“Yes! It has been two days since I went to see Lei Jun and without taking any martial tears I achieved the early stage of the eight ethereal strikes. Time to break into Qi gathering 4 as my dantian is already 70% filled.”

After 30mins of cultivation Liu Feng is finally at Qi gathering 4. One could say that his cultivation was insanely fast as it took him 3 days to increase a level, without even using any Qi gathering pills.

The third strike would be an upward slash which was connected with the fourth strike which would be a downward slash.

3 hours had gone by with Liu Feng swinging Kumo upwards and then downwards his body was covered in sweat as it was strained to the limit. Just as he was about to collapse he felt a cool rush heading towards his dantian again which signified that he had reached the middle stage of the eight ethereal strikes.

He decided not to rush it and practice the first four strikes for the next 18 days before breaking into the late-stage hypothetically he would also be able to break into the Qi condensation stage after 18 days.

Liu Feng decided to go out into the outer area of the wildlands to hunt for beasts as it would train his combat as well as serve him some income. He decided to hunt the cryptic bull which had a cultivation of Qi gathering 4 which was the same as him, and each time he reached another layer he would challenge another beast with the same cultivation as him.

And with the interspatial ring, it would make collecting the loot easier, and lessen his burden and allow him to hunt longer.

It was 7pm in the night when Liu Feng came home covered in mud, blood, and a few injuries. He had a shower and decided to practice the first four strikes again and again, since he broke through too fast he wanted to stabilize his foundation.

After another two hours of practice, it was already 9pm he decided to call it a day and went to sleep. “This will be my routine for the next 18 days I can do this” Liu Feng told himself.

-18 Days Later-

“I am already at Qi gathering 9 with 70% of my dantian filled, today is the day I break into the Qi condensation realm,” Liu Feng said with a huge smile plastered on his face.

He sat down in a lotus position and begin accumulating the Qi in his dantian.

70%…80%…90%…100%… His dantian started to split into two slowly and he now had two dantian in his body. This was the normal process, and when one reaches the Qi refinement realm the body would have three dantian.

“Wait but why is my first dantian red but my second dantian is transparent?” Liu Feng was perplexed.

“This is how my first dantian looked like and then it broke and became red. Don’t tell me I have to go through the process again?”

He removed his necklace from his neck and held it in his hand and started to cultivate absorbing Qi into his second dantian as his first dantian was already filled and could not accumulate Qi anymore.

As he was observing his second dantian he noticed red Qi flowing from his necklace into his dantian.

“Ah, f**k here we go again.” Liu Feng said out loud.

“ARGGGGHHHHH!!! Why does it hurt more than the first time?”

Cracks started forming around his second dantian as it eventually succumbed and broke into pieces again leaving only dust behind just like the first time.

The only difference was that the pain was increased 10x than the first time and Liu Feng had already passed out from the pain.

As Liu Feng was passed out the dust slowly started lumping together and forming up into the second red dantian in his body.

Liu Feng woke up and looked at the clock on his wall,

“Damn I was passed out for 6hrs don’t tell that the next time I break into the Qi refinement realm the breaking off my third dantian will be worse than this?”

He then observed his second dantian which was floating above his first dantian both of them glowed with a blood-red tinge.

“Finally I am officially at Qi condensation 1, right on track with 10 days left I will be able to get to Qi condensation 4 and will be able to fight toe to toe with Bai Hu’s grandfather. But since he is older than me he definitely has more experience, I should also get the eight ethereal strike to the peak stage within 10 days.” Liu Feng made a plan in his head.

Liu Feng then proceeded to cultivate filling up his dantian with 30% of Qi. There was no improvement in cultivation there was even a decrease which confused Liu Feng.

“Ahhh I am still using the basic military Qi gathering Art I should change my cultivation art into an intermediate cultivation Art.” Liu Feng contemplated

He went onto his laptop and started searching for Intermediate cultivation Arts, he could get the free intermediate military Qi condensation Art but he had to go register for it. And that would definitely alert the government as he was just someone with no cultivation a month ago and now he was one realm above, this would definitely attract attention.

He also had to think of a solution to cover up his cultivation level during the scholarship competition as that would definitely raise suspicions as well.

As he was scrolling through information about intermediate cultivation Arts he found that the average price would be 1 blue dram the same price as his grade F Kumo but now it was a Grade E which would be priced at 50 blue drams.

He went to the market place to sell off the beasts he killed during the 18 days and netted a total of 130 green drams since he stored the beasts into his interspatial ring. He went to the currency exchange counter and exchanged 100 green drams into 1 blue dram.

