About 10 minutes later I sob as I push the second baby out feeling relief wash over me as I lay back.

Niccolo smooths down my hair and wipes my tears away with a smile on his face.

"I'm so proud of you Bambino." He whispers to me just before the doctor walks over with two babies.

"Congratulations you got two girls." He says in his thick Italian accent and hands the girls over with a smile.

"Watoto wa kike wazuri."I whisper as I look down at the oldest twin who yawns in my arms.(Gorgeous baby girls.)

"What are we naming them?" Niccolo asks as he looks up from the youngest with a smile.

"Kamili the one your holding and Kanzi the one Im holding." I say with a soft smile as I look between the two.

"What do they mean?" Niccolo asks as he looks up from Kamili.

"Kanzi means treasure and Kamili means perfect. Their our perfect little treasures." I say as I feel tears come to my eyes to which Niccolo wipes as it slides down my face.

"Beautiful names for beautiful girls like their mother." Niccolo says as he smiles over at me.

I smile back and we switch babies careful not to wake them.

"You give them their middles names." I say quietly as I look down at Kamili.

"Alright well then Amata for Kamili and Mabilia for Kanzi." Niccolo say and I stroke kamili's face with my finger.

"What do they mean?" I ask and in response I get a chuckle before Niccolo speaks.

"Amata means Loved and Mabilia means lovable. So we have a lovable babygirl and a already loved one." Niccolo says in his Italian Accent that I love so much.

"Hey, new parents we need their names for the birth certificates." The doctor says as he walks in with papers.

"This one in my arms Kamili Amata Lombardi. That little one over there the oldest Kanzi Mabilia Lombardi." I say and the doctor writes them down as Niccolo spells their names out with me.

He then takes Kamili from me and presses her little feet into black ink before putting her feet on the paper.

He repeats the process with the other foot and then hands the paper off to the nurse he calls in.

He does the same to Kanzi after handing me a baby wipe to wipe Kamili's little feet off.

I wipe her feet while Kanzi gets hers done and when he's done with her he passes a wipe to Niccolo.

He makes his way out of the room with the paper and Niccolo stands up with Kanzi in his arms.

He passes her to me gently so they can eat and kisses me on the forehead.

"Im gonna get you some food I'll be back in a bit I'll send Jin up as well." He simply says and I nod in understanding before he leaves the room.

10 minutes later

I lay the newly fed babies in their hospital bed to not seperate them and get up steadily to my feet.

"Well I see you had those monkey spawns. After their dead lets see if Niccolo would still want you still." I hear a voice say from the door and I turn around to see the girl from the Starbucks.

I roll my eyes at her as I forgot her name and I hear the lock click on the room door before she makes her way over to me with a glare.

I press a button on my blinged out Angel's watch discreetly as she storms over to me.

"Over my dead body will I let you touch my kids bitch!" I yell at her and swing my fist to punch her.

I hear a nice crunch come from her nose as she screams and holds her nose that bleeds onto the hospital floor.

"Now your gonna get it bitch!" She yells out and swings her first to which I dodge it.

I kick her in her stomach and she groans as she holds it before throwing a punch into my own.

I hold my stomach in slight pain as my legs ache from giving birth not even less than 24 hours ago.

I ignore the pain and bring my leg up to kick the heel of my foot against her cheek.

She falls to the floor with a groan and I quickly end the fight with a snap of her neck as I being my foot down on her neck.

I limp my way over to the door as I hold my stomach and unlock the door.

I move away from it as the doctor and many others come running into the room.

Jin makes his way over to me and pulls me into a hug holding the back of my head.

He rocks us from side to side before pulling away and the doctors wheel us to a different room for better comfort.

Jin walks me to the room and helps me into the bed when we get to it.

He then walks over to the baby bed and smiles down at the cute babies.

"They look so beautiful MiMi, baba's gonna love them." Jin says and I smile at that as tears come to my eyes.

"He's gonna be so disappointed in me JJ." I say as I wipe my tears slightly with the back of my hand.

"No he won't, well he'll be angry but then he'll lighten up once he sees the babies." Jin says and I cry more at that right before Niccolo walks through the door.

"What happened why are you crying, I'll kill that bitch!" Niccolo yells out as he approaches me.

"No Nico she's crying because our baba's gonna have her tail." Jin simply responds and Niccolo wipes my eyes with his thumbs.

"No he won't" Niccolo says with a twinkle in his eyes and a smile.

"Yes he will what are you talking about?" I ask and as if sensing something from the twinkle in his eyes Jin yells jumping around.

He then pulls Niccolo into a hug which I look on shocked then break out into a laugh.
