《Divine Rebirth》Chapter 9 Inspiration

So, I began thinking about what it should look like and what I could do? At first, I was experimenting trying different things and seeing what would stick but after half an hour there was still no end to my possibilities. But thanks to that I was very exhausted and had to rest.
"Funny how I can stare directly into the sun and don't go blind but doing half an hour of 'this' and I'm completely exhausted." M
"Well that would be because you used up all of your mental stamina and that’s the stuff that’s still wholly dependent on you. Your physical strength and stamina are something completely different so you wouldn't need to worry about those" C
"So, you are saying that I would still need to train my mental abilities, then what are these stats for? Wouldn't Intelligence and Wisdom help with that sort of stuff or do I still have to adapt to them?" M
"Yes, you catch up pretty quickly, you have to learn how to use your stats effectively to improve yourself and them." C
"That's how I improve them! Oh god finally I thought I missed something but now that I think about it there was no mention of mastery. Thank you, Cely you have helped me with something I wouldn't have figured out by myself. You are worthy of your position.” M
"Wait I didn't help you with the things about templates or that you should change your realm? I thought that those were things you didn't know about." C
"No those there are things that I would have stumbled upon sooner or later and those would be part of that. But yeah, I didn't think about mastery of anything right now. How was I even supposed to find this out." M
"Well the System thought that it should be fairly obvious with all of the training most of Earth did before the ascension" C

"Huh, that was something I didn't consider. But anyway, I already feel better and am going back to edit this realm. Do you want anything specific for it a forest or something like that?" M
"Well, I would want my mountain. And inside that a library with lots of books from Earth." C
"Ok if that's all you want." M
And so, began creation for the home of the gods. In the middle was a giant tree on it stood a small hut made of wood, straw and stone. Around the were eight mountains that seemed to reach the sky. Seven of them currently held nothing only one had a library and racing track. Behind them was always an extreme landscape. For example, behind the library was a hellscape of ice and snow.
That was at least the plan. The mountains and the tree were the only things that worked and even theses ones weren't as big as they should have been. All of the extreme landscapes didn't work because his realm stopped after these mountains. But both Motus and Celeritas were happy because at least each of their houses seemed to exist and be able to grow based on the development of the world. They could do this because although Motus may not have been able to replicate all of the aspects of the manual he was at least able to take the one with which it was able to change itself.
"So are you happy with how this turned out" C
"Not really I didn't expect all of my plans to work but I felt too exhausted after all the creating. I need to train more I can't fall behind the other parts of the old humanity. I can't be left behind." M. At these words Cely was a bit exasperated. 'How could he think that he would be left behind, he's in the top 100 and nobody outside of these top 100 could leave him behind and even that would be hard for them. I think he should slow down a bit. Reading and learning would be good for him then.

"Yes, well what do you want to do now that you are finished, for now, with your realm. I would recommend gathering as much knowledge as possible right now. For example, you could look at the description of the Dwascall a couple of things could have changed." C
"Yeah I could do that but what should have changed. Then I could also see what’s up with the realm.

Seeker
The Gods are dead As they bled dry, so did the magic which gave them birth. In the new era of technology, its pathetic remnants must hide in the shadows or be locked away. In the ancient era of magic two beings often stood out: Galileo, an immortal scholar obsessed with knowledge and Angelica, the most loyal servant of the greatest among the now dead Gods. But why are they worthy of mention? Because after millennia of isolation, the two emerge in the new world beyond their reckoning. The entire story is told from the third person, however, each chapter will be told from the perspective of only one of the characters. This will be signified by the first letter of their names after the chapter number to avoid confusion. I submitted this fiction as a [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] as well as a participant in National Novel Writing Month. The original challenge had been to finish this entire faction within the month of November reaching the 55.5k word minimum. This goal had been achieved. I do not own the cover picture