He now had a total of 1 blue dram and 40 green drams and 6 white drams. With that done he headed to the Phoenix Building to buy an intermediate cultivation Art, as he walked through the scanner it showed that he had a cultivation of Qi condensation 1 the attendants were shocked as Liu Feng looked to be about 14 only.

An attendant immediately rushed to Liu Feng and said, “Young Sir, what are you looking for today?”

Liu Feng realized that strength made a lot of difference compared to when he came here the first time the treatment he was getting was so different.

“I am looking for an intermediate cultivation Art, from what I know the 30 floors of the Phoenix building only sells pills, alchemy items, armors, and weapons.” Liu Feng told the attendant

“Ah, young sir the Phoenix Building does indeed sell intermediate cultivation arts follow me and I will bring you there,” the attendant said as he brought Liu Feng to the lift he took before.

As they entered the lift the attendant scanned his card at the scanner in the lift. Liu Feng was surprised that the lift was going down instead of up.

Liu Feng nodded his head as he finally understood why he could not see any Cultivation Arts on his first visit here.

As they reached the basement the lift door opened and the attendant escorted Liu Feng into a waiting room, where they served him tea. 5 mins later the attendant brought Liu Feng into another room where there were two chairs and a table, Liu Feng sat on one of the chairs as he continued drinking his tea.

The attendant went out and another attendant came in with a metal briefcase handcuffed to him, he then sat down in front of Liu Feng and took out the intermediate cultivation arts from the briefcase. There was a total of 10 intermediate cultivation Arts.

Liu Feng observed the 10 Arts carefully as he was searching for any signs of red Qi appearing from them. But sadly none of them were emitting any red Qi.

The attendant than explained the cultivation arts on the table and their origin, “Young Sir all this intermediate cultivation arts have a price of 50 green drams and will be to your liking the first cultivation art..”

“Wait all these are 50 green drams? I want to see the ones which are selling for 1 blue dram.” Liu Feng interrupted him and said.

“Umm oh, no worries young sir I shall immediately show you the higher end intermediate cultivation arts.” The attendant said as he kept back all the cultivation arts into the briefcase”

5 mins later the attendant brought out another briefcase and took out all the cultivation arts and place it on the table.

Liu Feng immediately saw red Qi emitting from one of the jade slip, he immediately pointed to that one and asked the attendant “What art is that?”

“Umm young sir that is the original cultivation art of the Asura it has not been changed at all so it is not possible to cultivate it as a human being.”

“I want that as a collection since my family already is preparing a cultivation art for me I just want to get it for fun,” Liu Feng said with a hint of arrogance on his face.

He had to do this as he could not let any suspicion be raised thus he acted like an arrogant young master from one of those useless clans.

The attendant was stunned when he heard those words but immediately replied “Yes yes no problem young sir this Asura cultivation Art is being sold for 1 blur dram and it comes with both the intermediate Qi condensation art and the advanced Qi refinement art, think of it as a 2 for 1 this will definitely be good for your collection.”

“I will be taking this” Liu Feng said as he took out 1 blue dram from his interspatial ring and place it on the table and took the jade slip which contained both the Asura intermediate Qi condensation art and the Asura advanced Qi refinement art and put it inside his ring.

“Thank you for patronizing our Phoenix building please come again young sir,” the attendant said as he escorted Liu Feng out of the building.

As soon as Liu Feng reached home he could not keep his straight face anymore and let loose his laughter. He was happy insanely happy that he was able to get the advanced asura Qi refinement Art as well, technically for free. Since this arts were not usable for human beings but they were for him.

He placed the jade slip onto his forehead and information regarding the cultivation arts seeped into his head. Now he did not have to find an advanced cultivation art when he reaches the Qi refinement realm and already had it in his head.

Liu Feng sat down in a lotus position and started circulating the intermediate asura Qi condensation art in his dantian. Even though he was cultivating the second time today it was still possible since he was circulating a different art and did not put any strain on his body.

After an hour of cultivation, his dantian was filled with 70% of Qi. His original 20% cultivation of his own has increased to 25% plus the 15% gained from the deva boost this means that every time he cultivated his dantian will get filled with 40% of Qi.

He would be able to break into Qi condensation 2 tomorrow leaving him with 10 more days to hypothetically cultivate to Qi condensation 5.

“I will have to reach Qi condensation 5 and reach the peak stage of the eight ethereal strikes in 10 days and save Lei Jun’s sister,” Liu Feng said as he popped a Martial tear in his mouth while taking out Kumo from his ring.
