“Would you like to do a starter quest for a copper adventurer?”

“Ok, here you go,” Sarah said as she took a pretty old looking piece of paper from the bulletin board which has quests on it.

Quests are mission given by civilians, merchants, guilds, and for high ranking adventurers, some are from the king himself or the government. They will put the rewards so adventurers will go on the quests provided. Rewards are mostly money, and the price of the quest can be changed throughout time. There are three types of quests: Subjugation, resource collecting, and escorting. The paper that Sarah took was a resource collecting quest, which is mainly for beginners or for people who do not have a lot of strength in order to become an adventurer who goes on subjugation quests. On the paper, it says:

Danis Herb picking

5 copper coins for 1 stack (2 pounds)

Maximum 6 pounds

There is also a picture of the herb on it.

This is a pretty old beginner mission. Since it is too hard to register as an adventurer nowadays, we are keeping it until one person passes the test.

“Ok, I’m off!” Marw shouted to Sarah as he headed out towards the front door of the guild.

“Good luck on your first quest,” Sarah replied.

When Marw headed out to the big plain located out of the town.

Marw is about to use another secret technique called Search, which provides knowledge for whatever object he says.“Search, activate. Danis Herbs. Target lock on.”

He Then took out his short sword passed down from his late father and swung a horizontal slash, which cut all of the Danis Herbs instead of the grass. That’s how polished his sword skills were. Then he headed back with exactly 6 pounds, and Sarah was surprised that he can even finish picking in 1 hour. She gave him 1 silver coin and 5 copper coins for compensation. Marw then headed back to the inn and had a good nights sleep...
