Lucas se quedó mirando a la persona colgada en el techo, balanceándose por la marea.
Luego miró la caja a su lado, con impaciencia ignoró a la persona colgada en el techo y empezó a mover la caja dentro de la habitación, una vez adentro apilo un par de cajas en la puerta para bloquear a cualquier intruso.
El almacén de la proa era uno de los más chicos del barco y es por eso que era poco transcurrido, solo se usaba para guardar algunas provisiones de emergencia, por lo cual prácticamente nunca se terminaba usando.
Aunque era chico, era también uno de los más distintivos, dado que estaba justo en la proa, es decir la parte de adelante del barco, por lo cual uno podía sentir que las dos paredes de maderas lo atrapaban en una especie de triángulo.
"Probablemente, él llegó a la misma conclusión que yo, este es un buen lugar para no ser molestado" murmuró Lucas con confianza, mientras destapaba la caja de madera, ignorando completamente el adorno colgando.
La caja se abrió, en su interior uno solamente podía notar un papel cubierto de aceite, este era el segundo comodín de Lucas, por suerte no se empleó, no sólo evitaba que se vea el contenido de la caja, sino que también tapaba el olor nauseabundo de las tripas podridas.
Al levantar el papel, unas tripas cubiertas de aceite podían notarse por toda la caja, Lucas tomó el cuchillo que estaba dentro de la caja y abrió nuevamente las tripas, de tanto movimiento parecía que todas las partes se habían mezclado en una ensalada de carne.
Lucas metió la mano en la caja y luego de revolver un poco logró hallar la cabeza, en el apuro no había podido nunca notar quien fue la víctima de Ricardo.
"Que ironía, parece que era uno de los chicos con los que Ricardo estaba tomando en la fiesta ..." Murmuró Lucas

"Bueno así es la vida, amigo, un día estás perfecto y al otro día estás muerto" Dijo Lucas a la cabeza en su mano.
"No eres muy hablador, ¿no?" Preguntó Lucas, pero la cabeza parecía no querer responderle o simplemente no podía ...
Lucas miró a su alrededor, además de que la habitación era algo claustrofóbica y un cadáver estaba colgado en el techo, había muchas cajas con suministros de emergencia por todos lados.
"Bueno, si vamos a hacerlo, hagámoslo bien..." Dijo Lucas a la cabeza mientras buscaba en las cajas.
Lucas, parecía no estar apurado, casi nunca se usaba esta habitación, sería raro que lo molestaran, así que se tomó el tiempo de ir buscando por las cajas y de vez en cuando tomaba algo que considerara útil.
Ya habiendo encontrado varias cosas 'útiles', Lucas buscó una caja algo pequeña, agarró tres velas de emergencia y formó un triángulo.
Luego sumergió su única mano en la caja con las tripas y revolviéndola un poco manchó con sangre su mano, con la mano manchada procedió a pintar un círculo que una las tres velas, debajo de cada vela iba otro círculo más chico.
Sumergió una cuerda en la caja y con la misma luego formó otro círculo más grande alrededor del círculo de sangre.
Luego busco la cabeza del joven marinero asesinado y la puso entre las tres velas.
Agarró el cuchillo y cortó la frente de la cabeza para dibujarle un tridente invertido y tacho el tridente con una X.
Por último agarró un papel de un diario de supervivencia y con la punta del cuchillo manchada de sangre, escribió de forma desprolija y en un idioma bastante diferente al que usaba el capitán en su diario.
"Cuando no dude, hazme dudar".
Abriendo la boca del cadáver, introdujo el papel y volvió a cerrarle la boca.

Con unas cerillas de emergencia logró prender las tres velas y apagó la lámpara de aceite que iluminaba el depósito.
La iluminación cayó bastante dado que las velas no llegaban a iluminar toda la habitación, pero el danzar de las velas sobre el fuego y su iluminación pausada daba cierta comodidad para Lucas.
"Me quedo bastante bien, hasta me creería que soy un iniciado de la iglesia ..." Murmuró Lucas con ironía al ver su altar.
"Qué aventura más rara, me tocó esta vez" murmuró en voz baja mirando la cabeza reposando de manera pacífica entre las tres velas.
"Solo espero llegar a puerto y comenzar una vida decente por primera vez en mi vida" Murmuró Lucas metiendo la mano en la caja llena de tripas.
"Tan complicado es vivir pacíficamente, sin tentar a la muerte todos los días ..." Dijo Lucas metiendo algunas vísceras mezcladas con parásitos en su boca "... ese cura de mierda me va a terminar matando, si esta aventura continua así"
