Chapter 4: Main branch of Aegis Academy

“Ohh I forgot, your elements are the two rare elements, light and dark! (Old man)

‘No wonder I can use healing magic.’ Lucas thought but was interrupted.

“Also Wind and lightning! Can you believe this! You have four elements!” The old man exclaimed in praise.

“W—what the hell four elements?!” Lucas was also surprised.

“I really need to tell the headmaster to meet you, so please wait for a moment here.” The old man said respectfully.

“Okay!” Lucas said happily.

The old man then quickly leave the room, ‘Hahaha! I can’t believe it four elements and two armaments, I doubt God has something to do with this.’ Lucas thought but was startled at the footsteps nearing the door.

“You are Lucas Helios?!” asked a black-robed man with 4 stars on his shoulder (presumably his rank of power), ponytailed blue hair, and sky blue eyes and was accompanied by the previous old man.

“Ye—yes, what of it? (Lucas)

“Ahh sorry sorry, I was just surprised that I forgot to introduce myself I am Marcus, The Headmaster of this Aegis Academy Arun city branch, Pleased to meet you.” Marcus said while extending a hand.

“Pleased to meet you too.” Lucas then shook the extended hand of Marcus.

“Okay, now that the introductions are complete, let us go to my office and there let us talk.” (Marcus)

“Okay.” Lucas said while following Marcus to a stairs going upwards.

“So basically you want to disclose your information to avoid future problems?” (Marcus)

“Yes, that would be helpful” (Lucas)

“But why do you need no hide it? Nowadays people seek reputation but you Lucas want to hide it?” (Marcus)

“It is just personal circumstances.” (Lucas)

“Ok I understand. I will send a letter to the main branch to disclose your information only the ones that will be revealed is your Light, Wind, and Lightning element with also your dual wield ability.” (Marcus)

“Main branch?” Lucas asked questioningly.

“Ahh I forgot to tell you that you will be studying at the main branch of Aegis Academy in the Capital of Elex the City of Armada, because your talent will be wasted here because of lack of resources, there you won’t worry about the facilities because the facilities there are top class and your expenses will be covered by the academy.” Marcus explained.

“Ohh that is good then.” Lucas was satisfied.

“Later we will go there and I will guide you to the Headmaster’s room first then she will explain where will you stay and also she wanted to meet you.” (Marcus)

“How many days we will travel to get in the capital?” Lucas inquired

“In an instant! Every academy has a transportation device that connects all academy all over Elex but it is only available to the officials of the academy.” Marcus said proudly.

“Wow amazing!” Lucas sighed in admiration.

“No need to be amazed. So rest first then we will go there after a few hours.” (Marcus)

“Thank you headmaster Marcus.” (Lucas)

“No need to thank me, I should be the one to thank you because I met a genius that will be an unbelievable person in the future.” (Marcus)

“So be it then.” Lucas laughed.

After a few hours the two now went underground of the academy where a big glowing arched device resides.

“Are you ready now Lucas?” Marcus asked.

“Of course I am.” Lucas said while grinning.

The two stepped infront of the device and Marcus entered the location and with a *zzzz* sound the two were transported to the main academy.

The two found themselves in a big courtyard and students can be seen everywhere, some are sleeping, some are reading and many others.

“Ehh, so many students!” (Lucas)

“Hahaha, shall we go now?” (Marcus)

Lucas nodded then he followed Marcus. After walking several minutes, students were eyeing Lucas because not so often a 4 star person will accompany a student or someone unknown.

“Hey who is that student?” a girl said.

“I don’t know, maybe some important person, look at his clothes it is all black with red linings.” The other girl said.

“Maybe a noble.” The girl replied.

Lucas heard the conversations and couldn't help but ask Marcus.

“Hey Headmaster Marcus, why are these students look at me like they have seen a pail of water in the desert?” (Lucas)

“Hahaha, because Lucas when a 4 star person accompanies a unknown person or a student, only two things comes to mind, that person surely is an amazing person or that person is a noble with high status.” (Marcus)

“Is that so.” (Lucas)

After a few minutes of walking the two of them were infront of a big door with glowing runes in the surface.

“We have arrived at the Headmaster’s Office, then Lucas I have to go now, when you need my help, I will gladly assist you.” Marcus said while laughing.

“I surely won’t forget you Headmaster Marcus.” Lucas bowed then waved at the leaving Marcus.

“Oh well I have to go now too.” Lucas sighed then knocked at the door.

“Come in.” a young beautiful voice sounded.

Lucas then entered the room and he was stunned because infront of him is a girl with 5’5 height just slightly shorter than him and also red-haired with gold eyes and pair of black horns attached form her head and black dress fitting her slender body and fairly large breasts with a 5 stars on her shoulder (presumably her rank in her power). If Lucas was to rate her he will give 10/10 in the body, 10/10 in the face and 8/10 in the breast.

‘A draconian and also so beautiful despite being short?!’ Lucas exclaimed in his mind.

“So your Lucas Helios, am I correct?” (???)

“Ye—yes I am.” Lucas said while wiping the drool from his face, clearly he was attracted to the girl.

“Hahaha, people really admires my beauty, by the way I am the Headmaster of all Aegis Academy all over Elex and I am also one of the few 5 star Armament weilder , I am also called The Void queen, Celia Draxus.” (Celia)

“Ahh— Sorry for my disgusting behavior Headmistress Celia.” Lucas bowed.

“Hahaha no need talking to me like that, have a seat and let us chat.” Celia laughed then ushered Lucas to the table with two chairs.

“Ok I don’t understand why you want to hide your abilities but it doesn’t matter to me… And the lessons you will take are Armament Training and Elemental Training.” (Celia)

Lucas only nodded.

“I will now accompany you to your room and here is also a map, it is a map of the entire Aegis Academy so you won’t get lost.” (Celia)

“Thank you Headmistress.” Lucas said gratefully.

“And before I forget here is your rank.” Celia then waved her hand and Lucas body glowed then a 1 star badge were attached at his shoulders. “This badge can never be removed unless you hide it using your soul power and it will be updated everytime your power increases and we don’t have a formal uniform, we allow the students to wear clothes that are comfortable for them.” Celia explained.

“Thank you headmistress for the explanation, then I will now go to my room.” (Lucas)

“Didn’t I said that I will accompany you to your room?” (Celia)

“Then please lead the way.” (Lucas)

“Hahaha, we won’t walk I will teleport us to your room.” (Celia)

“Teleport?!” (Lucas)

“Yes, because my element is Dark and Light, I can use my light magic to teleport us to your room.” (Celia)

“Wow that is convenient!” (Lucas)

“Only a 5 star person can teleport using light magic.” (Celia)

“Then I have to work hard.” (Lucas)

The two of them were engulfed in a bright light then after a few seconds the two were now infront of a door.

“This is you room, only you can open it after you register your soul in the door, to register put your palm on the door then after that everytime someone wants to enter, the door will analyze their soul then it will open if the soul matches the ones that are registered, so basically no one can enter your room besides you.” Celia explained.

“Okay I understand, I can manage myself now headmistress you don’t need to accompany me anymore.” Lucas said respectfully.

“Then I will take my leave now, Lucas I expect future accomplishments from you so don’t disappoint me.” Celia said then she was engulfed in a bright light and vanished.

Lucas then followed the instruction of Celia and entered the room and he went directly to bed.

“Now that I am here, I will start training tomorrow.” Lucas mumbled then he slowly drifted to sleep.
