Chapter 2 : Interspatial Ring
After walking for nearly an hour, Lucas and Mira arrived at the gate of Arun City.
“So what are you gonna do now?” (Mira)
“Hmm… I will first gather information.” (Lucas)
“Do you want me to help you?” (Mira)
“Ahh, No thanks you already helped me to go to this city” (Lucas)
“ Uhm… Ok good luck and be careful. I will be going to return to the academy to give my proof that I killed a Demon Wolf and receive my reward.” (Mira)
“Ok, may fate let us meet again” Lucas said while walking away.
“ Oh well I think he will be alright” Mira sighed then proceeded to the academy.

Lucas began to find the library. Until many minutes he cant find it beacause of the crowd of people. He then asked a merchant beside the road, “Sir, where is the library here?”
The merchant looked up to Lucas, “Go North here and you will find a building with a book symbol on it”
“Thanks” Lucas said then proceeded walking to the direction of North.
After a while Lucas found himself infront of a fairly large building with a book symbol on it.
“I guess this is the library” Lucas said then entering the library.
After entering Lucas was amazed of the many books that are there in the library. They have books from first to the second floor.
‘Wow I think it will reach years to finish this all, I should ask for the specific books’ Lucas exclaimed while looking at the shelves.
“Sir do you need something?” (???)
Lucas was startled at the sudden voice then turned his back and saw a beautiful female elf with green eyes and blue long hair with also a slender body and fairly large breast. If Lucas were to rate her he will give a 9/10 on the face, 9/10 on the body, and also 9/10 on the breast.

Lucas gulped, “Ahh—I am just looking some books regarding Elex’s history, also some books regarding magic and races.”
“Ohh you’re here to read books. Only a few nowadays are going here to read. Before I forgot I am the librarian here and also in charge of taking care of the books.” The librarian said while smiling.
“My name is Lucas” (Lucas)
“You can sit and wait your books there.” The librarian pointed at a nearby table and chair.
“Thanks” Lucas said while walking towards the chair.
After several minutes the books he waited are flying in the air while landing on Lucas’ table.
Lucas gasped, ‘Magic?!’
“ Surprised? This is wind magic. If you have the affinity for wind magic you can order the wind to your will.” (Librarian)
“Ohh” (Lucas)
After a while the books have been delivered to Lucas’ table.
“Here is all the books you want if you need something else just find me in the counter” The librarian said while Lucas only nodded slightly then Lucas began reading.

It is almost sunset and Lucas have finished all the books.
‘Elex is a world with one big continent with 3 races, the Human, elves and draconians. The Humans are famed for their technology, the elves are famed for their beauty and excellence in wind magic, while the Draconians are famed for their dragon-like strength and their excellence in fire magic. All the races have the ability to manifest their souls into weapons called Armaments but only a few have this ability so the ones with the ability are regarded as genius. Armaments can also be enhance with your type of magic, for example if you have an Armament and also fire magic, you can enhance the Armament to produce fire magic. The use of Armaments are only taught in Aegis academy. Aegis academy is a academy that hones individuals that have the ability to manifest their soul even if they don’t have magic . So basically this academy is full of geniuses from all over Elex.’ Lucas remembered this.

After reading Lucas got up and headed to the counter where the librarian is.
“Excuse me Ms. Librarian I am already finished reading the books you gave and it is almost night I have to go now” (Lucas)
“Ohh ok you can leave it there and I will fix it later” (Librarian)
“Thank you, then I bid you farewell” Lucas said but after taking a step he remembered that he doesn’t have a place to stay.
“Ahh Ms. Librarian, do you happen to know where can I spend the night here?” (Lucas)
“Come to think of it there is an inn infront of this library there you can spend the night only for 2 silver coins” (Librarian)
‘So its like a RPG games 1 gold= 100 silver, 1 silver=100 copper’ Lucas thought but then Lucas face paled, he didn’t even have money.But Lucas remembered God said that everything he need is in the interspatial ring and he can get and store things but he doesn’t know how to use it.
He looked at the ring and then he asked the librarian, “Do you know how to use an interspatial ring?”
“Why do you ask?” (Librarian)
“Because I have one” (Lucas)
“What?! You have one?! So you are a noble?” (Librarian)
“No no no, I am not a noble it is just given to me by my grandfather” Lucas lied then he showed it.
“Hmm… Ok. You just have to wave you hand and the content will be shown in your mind” The Librarian said nervously because infront of her is possibly a noble.
“Thanks” Lucas said happily because God gave him something valuable and also it helps lessens the things you will carry.
He waved his hand and he was so shocked at the contents. Clothes, books and maps, foods and also money, very many money.
“So what is the contents?” the librarian asked curiously.
“50,000 gold coins and 800 silver” Lucas said while grinning.
“What—So you really are a noble!” The librarian said.
“I told you that I am not, here as thanks for lending me some books to read” Lucas then waved his hand and 5 gold coins appeared.
“This—is to much!” said the Librarian while giving it back.
“It is ok, I am just repaying your kindness.” Lucas said then smiled.
“Ok then.” The librarian took the coins unwillingly but she has joy in her eyes.
“So I will take my leave.” Lucas bowed courteously.
“If you need something come and find me here.” The librarian waved at the leaving Lucas.

After a while Lucas was inside the inn and took a room worth of 7 silver with 3 meals a day. He now went to his room and directly went to his bed.
“So many incredible things here in Elex I should go to the academy tomorrow and take a test if I have an Armament and also magic” Lucas mumbled while drifting to sleep.
“Ha ha, enjoying it boy?” (???)
Lucas was startled then he found himself again in the previous white room.

Taking place in Chicago in the near future, strange buildings, strange events and stranger people populate this world on the other side of the looking glass. JR is left to struggle with his new job and new surroundings, but luckily his old friend Frank is still there to help guide him. He makes many friends who have interesting takes on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. First alerted by Frank, JR slowly becomes aware of a danger lurking in the background that is gradually spreading despite the fact that no one else seems to notice it or acknowledge that he might be on to something. All of this combines to make the novel Continuity about fear, anxiety and paranoia in a perplexing world that seems to be both real and not real at the same time. Rumored to be about 15 chapters and less than 200 pages the novel is written in a first person perspective that breaks the forth wall and will either leave you laughing with delight or scratching your head in confusion, or maybe both!? The one thing it won’t be is boring!
