skills after the long begging of asking.
After some time they were left again to strive alone as the paladin left them which was like a parent to them...
They had only one goal and that was to live a peaceful life in a nice house while dieing at an old age..
Though having a house would need money and so the quickest way they thought of making cash was conquering a dungeon.. but alas at the end it was nothing but the worst mistake.
Funny on how we didn't even gain anything for even clearing that dungeon which made my hatred grow even stronger towards it.
After he told us more about his story and having a chat on what happened inside the dungeon, we gave our honest farewells to him and decided that we should leave now.
It would take at least two years until we reached the destination...
Kioni's POV
I was hiding behind a tree while carrying a stick with both of my hands and trembling from the noise of individuals reaching here.
There was no point to cover myself and decided to make my appearance to them while gripping the stick hard.
I then swung hard to what seemed to be the air which made me confused as to where were they.
When I opened my eyes, I noticed that I'm quite far away from the individuals who were actually Sherah and Saladin.
Dropping my stick and falling to the ground in a sitting position while sighing in relief as to how I was scared that they might be people that aimed to capture me.
Saladin was kind of shocked as to what I did which was embarrassing as I lower my head so that I can't make contact with his eyes.
You might be wondering as to why I'm not that sad on how Saladin has forgotten me which I can give a good reason and that is, his someone that is kind of different than the old one that I knew.
He used to be a pervert but now he is someone sensible while keeping the privacy of people to themselves without trying to snoop around.
There was one thing that didn't change and that is his kindness.
Either way, I love both of personality of his no matter how Saladin would change.
For crying out loud if you were in my place back in the mines, any girl would fell for him as to what he has done.
Not only did he threat me with care, Saladin gave me a sense of worthiness to be alive on this world.
Oh how I thank all the goddesses above to grant someone like me a second chance to meet him.
I noticed that Sherah started talking much more than before which made me kind of relieved as she was not much of the talker ever since I met her.
Saladin asked if I was okay which I replied by telling him that I'm fine while giving my thanks for freeing me from the cage back then.
He then told us that we must move on quickly before the village residence awake once again and come searching for us.
Sherah agreed by saying out
"Then what are you waiting for then?" - Sherah
When she said that, me and Saladin froze still as if it was really out of the ordinary for her to be talking like that.
We started moving again after looking at Sherah for a good moment which made her red a little bit while causing her to avert away from our eyes.
There was one word that can describe the atmosphere we are feeling right now and that was calmness.
Slow movement of leaves from trees from the gentle wind.
Noises of grass and some dirt paths being stepped by us walking through.
A nice vibrant color on the place as the sun rises up slowly goes upwards giving light to the place.
Saladin was arguing with Sherah on which book they think is better.
It was quite amusing to see the glowering face of Saladin as he argues back towards Sherah.
I could hear the voice of Sherah which was quite the matured type while hinting taints of mischievousness on it.
My knowledge of books were really low and so I couldn't join the topic.
Saladin was no basically getting teased at from Sherah telling him that he doesn't know much books compared to her.
It was a really childish ranting which also made me to look at them as some sort of... never mind...
I was making a downcast face as I look at the ground while still following Saladin to wherever we are headed to.
Before I could do anything else and look at them again, I noticed that they were right beside me which kind of surprised me.
They asked on what is the reason to my sullen face which I replied by telling them that I missed the guy who I loved..
When I said that their expression changed to a straight forward one and were quiet the whole time while also trying to cheer me up once a while.
After some time of walking, we managed to stumble across a town which was much more normal looking than the village from before.
As we enter the town, some individuals gazes were looking upon us, as if we are the off ones out of the batch.
I think I could understand why they were looking at us like that..., as the town was filled with different races that I have never seen...
Half snake humans, only animal eared species, elves (long eared humans with enhanced life) and so many more..
When I look on our group form other peoples perspective, we look like lost travelers that needed help.
As we cross the crowded streets while ignoring on all the offers of selling me and Sherah to some sort of slave merchant who would pay money to Saladin for us.
Though he made a joke by telling the slave trader that Sherah was free and would actually pay gold to him if he would take her.
I comply and agreed that Saladin deserved the slap he gotten from her which made me think Sherah was getting soft on him...
There were some showcases from stalls that made Saladin interested at which were mostly weapons.
I sighed while telling to myself that he is a boy and so they should normally act like this.
After we started to walk again while searching for a place to stay like an inn, we crossed a brothel filled with noises that would allure any men that cross by and when I turned to look at Saladin while expecting that he would act different, but he didn't at all as if he is completely changed from his perverted self that I knew before.
Sherah also noticed on how Saladin acted which made her have a slight surprised look on her eyes.
After a while of searching, we finally found an inn which was not full while still keeping good maintenance.
The price was kind of cheap which consist of 50 crisp of each of us every stay for a day while an extra 20 crisp for food being served.
Saladin payed the price to the inn keeper and he (innkeeper) gave us two keys.
I was then given a key and was told from Saladin that I would be sharing my room with Sherah while he keeps a room to himself as it is the most sensible reason.
