The principal didn’t look very good. His brows furrowed and he was madly trying to send hints over to Xiao Cheng with his look.

The graduation play is a major play of the year and is very important to both the staff and students. I really hope to do what would bring the best result.”

“Hmm, you make a good point,” said Lu JingYan, his voice tightened a little bit. “I didn’t know the script very well and was being too subjective in jumping to the conclusion. I do apologize.”

After the afternoon rehearsal, Chi Ying jogged around the school building. Rehearsal has been intense lately and she hadn’t been getting a lot of sleep. She wanted to get her workout in whenever she could.

Her pony tail was high on the back of her head and her slender and delicate neck was exposed for all to see. Her legs were skinny and straight. In the mild fall day, she was like a warm breeze and attracted the attention of many students.

Chi Ying was happy. She slowed down after three round and walked slowly around the narrow path.

Suddenly, a boy walked out from behind a ginkgo tree and called out to her, “Chi Ying.”

He was tall and well-built and his face was handsome. Wearing a workout outfit, he appeared to be full of youth. There were no unattractive students in a film academy.

Despite being baffled, Chi Ying responded to him politely, “Hi.”

Her skin was pale and her plump forehead were covered in a thin layer of sweat. Her cheeks were a pinkish color and she was delicate and charming.

The boy’s heart skipped a beat. His look fervent and his voice a little passionate. “Hi, I am He Yi, Student Union’s Minister of Sports.”

The boy introduced himself to her. Chi Ying wondered why Student Union was looking for her. She had been busy lately so most likely she would have to turn them down. Nonetheless, she smiled and asked him, “What can I help you with?”

Her smile was tender and charming. The boy blushed. “Chi Ying, I majored in animation. My grades are above average and never failed any classes. I love working out and have abdominal muscles and mermaid lines. What do you think about me?”

And, before Chi Ying could respond, he added, “I would like to go out with you.”

Chi Ying paused for a second and replied genuinely. “I am sorry, class [younger] brother, but I don’t plan on dating right now.”

She had been asked out from time to time since she had joined the film academy. She could handle this very well now.

The boy blushed through and through. He should have addressed to Chi Ying as class [older] sister, but he didn’t want to emphasize the fact that he was younger than her so he opted to call her by her name.

He smiled and handed over to her a note that he had prepared earlier. “That’s alright. Here’s my contact information. I hope we can be friends.”

The boy shoved the piece of paper into Chi Ying’s hand without letting her said anything. His eyes dimmed a little and he turned and ran away.

Chi Ying’s lips moved a little but finally wasn’t able to say anything before was gone. She looked down on the piece of paper. His handwriting was great, but at least he tried very hard to write neatly.

Right at that moment, someone patted her on her shoulder from behind.

Chi Ying was startled and her pupil contracted a little. She whipped around reflexively.

She saw Lu JingYan towering over her. His pure black suit was impeccable. HIs look was cold and his voice stern. “Hand that over to me.”
