I wake up and frown realising that Derek is not next to me. I sit up and rub my eyes and decide to go find him. I throw on one of Dereks t-shirts and my joggers. I head to the living room to see Derek talking to Lydia and Jordan.

"Morning" i say and they all smile at me.

"Afternoon babe" Derek said with a chuckle coming up to me and kissing me. i smile into the kiss.

"What" i say shocked that i slept until the afternoon.

"Yep it's 3 in the afternoon" Jordan said smiling at me.

"Does anyone want a coffee?" i ask heading to the kitchen shocked that i slept until the afternoon.

"I'll take one please Stiles" Lydia said. Once I've made the coffee's i head back to the living room and hand Lydia her coffe and sit down.

"So what we talking about" i ask intrested what they're doing here this early in the morning.

"We were just talking about buying a pack house sort of thing, so there's room for your baby and anyone elses baby if they decide to have one" Lydia said.

"Thats a great idea but how are we gonna afford that" i say frowning knowing the little amount of money i have saved up won't cover the cost.

"Thats why me, Derek and Peter are gonna pay for it" Lydia said with a smile.

"Absolutely not" i argue against her. They all frown.

"Why not Stiles" Derek asks pulling me onto his lap.

"I can't let you spend that much money, it's alot and it's your own money" i say feeling bad.

"We've all discussed it and we are more than wiling to pay for it Stiles we all love you and want to do this your like the glue that holds this pack together. We want to do this." Lydia said getting up and pulling me from Dereks lap and hugs me tightly. I begin crying happy tears and pull her close to me laughing happily.

"Ok then lets get looking online for one" I say and they all laugh at me eagerness. Lydia squeals and rushes over and grabs her laptop and Jordan just shakes his head in amusment. Lydia runs back and sits in the middle and pulls up a tab that was all ready prepared. I just shake my head. We go through countless of houses that are big enough but we can't seem to agree on one with me and Derek liking different houses.

"Come on Derek this ones nice" i say glaring at him.

"No it needs to either be surrounded by woods or have something to do with the woods" Derek argues.

"Stop arguing i think Lydia has found the perfect house" Jordan said before i could argue my next point. We both look at the screen in awe. It was a beautiful house surrounded by woods that was in the preserve.

"Oh my god it's perfect" Derek says.

"I agree it's awesome" i say. Lydia flicks through the pictures and the description and it even comes fully furnished which me and Derek both love.

"We have to put a down payment on the house and then the buyer wants to do interveiws to see who would look after the house properly is that ok with you too" Lydia asks looking at us both. Me and Derek both look at each other and nod.

"OK great i'll do the down payment" Lydia said and but her bank details in. Before she could press done i stopped her.

"Are you sure" i say nervously.

"Yes I'm sure you've done a lot of things to help me so let me repay the favour" Lydia said with a smile before pressing done. Derek then kissed me and i kissed back happily.

"Ooh yay the seller said she'll be happy to meet you guys earlier today if that works for you guys" Lydia said excited.

"Yeah it works for us where does she want to meet" Derek said happily. Lydia messaged her back and waited on a reply.

"She said you guys could meet her at the house if you want and she could give you a tour" Lydia said me and Derek both nodded.

"Ok meet her there at 6 o'clock" Lydia said and then closed her laptop. Me and Derek both get up and hug her.

"Thanks for making this possible and we couldn't thank you enough" i say.

"Oh it's no bother well tell me how it goes me and Jordan have to go I'm meeting Jordans parents which is nerve wracking" Lydia sid and i can tell she's a bundle of nerves.

"Don't worry you'll do great your Lydia freaking Martin, you can do anything" i say and smile at her. She smiles and kisses my cheek and leaves with Jordan. As soon as they leave Derek pulls me to the sofa and puts his head in my neck and whines. I stroke his head.

"Hey whats wrong buddy" i say gently.

"Mine" he whines. I realise that his wolf must have not like when Lydia kissed my cheek. I stroke his hair and push love through our bond and say in our mind link "Your the only one for me". I feel him smile against my skin which makes me grin. I pull him up so he' facing me.

"I love you ok nothing will ever change your my mate and I am yours forever" I say which makes him blush. I smirk.

"Oh my god is the great Derek Hale blushing" I say and kiss his cheeks which made him blush harder. I laugh and he just burrys his head in my neck inhauling my scent which makes me freeze. I feel him smirk and nip at my mark. My whole body tenses.

"Derek Sebastian Hale don't you even dare" i say power slipping through my voice. He whines and runs his nose up my neck. My body un tenses and i pul him close to me so I'm practically sat in his lap and his head is in my neck.

"I love you" i say looking into his eyes.

"I love you too Stiles, you make me feel so happy. I haven't felt happiness like this since i was with my family" he says and slams his lips on mine passionetly. I kiss him back and then pull away and rest my head on his.

"Come on we should freshen up before we go to meet this lady about the house" i say and climb off of him making him groan. I chuckle at him and then smirk.