The room I was sharing with Sherah was completely ordinary as there were nothing special except two beds, a bathroom, table with two chairs and finally a closet.
Saladin had the same thing but was only made for one person.
My body was tired and so decided to take a bath while I forced Sherah to join me which she agreed after I kept on bugging her out by holding onto her arm.
When I hold her I noticed that she shrieked a little which was really cute of her.
Her face was completely red from just me holding her which made me think that she has a weakness of someone touching her without her knowing.
After both of us took a bath, I jumped to the bed which was not bad with the new clothes the inn provided me which I was wearing currently.
There was a lot of things that is coming in my mind, but the most one that kept on going through was the thought of Saladin not knowing me...
My eyes were really tired and so I decided to take a quick nap which ended up me sleeping soundly until next morning.
Sherah's POV
What is getting into me?
I have been enjoying talking while also annoying Saladin the whole time while traveling with him.
Even I had the thought that he looked cool at some moments when he was checking for dangers while we were crossing the thick forest.
There was something in me that changed which made me look at him with a different view....
He is a jerk but a funny one at the same time, even though I tease him also.
I also noticed that, his the type of person who doesn't like perverted stuff which made me surprised as he groped my breast the last time we fought...
Ever since he grew older and saved me from getting raped, my heart has been pumping a little faster every time he gets close to me.
Though I would say that I have zero intention on loving or liking him but maybe.. as a friend.
Who am I kidding, I read enough books to tell me that being friends with a boy would lead to pregnancy.
Well it looks like Kioni is sleeping in peace on her bed while covering her eyes by using her arms.
My clothes are quite worn out and so I wore the ones that my princess gave me which was a white blouse with brown pants.
I kind of felt happy when I looked at the mirror on the closet which shown myself in a beautiful dress.
My hair color though is starting to annoy me...
Yurnixa told me to dye my hair so that we can escape without being noticed.
She also dyed hair from silver to black colored.
Though the color kind of made me look special as if I was a phoenix in a maidens form.
I think I had enough of the color as I'm already separated with Yurnixa.
Without awakening Kioni, I opened the door of the bathroom and entered while looking at the medium sized mirror beside the sink.
There was one vial in my pouch which holds inside the liquid that would turn my hair back to normal.
I cares my hair after I dip the liquid in one of my hand and watch in the mirror on how the color of blond and orange disappears.
Then my original color which was a really black hair with a mixture of violet.
To tell you the truth, this color is my favorite and loved it ever since I'm small as a boy told me that it was a beautiful color.
My hair reached till my waist which then I made it into the most straightest type by stroking it gently.
The bangs in front of my face started growing longer and was about to reach my eyes, so I decided to move it to the left while placing a plane black clip to keep it in place.
I was never interested in make up due to how I have to constantly repeat it everyday to stay beautiful.
Though it doesn't mean I don't take care of my skin, as I always wash and place the required lotion or cream to keep it soft.
After I'm done, I decided to take a walk around the inn as I'm bored being stagnant at this room.
I opened the door of our room slowly while using the key which Saladin gave me to unlock it.
Then I exited the room and closed it with care so that Kioni won't wake up.
There was one thing to my surprise and that was the door of Saladin was open which made me curious, so I decided to look inside.
When I did, there laid Saladin on the bed looking at the ceiling of the room while playing with his long hair.
He didn't look pleased while also deep in thoughts for something as he doesn't even notice my presence.
I didn't want to bother him and so I decided to move along and take a breather downstairs.
While I was walking, I have been thinking on what I am doing staying nonchalantly with this group...
There was a thought of escaping and going back to the place where Yurnixa might be and that is her hometown.
Though..., when I asked the inn keeper on how long it would take to travel to the Fenrir's forest which he replied by telling me it would take years...
When I heard that it would take years, my mind went blank completely and tears where about to sprout of my eyes.
There wasn't enough time any more for me to save my mother from the sickness that would kill her...
She was the reason why I took the job for protecting Yurnixa.
I didn't want anyone to see my face covered in tears and so I ran upwards the staircase while heading towards the room of mine.
While I rushed without looking I bumped into someone causing me to fall down on my behind while the person also did the same thing.
I opened my eyes and noticed that it was Saladin the one that I bumped into.
Saladin didn't know who was I, as I changed my hair color but quickly figured out after seeing the beauty mark beside my left eye, though I was surprised that he knew it was me from just a look on it.
He was now looking at me with an irritated face until he saw the tears on my eyes and doleful expression which made him etched.
Saladin then asked on what's the problem while trying to wipe the tears on my eyes which I pushed his hands away while telling him its not of his business.
His reaction turned to a pissed of one and stood up while telling me
"I just wanted to help, but it looks like you can sober by yourself" - Saladin
When he said that, it made my heart ache for some reason and before he could enter his room again.
I pulled his shirt which made him surprised as he looks at my downcast head which I tried covering my tearful eyes and slightly red cheeks.
