One can place a shield on your ships and you must choose whether to put it at the top, side, or bottom. Shields make your hit harder and faster thus making it more difficult for them to send it back.

It has been a ton of fun for her especially since her uncle and her grandma played it too. If she checked their feed, she could see their streak and what meta they were playing with.
