《The Boy with the Beautiful Name》Date Night Part 1

Sara had just finished spritzing herself with her Ralph Lauren perfume when the doorbell rang downstairs.

Erin had left a half hour ago for her own date night with Trevor. Apparently they were going to see a movie in their T-shirts and jeans.

Sara bit her lip as she did a final once-over in front of the mirror. She really hoped she could go through with this. She had to admit, the dress was a major wow-factor.

But her nervousness evaporated when she pictured Bentley with his two gorgeous models. Forget him, she thought, angrily. Kurt was just as good as Bentley. Maybe he wasn't quite as handsome as the boy with the beautiful name, but he sure was a heart-stopper on his own.

Sara took her millionth deep breath, then smoothing out her dress, made her way downstairs to the front door.

Luckily her parents were both out at some client event tonight. Her mother would certainly have had a heart attack if she'd seen Sara in this dress.

As Sara reached the last stair, she nearly slipped off it. "Darn," she groaned. She pushed her foot back into the tiny shoe. These heels alone were killer to walk in.

Sara exhaled and opened the front door.

Kurt's back was to her. As promised, he wore his tuxedo, just as he had at the bonfire party. It was somewhat amusing that this boy who had grabbed her in the middle of a dark dance floor now stood on her doorstep.

"Hey, Kurt," Sara said softly.

As if in slow motion, Kurt spun around. He'd had a massive grin spread across his face. But then his eyes zeroed in on Sara's dress. And his face went rigid. The smile that had been there previously, was wiped clean. He opened and closed his mouth, as if unsure what to say.

And just as Sara hoped, Kurt's eyes were literally popping straight out of his head.

He let out a long, low whistle. He raised his eyes to Sara's. "You're actually real, right? I'm not imagining this?"

Sara laughed, shoving him playfully. "Of course I'm real."

Kurt grabbed her hand and kissed it. When he looked at Sara again, his eyes were starry. "If I'm not dreaming, I'm the luckiest SOB on this planet tonight," he said. His eyes wandered hungrily over Sara's dress again. He shook his head, running a hand through his blonde hair. "Holy F-ing Jeez. I sure hope I am still capable of driving right now. You're so freakin' hot. I think you burned holes in my eyeballs." He rubbed his eyes for effect, causing Sara to swat him again.

He turned and held out his arm to her.

Sara looped her arm through his and walked with him to his car.

It was a silver Porsche.

"This is an amazing car," Sara told him. Though she didn't mention she'd already seen quite a few sports cars in the last twenty-four hours to last her a lifetime.

Kurt opened the passenger door for her.

Sara stepped in and sat down on the black leather seat. She smiled at Kurt as he trotted around and hopped into the driver's side. He started the engine, revving it loudly as the windows rolled down automatically.

Kurt's extremely loud music blared out of the Porsche's speakers. Its beat seemed to vibrate right into Sara's skull. But Sara didn't care. She wanted nothing more than to forget about a certain boy. And tonight, she was spending time with this gorgeous hunk and his amazing sportscar. And for Sara, that's all that mattered.

"Ready to have some fun?" Kurt asked as he backed out of her driveway, into the street.

Sara leaned over and kissed his cheek. "Absolutely!"

Kurt grinned. He stomped his foot down on the gas. And defying the speed limit, the Porsche raced down the street.