"I call first in the shower" i say and then run for the shower. It takes Derek a few seconds to realise what i said and then he runs after me.

"Get back here you little cheater" he yells playfully. I chuckle as i get to the shower and lock the door behind me.

"You do realise i could break this down right" he says through the door.

"Yes i do but I need a shower and I got here first so" i say and then get in the shower. I spend around 10ninutes in the shower before i get out and wrap a towel around my waist and walk out with water dripping down my body. I see Derek lick his lips.

"No shower" i say realising what he was doing. He groans and goes to the shower. I grab a nice pair of jeans and a black shirt with my red jacket. i put it on just as Derek comes out. I look at his body and groan.

"I now know how you feel" i say to him. He smirks and the grabs some clothes as i leave to find my shoes. Once i put them on i see Derek come down the stairs.

"Why didn't you stay" he said.

"Because if i stayed i wouldn't have been able to resist you" i say sending a lazy smirk his way. He chuckles and then sees the time.

"We should probably start mkaing our way there if we don't want to be late" Derek said grabbing his keys.

"Why can't we take Roscoe?" i say offended.

"Because Roscoe isn't reliable" Derek said.

"How dare you i am absolutley shocked you would talk about Roscoe like that" i say locking the door behind me as we head to Dereks camero. We get in as he begins the drive.

"Ok so when we get to this house and meet this lady can me not have the sourwolf face and have the face i see" i say giving him a pointed look. He looks at me innocently.

"I don't know what you mean" he says acting dumb.

"Derek Sebastian Hale you know exactly what i mean" i say galring at him.

"How do you know my middle name? And fine i won't glare at her or have a frown on my face" he says.

"Cora told me and thank you" i say. After a 20 minute drive we finally get there and see the women waiting on the porch for us. As soon as the car stops i get out and was about to walk up to her to greet her when Derek pulls me behind him and growls at her.

"Derek this is not what we discussed in the car" i say.

"Don't worry child he's just protecting his mate from an unfamilliar werewolf" she said kindly. I look at her and nod.

"Derek i on't mean any harm to you or your mate i promise" she said. He still doesnt back down.

"Derek look at me she won't hurt us, she just wants to sell her house" i say and grab his hand. He backs down but is immediately at my side glaring at the woman. We both walk up to the wowan.

"Hi I'm Stiles and this is Derek" i say shaking her hand ignoring the snarl from Derek.

"Hi my names Hannah it's nice to meet you" she says and invites us in. We walk in and are in awe at the place.

"It's beautiful" i say and she chuckles.

"I've been looking for the perfect people to live here and i think you guys are the right fit I'm assuming you want it for a pack house correct" she says.

"Yeah we do because the place we live in at the moment is a bit small so we wanted to upgrade" i say and smile at her while Derek is on edge.

"Well i'd be happy to let you have it" she says with a smile on her face. I cheer and hug and kiss Derek who smiles at me.

"Thank you so much" i say shaking her hand.

"I'll even give you guys a discount" she said as we leave.

"I'll add it onto the website for you guys" she said and stopped at the door.

"Thank you so much" we said and then got into the camero and started the drive back to the loft. I stay silent not speaking to Derek.

"Stiles I'm sorry my wolf went into overdrive and took control" he said sadly.

"I get that but she was a nice woman and didn't mean us any harm" i say with a sigh and grab his hand and squeeze it.

"Oh i should probably phone Lydia and tell her the good news" i say and let go of his hand and grabbed my phone. I pressed Lydia's name and waited for her to pick up.

"Hey Stiles how did it go?" she questioned when she picked up.

"It went well she said that the house is ours and she'll even put a discount on the website for us" i say excited.

"Thats fantastic do you and Derek both like it and her" she said.

"We both like the house but the woman was a werewolf so it made Dereks wolf make an apperance and it didn't leave until we left" i say.

"Well thats progress" Lydia said.

"Oh hey how did it go with Jordans parents?" i ask.

"They love me" she said happily.

"Thats fantastic, ok i need to go so I'll speak to you later" i say.

"Ok bye" she said and ends the call. We get out and head up to Dereks apartment eventhough I'm pretty sure he's bought the whole building. We get in and have something to eat.

"How about we watch a movie in our room" i say after we had finished eating.

"Yeah but i am not watching Star Wars again" he said as we head to our room. i scoff.

"Star Wars is one of the greatest franchises ever" i say in mock hurt.

"Yeah i know but I've seen all the films around three times now" Derek said as we get in bed.

"How about Batman then" i say and he thinks for a minute and then nods. I grin and put it on and snuggle up to him.

"I'm sorry about today" he mumbles into my neck.

"It's fine your wolf was on edge at an unfamiliar wolf" i say and stroke his hair and kiss his head. I feel him smile and nuzzle into me. I smile and slowly fall asleep thinking about how tomorrow will go.
