'Stars fill the night sky twinkling as a guide to the souls of the soldiers who died defending their home, yet some are slowly losing their luster. It's only a matter of time for this beautiful piece of the night sky to become completely dark like a black hole.'
'Sensing the rapidly approaching footsteps, I can tell that it's my secretary/best friend Aluma without turning back. This might be the last time we can meet, probably she knows it too, as I can sense her mood is low and she must have just cried before coming to face me.'
"Your majesty, the 6th Interception squad has discovered the location of the break in the dimensional barrier. We lost contact before getting more information, but it's confirmed that the break is guarded by existence with a similar evolutionary level as your highness." Says Aluma looking at my back solemnly.
"Can you please call me Astrella whenever there is no one else Aluma. You know you used to be very lively before the invasion or to say before I rebelled and took over as Empress. I really miss those days."I replied in a low voice as I keep on gazing into the distant void.
Alumas' eyes welled up with tears as she remembered the past "we can't go back to the past, your highness."
"This might be my last battle Aluma, and I also hope to go back to the same way as in the past but I still will do the same as before without regrets. This war has been going on for far too long, we have already exhausted more than a quarter of the resource stars known in our Dimension. If we keep prolonging it, even if the final victor is ours, we will be driven to a dead-end without resources."Says Astrella turning to face aluma who is now watching stars as if to remember the past.

"You know all I can remember since I was a kid was either xxxxstar has been invaded/defended or xxxxEvoltionary sacrificed in battle. I didn't take it to heart until it was my turn to face it. I don't want the next generation to face the same situation as us if possible. After the war has ended, promise me that you take of yourself and have a happy life for both of us."I quickly walk up to her and give her a tight hug.
Feeling the wetness on the shoulders, I was also emotional, but I still have to do this. Enjoying a rare moment of peace before going to the front line, we just sat there watching the stars. After a few minutes, Aluma let go and said "be safe, try to come back as much as possible."
I just smiled without saying anything. We both know that I can't return alive if I wanted to close the break in the dimensional barrier.
Taking one last deep look at her I turned and took a step into the sky, watching the bustling of the nightlife of Arpin star where no one knows that a terrible battle is taking place in the calm night sky above them and the consequences of losing.
'It's better for them to be ignorant I think so that at least they can have a happy life a little longer if we lose. I can still see Aluma crying silent tears on the cliff. I have to go now so that I can quickly make them hear my name while repairing the barrier.'
I wave my hands to quickly converging the space around me with my soul-source and constructing a space gap to the coordinates reported by the 6th Interception squadron. As the gap is torn I can vaguely feel hear the sounds of crushed metal and the sounds of dying Aetherians as well as my troops.

As I enter the battlefield through the space gap, I quickly let go of my Empyrion suppression making the entire void still, except for the green-eyed blue-haired man who was leisurely sitting in the backlines till I entered.
"We meet again Astrella, and your strength seems to have improved again. You know as long as you surrender the war will be over and I can promise you that I will not treat the people harshly." Says Drenovik keeping an expression on his face as if to say 'I am doing this for your own good'.
"You think I one of those old donkeys in the counsel, or the previous king who is afraid of death and keeps on shrinking into a tortoiseshell. I already know the situation on the planets that you have invaded Drenovik, such as using them as experiments for your so-called Immortal army for the invasion of dimensions."I say watching him as if looking like an idiot.
"So you already know then we have nothing to talk about, let's start I am also tired of this assignment if has already been nearly a thousand years. I still can't figure out how you became an Emperion within 700 years. I have never heard of anyone like you back in Aether Dimension but it's a pity you are going to fall here."Drenovik says as his whole body starts to light up in flames and he became the flame itself and quickly surged towards me.
"You can't escape even if you become an Emperion Astrella, it's is useless to fight against me." he says while surrounding me in his domain, "I will let you see what kind of power a true Emperor of a Dimension must process. This world made up of flames, a place where what say is the rule, such as if I say air exits the void filled with air." He says as I can instantly feel myself breathing in the void but I just simply raise my eyebrows without an expression.
"So that's it?"I replied trying to piss off his ego, which worked wonders as I can instantly see his face turn dark and the rushing of flames that can distort space towards me from all directions.
'As they near me, I can feel the high temperature of the flame and they just pass through my body and collide with each other setting off a huge shock wave and pillar flame to the sky visible up to thousands of lightyears away.'
As the aftermath clears up and my translucent body unscathed, Drenovik is dumbfounded but still recovered quickly "so you learned the rules of space, but still you are a long way off to defeat me. If given a few thousand years there might be a chance."He says with a mocking smile.
"Dranovik, you will die without knowing how just because of your arrogance," Astrella says with a smile as she quickly confined Dranovik in space and threw him back into the break in the dimension at the cost of burning up the vitality of the body.
"A S T R E L L A!!!, hahaha well done, you never thought of fighting with me. You quietly constructed a space domain and created an illusion as if we are at the same place while moving me close to the break. Is it worth it, giving up your millions of years of life and power? Just for those ants!!!" Yelled Dranovik as his figure is gradually turning illusionary.
'I didn't answer him, as it is useless to explain to someone who conflicts with my views of life. That was an epic anti-climatic battle though, haha.'
