The morning rays shone through the curtain of the window. Past all the wooden sculptures, laid a little figure curled up in a bed, with a comfortable- and expensive fur on him.
He yawned and sat up, rubbing his eyes.
He looked around and spotted a wooden carving- one with a Knight holding two serrated short swords. He picked it up as if it was the most delicate thing in the world and kissed it.
He then grinned, and jumped off bed. And landed on a Knight. A wooden one, anyway. With a yelp, he fell backwards into other- pointy- wooden sculptures.
"Ow."
With careful, and excessively slow moments, he was out of the room, and running.

It was noon when that little figure heard the news. And very crowded too.
"Excuse me- I-I'm in hurry could you- could you move aside, please?"
The little figure asked.
Another boy turned. His eyes widened in surprise.
"Oh, hey, Gar. Did you hear the news?" The boy asked.
The little figure- Gar blinked and shook his head.
"What- what news?"
"Jave Snowborn's back. And he's in the tavern ahead of us." the boy said.
Gar's eyes widened.
"Really?"
The boy nodded with enthusiasm.
"That's why there's so many people here. It's also the reason for why we're going to be late for our trip today." The boy said.
Gar winced.
"Scar Lady's going to give us a punishment." he said, his voice low.
The other boy nodded.
Voices broke out from the crowd. A commotion had broken out. The two boys turned, curious.