There was one thing that I hated the fucking most and that was asking for help from someone, but I think he is an exception as right now I'm completely broken from the knowings of my mother getting killed by the disease.
I knew that I was a screwed up person due to me enjoying killing people while reading tons of book that includes gore and bad mouthed words.
But I couldn't help but want his help.
He then sighed and then told me to enter his room which I refused until he enters first.
Saladin entered his room while I follow from his behind which made me wonder as to what I'm doing right now.
I sat on his bed and was given a small sheet of cloth to wipe of my tears which I did and placed it beside me.
He asked on what is the reason why I'm crying on the time when its close to sleeping which I replied by telling him
"I wanted to return back but it would take years which made me into this current state..." - Me
When I mentioned the word 'years' it made his face turn into a deadpan one which I could understood as he was close with those girls called Laura and Nyorin.
Even though they were not dating but just good friends.
He then told me that he would try all means possible to make the travel faster which kind of baffled me as to why he would do that for someone he loathes?
Saladin than said
"I'm just doing this for my reasons not anything related to yours and make sure you get that in your brain" - Saladin
I nodded while feeling a little fear from the way how Saladin is acting right now..
He then told me if I'm feeling better then I should get out of his room.
The way he acted mean towards me was something understandable as to how I threated him the whole time...
Looks like being friends is an impossible thing...
That thought kind of made me sad as I open the door of Saladin's room to find Kioni with tons of tears while looking at me with surprise...

Please vote on Web Fiction Guide (online novels, reviews) Novels Online Cover created by: Catastrophic_Finale http://royalroadl.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=72311 Hello everyone, this is going to be my first book and I’m very excited to write it. I had many ideas I want to write about for a long time but never wrote the out. I started reading JPN LN then got into all the Chinese LN so was influence by both types. I already read a few ln about being a dungeon/dungeon master and really enjoy and one day suddenly had an idea. What if a cultivator was to become a dungeon? A lot of these dungeon ln all have someone with modern world experience become the dungeon so they all have this advantage of games but what if someone who is straight out of a xianxia novel instead? Someone who has no idea how a more medieval fantasy world works and have no idea what a dungeon even is. This give me a lot of fun things to write about and finally decide to try writing it share it with you all! I hope you all enjoy it and please leave comments/review telling me how I can improve.

Now, he is facing a royal prince and tells him to bow. This draws out one of his late father's teachings from the deepest recesses in his mind. "The blood of your great ancestors runs in your veins. Don't easily bow down to anyone, or accept suppression by any being, not even from a monarch, unless you pledge your allegiance to him. Also, giving in to oppression is directly telling the oppressor that you're easy prey and open for manipulation." He is uncertain on how to face this oppression right now. Will he bows or not? What will he do to uphold his father's words while keeping his life safe? As for the prince, Theodrech has nothing to do with Freidrech, so he wishes to let this slip, but the boy opens his mouth and proposes the most ludicrous challenge he ever heard and triggers his curiosity. In fact, bowing to me is an honor. You saw the King's noble Knights. When they saw me, they bowed," says Theodrech, testing Freidrech. "Allow me to be forward, Your Highness. For me, bowing to a monarch does not guarantee loyalty. If I were you, I rather have men who stand straight in my presence but who got my back, than bowing men who are dreaming of my death," replies Freidrech. The prince’s curiosity increases. A huge smile is seen on his face. Prince Theodrech decides to take Freidrech under his wing. Little did they know, this boy who Prince Theodrech takes in as his confidant and friend in the most ridiculous fashion is someone indispensable in his life and the one who can help him succeed the throne when he almost believes he has lost. The First Primordial [DROPPED]
[Story dropped until further notice, I don't currently plan on restarting the story but will leave it as a possible option] During the Creation and before the inception of the Realms, there were 3 beings. Known as Primordials, beings even the God's knew little about that were rumoured to be myths or legends. Follow one of such beings that, given the unflattering name Arthur and the species of Demon, must figure out his place within the realms and find his fellow Primordials. Spending the beginning of creation within what will be called The White Realm then spending an unknown amount of time screwing around in the Demon Realm. Once he finally begins his story, he will be acquainted with a world full of grand vistas, religious nuts and floating rocks which will remove whatever little common sense he had remaining. Of course, there will be no shortage of trouble that will complicate things that (due to a poor ability in making good first impressions) will cause more than a few worlds changing events. These events include the destruction of a church and minor religion, including the death of that religion's God, messing with the reincarnated people and even introducing his own reincarnators along with the slight involvement of a war between the Demon Realm and the Creation Realm. Slow burn story; expect the story to be long with plot being introduced as it goes along. The story will include a main character with an actual mind and personality that will create, learn, and even destroy as the story progresses with an emphasis on what experiencing the other side of most novels, a perspective on that one whimsical god that brings the protagonist from one world to another that is only ever mentioned in the starting chapter. [PS- This will be my first time writing, so advice, tips and critiques will be appreciated. The release schedule is a bit iffy and unreliable but will mostly be every Sunday]
