《Nekana, One in Billions, Lost.》Chapter 2 - The Seat Matters

Presently, the protagonist of this story is in class. The class attended was not about magic, archery, nor was it even about alchemy! Nor was it swordsmanship classes. It wasn’t Greek classes whereupon Nekana had wished upon; she hoped for a chance in demi-god class whereas Greek would just mysteriously pop into the language section of her brain.
Disappointingly, no. She still dreamed though.
Said class presently had History. The majority of the class had problems staying up but Nekana was currently flipping through the more interesting part of the textbook. Definitely not the one the teacher was on however.
Nekana sat at the back of the class. Left-handed on the very last row, second seat by the window. Normally, the window with splendid green scenery would’ve helped (In inspiration obviously, just kidding) but not in this case. She was rather grateful in her current sitting, as her class placed on the third floor and by the wall side (where Nekana ALMOST sat) was bird feces all over. The waste matter were splattered artistically all over the ventilation box thingy where it was hanged and it wasn’t a pleasant sight.
Next to her was her best friend (first seat by the window, folks!). She went by the name of Yasmine; and Yasmine was a very fabulous person (gone by Nekana’s standards). Yasmine was a self-proclaimed: drunk giraffe, and her social group were all in agreement.
She was Maldivian and her religion let not alcohol so her nickname was not in a literal meaning. Even so, she certainly acted drunk enough. Yasmine was one of another comrade in arms when it came to the bookdragons because bookworms sounded wimpy. Unlike Nekana, the Maldivian was deeply in depth with the sea similarly to her country. If the topic of ships were brought up, Yasmine could go on for hours.

The fangirl had dark skin and smooth black hair that curled at the tips. She had a blunt nose and large, sized right, light brown eyes. They glowed even more beautifully when reflected by the sun. Above said eyes were her near perfect eyebrows which Yasmine was very proud of. Her lips were neither too plump nor too thin. Nekana’s deepest impression of Yasmine were her eyes, which seemed so full of life.
Nekana had to admit, although she was sometimes play insulted by her best friend, she admired Yasmine. The Maldivian was a very open-minded and cheerful person. Unlike Yasmine in several ways, the brunette was somewhat reserved; and she admired people like Yasmine.

The words repeated themselves over and over again, forcing him to answer without the chance of taking it back.
